Equipment Information: Model: EL195UH060NE36B-02 Serial: 5921C20395 Input: 60,000 BTU Changed out 20 x 30 and 20 x 20 filters. Cleared the mechanical platform and burner compartment of dust and debris. Cycled the equipment in heating and verified proper sequence of operation. Checked voltage and amperage readings, monitored burner operation, and verified inducer/draft motor amperage. Verified ducting was properly secured and attached to the equipment and was in good condition. Cleared the condensate line and verified proper drainage. Arrived at customer’s home to diagnose landscape ligts non op due to bad bulbs. Customer pointed out two spot light fixtures that were not producing light. Removed good bulb from another fixture and installed it in both non op fixtures to confirm it was bad bulbs. Replaced bad bulbs with new ones to restore light and resolve issue.

Rancho Mirage, CA - Upon arrival, found water and secondary drain pan. Removed as much water as I could install new water, safety switch and Jones clean out valve in the correct place to properly flush line. When flushing condensation line I could hear air inside the attic where drain line has been disconnected from 90 exiting the attic. Smaller technician will be returning to reconnect and glue primary condensation line.
