I’ve been with Hyde’s for nearly 20 years and they have always served me well. I purchased a home with two systems in 2005 - including an old heat pump. Rather then sell me on something new, Hyde’s recommended running and servicing the systems as long as I could. Five years later, I purchased a single two 2 stage system that served me well for nearly 15 years. I just upgraded to a new 750 stage heat pump system for both AC and heat. Hyde’s removed the old system and installed the new system in about 4 hours. In addition, they helped me sound proof the return with custom duct board. The system is completely silent and efficient. Hyde’s - Family owned and operated is the way to go in the Coachella Valley!
Went over thermostat for garage system. Advised blower always runs if unit is on. Advised client temperature is read from the indoor unit not the remote. Client stated other tech have told him different.
Deliver warranty book and set up Honeywell S200 smart thermostats to WiFi and portal.
Performed cooling maintenance on 2016 and 2013 American standard split systems. Changed (2) ceiling filters. (2) Honeywell 8000 thermostats working properly. Cleaned out electrical compartments. Cleaned condenser coils. Checked amps, volts, capacitors, refrigerant charges and temperature splits. Systems are cooling properly at time of maintenance.
The installation went smoothly. The team arrived timely, did a good install, cleaned up the area when complete and were polite and professional throughout.
The technician has successfully completed the installation of a 1.5-ton 18 SEER Mitsubishi air conditioning unit, utilizing the existing refrigeration lines. This installation includes ensuring proper functionality and efficiency of the unit in accordance with industry standards.
Performed a cooling maintenance on one gas package and one split straight cool condenser. Replaced filter at filter rack and inside of package unit. Examined evaporator coil. Checked capacitors, electric motors and refrigerant circuit diagnostic. Client renew club membership and pre-booked heating maintenance. Paid via check. Both systems are cooling the home at the time of maintenance.
Completed load calcs and single line diagram for panel change
We replaced the plenum with a plenum to fit the size of the unit, checked refrigerant pressures and temp split also took a video of condensers running to hear difference of compressor sounds.
Performed a 2013,,,cooling maintenance on a gas package unit located on the roof. Wash down condenser coils and replaced filter. Checked refrigerant refrigerant level,, Dual run capacitor tested good. Checked running and starting amperage on all motors. Thermostat – OK. System is cooling the home at the time of maintenance

Today’s annual calling preventative maintenance consisted of one Lennox unit. I first begin with replacing all three filters in the home to ensure that proper airflow is able to circulate back to the system and minimal resistance. I then ensure that the thermostat is properly calling for cooling and turning the unit on with no errors occurring all of the cooling sequence of operations are successfully checking out verifying that there is a proper 20° split and showing that the home is being called efficiently to the desired temperature. The condensation line is cleared thoroughly draining at this time of service and the amps on the system are safely checking out in the correct range and ensuring a control voltage is being used following with the capacitor also testing out safely. Overall this Lennox unit is operating to the manufacture specs at this time of today’s annual cooling preventative maintenance. Clients will wait to book until closer to winter time..
Single stage equipment wired into y2, causing unit to run in low fan speed 600 cfm. Moved wire from y2 to y1 and fan speed went into 1200 cfm

This is the third time I have had my split unit serviced because it lost coolant. The first two times the technicians were unable to find any leak. James found the leak right away at a compression fitting and was able to fix it and recharge the unit. Great job.
