Performed a heating maintenance on 2020 American standard Air handler, Filters located on bottom wall, fau located in hallway closet, changed filter, flushed condensation line through jones valve, on air handler followed sequence of operation, checked for amperage and voltage, checked for blower speed, check for any loose connections, check for temperature rise, everything within range also cleared dust accumulated inside electrical component. System is working within specification in heating at the time of maintenance.

Performed a heating maintenance on a split heat pump with courtesy mini split service. Replaced filter. Executed static pressure testing and refrigerant circuit diagnostic. Measured blower motor amp draw. System is servicing the home at the time of maintenance.

Arrived at customer’s home to install new ultra whole home surge protection on main breaker panel. Ran 10-3 romex from main panel to designated surge spot below panel. Hooked wire up to 2p 50 amp breaker for maximum surge protection. Installed and secured bonding of cold, hot, and gas lines at water heater using water bond kit. Replaced outlet next to kitchen sink with gfci protected outlet to ensure proper gfci protection for kitchen circuit.

Executed a heating maintenance on a platinum gas furnace. Equipment executed the sequence of operation in heating. Cleared condensate drain line and replaced filter. Completed static pressure diagnostics. Checked temperature heat rise with no carbon monoxide detected in the home. Upon arrival, alert code 067.06 was displayed on the thermostat, indicative of a faulty suction thermistor. Resistance readings was O.L. Recommended replacing faulty sensor. Client opted to have repaired done during summer maintenance. Charge for minimum diagnostic. System is servicing the home at the time of maintenance.

2021 Carrier system has failed 70uF capacitor, too weak , reading 1.9uF. Replaced and tested system in cooling. All loads operational, 21° split , return temp 85°. (2) Honeywell T10 thermostats, one split system, zoned system. (2). 20x30 ceiling filters.

Performed a heating maintenance on 2022 American standard platinum furnace, Filters located in filter rack, fua located outside closet, advised HO that furnace is making a small ticking/rumbling noise check if something was on blower by putting my hands through filter rack didn’t find anything advised to call if noise gets worse, changed filter, flushed condensation line through jones valve, on fau followed sequence of operation, checked for amperage and voltage, checked for blower speed, check for any loose connections, check for temperature rise, check for any error codes or alerts everything within range also cleared dust accumulated inside electrical component. System is working within specification in heating at the time of maintenance.

System is working within specification in heating at the time of maintenance.

System is working within specification in heating at the time of maintenance.

Perform a final inspection on a newly installed platinum unit. Check both outdoor indoor unit as well as breakers for units. SAU breaker is located on subpanel current breaker is out of 20 informed client may need to replace with a 15 amp breaker. We will wait to see what inspector says before switching out other than FAU breaker system is within specifications and code. Left permit packet with client.

Install customer supply thermostat tested remove customer supply thermostat because it was faulty,,,,,installed eco bee thermostat and tested

2024 Bryant ultra low NOx gas package unit on roof. Bypassed thermostat to test in heat mode. Sequence of operations gets to combustion with gas valve open but sounds like incomplete combustion. After failed ignition, 5 LED flashes for ignition lockout fault. Checked incoming gas pressures and were around 10.5” wc, within manufacture specifications. Checked outlet gas pressures and wasn’t getting anything above 0.06” as if nothing was running. Opened up outlet pressure valve a bit to see if ignition stays on long enough for a reading and got 1.9”. So I adjusted til it was at manufacture specifications of. 3.5”wc. System now heating properly. Tested unit from thermostat and heating is turning on, measured heat rise at supply registers and tested for carbon monoxide, 0ppm, none detected. Acting as a continuation from maintenance, so charged diagnostic.
