Heating maintenance on American standard platinum split POV system. Air handler is located in closet next to front entrance, washed washable filter, condensation line was cleared at air handler, cleared all electrical components of dust and debris, verified proper sequence of operation, washed condensing coil, thermostat Checked out OK, system is within manufacturer specifications and heating and operating properly at this time of service.

I Performed Maintenance on both the Heating Systems. Also replaced a 20x30 and 2) 20x20 Filters. Both the Heating Systems are 2018 models located in the hallway attic. I also flushed both the condensate drains. Both the Heating Systems checked out operational at the time of the service.

Performed monthly maintenance in heat on a 2011 American standard up flow location garage, followed Sequence of operation Changed filter checked amps voltage limit switches safety switches working at range cleared burners cycled burners cleared condensation line unit is working to manufacture specification in heat

Filter change Charged card on file

check heating and electrical components everything is working properly at time of service

After Diagnostic found blower wheel was loose and grinding on living room unit, adjusted blower wheel unit is up and heating

Performed a heating maintenance on a 2013 Rheem furnace, Filters located inside filter rack, fau located in hallway, changed filter, flushed condensation line, on fau followed sequence of operation, checked for amperage and voltage, checked for motor speed, checked for cap, check for carbon monoxide, check for any loose connections, check for temperature rise, everything within range also cleared dust accumulated inside electrical component. System is working within specification in heating at the time of maintenance

Performed a heating maintenance on a 2013 Rheem furnace, Filters located on bottom wall, fau located in hallway, changed filter, flushed condensation line, on fau followed sequence of operation, checked for amperage and voltage, checked for motor speed, checked for cap, check for carbon monoxide, check for any loose connections, check for temperature rise, everything within range also cleared dust accumulated inside electrical component. System is working within specification in heating at the time of maintenance

Upon arrival found system low on refrigerant. Performed a leak search. Upon doing so found leak coming out from compressor harness. System complete flat, will need to replace.

Performed a heating maintenance on 2021 American standard furnace, Filters located inside filter rack, fua located in hallway closet up flow, changed filter, flushed condensation line through jones valve, on fau followed sequence of operation, checked for amperage and voltage, checked for blower motor, check for any loose connections, check for temperature rise, everything within range also cleared dust accumulated inside electrical component. System is working within specification in heating at the time of maintenance.
