Performed a cooling maintenance on a split system. Checked refrigerant circuit diagnostic, capacitors and electrical motors. Replace filter and cleared condensate drain line. Helped client with thermostat. System is cooling the home at the time of maintenance.

Performed a cooling maintenance on two platinums. Replaced filters, cleared condensate drain line with CO2 and brush and wash down outdoor units. Refrigerant circuit diagnostic – good. Checked CDA for error codes and notifications. Both systems are cooling the home at the time of maintenance.

Returned to property to add R-22 refrigerant to the system. Verified refrigerant level, measured temperature split, and confirmed system is functioning properly at this time. Informed homeowner that a refrigerant leak may be present and further evaluation is recommended.

Estimate to replace compressor under part warranty. Labor and refrigerant not under warranty. Removed old compressor. Installed new compressor and filter drier. Pressurized to 400. Pull vacuum to 500 microns. Recharged with 13 pounds of r410a. Found system slowly pumping down on low side. Found restriction in txv. Pumped down system and replaced txv. Pressurized to 370 and pulled vacuum to 500. Cycled system twice and tested. System properly running. Sealed old compressor, txv and brought back to shop.

Cooling service on two 2015 American standard split system systems. Furnaces are located in garage, washed washable filters located within furnace cabinet. Cleared condensation line, recommended safety switches and Jones valve to clear out before P-trap and to prevent any water. Damage to electrical components of equipment and drywall due to Home due to condensation overflow from congested line. Will send over estimates. Cleared all electrical components of dust and debris, verified proper sequence of operation, washed condensing coils, thermostats checked out OK. Systems are within manufacturers, specifications and cooling and operating properly at this time of service.

Performed a cooling maintenance on two American standard platinum units. Checked all electrical and refrigeration levels at this time. Both systems are cooling down the house properly reaching temperatures of 70° inside house make sure to clean our condensation lines change that filters no errors or alerts present on 1050 thermostat.
