Upgrade main panel to 200 amps, update grounding/bonding per code, and install whole home surge protection. Does not include stucco patching. Includes all permits.

Cooling maintenance and inspection on two 2024 American standard allotment system. Air handlers are located in separate outdoor closet filter are located within filter rack 20 x 25 change out filter verified proper sequence of operation, verified both systems were properly secured and straps down, verified pro for unit, verified systems, have water, safety switches, and are operating properly, cleared condensation lines, wash, convincing coils, no current/pass error code at CDA or thermostat. Systems are ready for inspection and are within manufacturer specifications and cooling and operating properly at this time of service. Technician will bring out inspection sheet, Client would like inspection sheet to be put underneath. Garbage can located on east entrance side gate.

Performed cooling maintenance on 2013 York split system. System is a micro channel, furnace is located in hallway closet, filter is 20 x 25 and located within furnace cabinet. Changed filter, cleared all electrical components of dust and debris, verified proper sequence of operation, checked volts, and amps, check start and run capacitors, verified refrigerant levels and line temperatures. Found system to be 1 pound low of R410A added a pound in verified temperature split 20°. Washed condensing coil and cleared to condensation line. System is now within manufacturer specifications and cooling and operating properly at this time of service.

Cooling maintenance on 2022 American standard split POV system. Air handler is located in attic, changed out filter located in ceiling 20 x 30 x 1, cleared all electrical components of dust in debris, verified proper sequence of operation, checked the vaults and amps, checked, capacitors, verified refrigerant levels, and line temperatures and cycled equipment. Cleared condensation line throughout outside termination, located next to condensing unit and washed condensing coil. Thermostat checked out OK, informed client that Remi halo light does not need to be replaced every year (lasts up to 8 years) removed notification code on thermostat for UV replacement every 12 months. System is within manufacturers specifications and cooling and operating properly at this time of service.

Installation of in wall timers customer supplied timers we’ll have to return to install different timers

Air handler is located in outside closet, filter is 20 x 25 and located within filter rack, changed filter, clear condensation line at Jones valve, verified proper sequence of operation, checked volts and amps, checked capacitors, checked rectifier for second stage cooling, verified refrigerant levels, and line temperatures and took temperature splits and cycled equipment. Washed condensing coil, thermostat checked out OK. System is within manufacturers specifications and cooling and operating properly at this time of service.

Checked amps, volts, capacitor, refrigerant charge and temperature split (22). System is cooling properly at time of maintenance. Homeowner interested in maintenance plan but is selling home. Informed it is non transferable.

I advised client about adding a start kit to the system to reduce compressor start up amperage. Sent client estimate for it. The system checked out operational at the time of the service.

I Performed Maintenance on the Cooling System. Also replaced a 13x21-1/2x1 customer supplied filter. The system is a 2016 Heat Pump model located in the inside closet and outside on the ground. I also flushed the condensate drain. I found that the dual run capacitor tested weak and out of manufactures specifications. I recommended and installed new dual run capacitor and tested. Also advised client on adding a hard start kit, and client elected to hold off at this time. Sent client estimate for it. The system checked out operational at the time of the service.

We conducted the installation of an Upflow warranty coil, which included the application of 13 pounds of refrigerant. Install complete.

Upon arrival condenser was not running after Diagnostic found bad capacitor replaced capacitor and compressor savor too compressor savor was out of range also signed client up on comfort plan filter size 14x30 unit is up and cooling

Verified wireing and voltage. Circuit board or nest malfunction. Equipment loses power internally and gives alert to nest. Equipment in poor condition. Advised if continue to replace nest then circuit board. Recommend replacing equipment last service do to poor condition

Found wired thermostat with no 24 volts. Connected properly but wire must be bad. Made it wireless and helped client connect gateway and total connect comfort app. Working at this time.

Performed cooling maintenance on 2024 American Standard Gold split heat pump. Changed 20x25 filter with outside closet fau filter rack. Nest thermostat working properly. Cleaned out electrical compartments. Cleaned condenser coil. Cleared condensation drain from jones valve. Checked start and run capacitors, start and run amps, high/low voltages, refrigerant charge/temperature split (22). System is cooling properly at time of maintenance. 2-Year Labor Warranty expires on 6/20/26. Attached are Hyde’s (2) different extended labor warranty plans. Recommend signing up for one before it expires on 6/20/26. This will make the labor warranty match the 10-year part warranty so for 10 years any repair (listed on attached pdf) is taken care of with only a trip charge.

Cleaned condenser coil. Ecobee thermostat working properly. Checked amps, volts, refrigerant charge, and temperature split (21.7). Found compressor pulling high inrush amps (165), over max rated starting amps (134). Recommended and installed a hard start kit and tested, compressor now pulling 95 amps. This evil prolong the life of the compressor motor. System is cooling properly at time of maintenance.
