Arrived at customer’s home to move a light fixture in hallway staircase for a large mirror customer wants to hang on the wall. Kept existing box for fixture in its place, and ran a new wire from there to the new desired light fixture location. Upon arrival client stated thermostat are in French and not working. Found nest thermostat reading in French, put back to English. Installed two new Honeywell s100 and showed client how to use. Found living area system completely iced up. Advised client to turn system off for a few hours. System is 25 years old using r22 refrigerant. Advised system is most likely low on refrigerant. Other system is 2009 Goodman. Sent over replacement estimates.
