The work performed involved the installation of a 5-ton Platinum 20 Upflow Split Heat Pump, a 4-ton Platinum 20 Upflow Split Heat Pump, and a 2-ton 23 SEER Ductless system, all of which are equipped with built-in Wi-Fi capabilities. Additionally, we installed Accuclean Air Cleaners and successfully reused the existing humidifier and UV lights from the previous setup. Each unit installed has been selected for its efficiency and quality, ensuring optimal performance in your environment. Job complete.

Performed a heating maintenance on 2011 Payne package unit, changed filter, filter located on ceiling hallway need a step stool or 4 ft leader, flushed condensation line, on unit check for amperage and voltage, check for capacitor, check for temperature split, everything within range also clear out dust accumulated inside electrical component area and rinsed unit coil. System is working within specification in heating at the time of maintenance.

Upon arrival gave client Starbucks gift card, and client requested cooling maintenance. Performed annual cooling maintenance on a 2018 Carrier 3ton split system and a 1999 Lennox 3 ton split system. FAUs are located in separates attics. Replaced 18x30, 20x20 and 14x14 filters located throughout the house. Followed sequence of operations and checked voltage, amperage, capacitors, temperature splits, Freon levels, cleared condensation lines, and rinsed condenser coils. Found both compressors over amping at start up, recommended to client hard start kits to help lower start up amps and prolong life’s of compressor. Client declined at this time. Nest thermostats checked out operational. Client renewed HFCP paid via CC. Both systems are cooling properly at this time of service.

Came to do a complementary electrical safety inspection informed homeowner that there is a two pole 30 amp breaker that is not rated for that panel also none of her single pole breakers are arc or GFCI protected. Advised homeowner that her outlets are not up to code and are also backstabbed and explain to homeowner what backstab meant. I also recommended she install a surge protector for her entire home. I asked homeowner if she had any further questions or concerns she replied with no and asked if she did have further questions or concerns to please contact us.

Performed a heating maintenance on two 2018 American Standard gas furnaces. Left a 20x25 filter located in garage and a 16x25 located in attic. Cycled heating equipment checked all safety switches and high limit. Monitored heat rise and temperature split. Cleared out condensation lines. Tested capacitors and found them good. Cleaned burner compartments. Heating systems are operational at this time. Gave client Starbucks gift card.

Performed annual heating on two air handlers American standard. Changed out 20x30 2) 14x14 10x10 , and 14x30. Both nest thermostats checked into range. Cleared condensation line it is connected made sure to drain properly. Checked circuit boards, blower motor speeds, and temperature rise about 50 degrees. Duct work no signs of damage. Attic is located in bathroom. Systems checked into range heating properly.

Performed heating maintenance on three American standard split POV systems and one 20+ Lennox natural gas furnace, and 20+ Lennox split heat pump system. Furnaces and air handlers are located in garage, closets, outside closets, attic. Changed out filters located throughout home in ceiling of Casita and within filter racks. Upon maintenance found Lennox system for main home serial number 1229 icing up, upon further inspection found blower motor not operating verified 7.5 MFD capacitor was within range. Did quick inspection as courtesy to verify root of issue, is going to require further diagnosis in order to verify issue unplugged unit for safety precautions members are not home at this time members will need to call to set up appointment for further diagnosis will include diagnostic fee and cost of repairs. All other systems were within manufacturers, specifications, and heating and operating properly at this time, cleared condensation lines and washed condensing coils, set thermostat

Home in escrow, performed diagnostic on existing 1991 equipment. Verified existing equipment is operational at this time. Verified heating and cooling operations are operational. Existing equipment in very poor condition well past life expectancy. Equipment equipment has multiple potential problems due to age and poor condition. High recommend replacement of equipment. Outdoor equipment installed in very confined space which is not up to code and will have to meet code compliance when replacing equipment to meet new equipment space requirements. Do to limited space available where current outdoor equipment is, Recommend converting existing two systems into one 5 ton high efficiency system. Attached estimate below for removing existing two systems and converting into one 5 ton high efficiency hvac system. Price includes modifications to ductwork which is required for conversion into one system.

Came to property for smoke alarm chirping. Inspected smoke alarm and discovered a loose power wire that may have contributed to the chirping. Corrected connection and advised customer to notify us if chirping persists.

Performed annual heating maintenance on two American standard air handlers. Changed out filters throughout house and 14x14 in casita. Cleared both condensation lines to drain properly. Checked blower motor speeds, temperature rise, and circuit boards. 1050 checked operations no alerts found on system. Honeywell thermostat checked operational. Both air handlers are heating properly at this time of service. Starbucks card received.

Replaced both thermostat wires for outdoor condenser units and ran new dedicated 15 amp 220v circuit for fau in garage via 14-2 romex through attic and re wired existing 120 circuit to be 220v 15 amp. Added new dedicated 20 amp 220v circuit from sub panel in garage through junction box via emt conduit up to lineset. From that point romex is ran through line set cover to disconnect.

Replaced an 18x30 and (3)14x24 filters located in ceiling. Cycled heating equipment, checked temperature splits and heat rise. Found no carbon monoxide detected. Verified volts and amps. Checked all safety rollout switches and high limit switches. Found capacitors within range. Cleared condensation lines.
