Arrived to perform a panel tune-up. Replaced all circuit breakers with new units. Cleaned the interior of the panel enclosure and labeled the panel appropriately. Installed a whole-home surge protection device. Removed and replaced three exterior wall sconces. Ran wiring from an existing wall sconce to the opposite side of the garage door to facilitate the installation of a new exterior wall sconce.

Performed a heating maintenance on an upflow, natural gas furnace (technician notes). Equipment executed the sequence of operation in heating. Check static pressure measurements. Checked blower motor amp draw at 100% demand. Removed batteries from thermostat – C common wired. Replaced filters and cleared P-trap with pipe brush. Examined evaporative coil with camera. System is heating the home at the time of maintenance.

Performed annual heating maintenance on 3) American Standard Platinum Heat pumps. FAUs are located in garage, indoor closet, and outdoor side wall attic access. Replaced 20x25, 16x25, and a 16x30 filter located at FAUs and ceiling. Cleared condensation lines from jones valves. Followed sequence of operations and checked voltage, amperage, temperature split, refrigerant levels, found no error codes on CDA, and rinsed condenser coils. All 1050 thermostats checked out operational. All systems are working properly in cooling at this time of service. Renewed HFCP paid via CC. Whole home surge protection is still operational.

Heating maintenance on 20+ natural gas furnace and American standard split POV system. Air handler and furnace are located in outside closets, filters are located within furnace cabinets and 24 x 24 and 20 x 20. Cleared all electrical components and burners of dust and debris, verified proper sequence of operation, zero carbon monoxide detected, cleared condensation lines, washed coils, thermostats, checked ok systems are within manufacturers, specifications, and feeding and operating properly at this time of service.

Maintenance for cooling on an American Standard upflow located in an outside closet. filter located in the FAU 16 x 20. Upon arrival, customer complaint of no air being pushed out when called for cooling checked FAU blower motor was not on but coil and outside unit were on. Turned off system coil was freezing up. Checked blower motor check 24 V on G and R confirmed 24 V. Checked transformer noticed three amp fuse was burnt. Replaced three amp fuse blower motor came on set thermostat to cooling checked outside compressor amps Freon and pressure. Customer wanted a deep clean wash down of the outside unit. Notify customer of the cost. Customer agreed thoroughly washed. The outside. Unit down. System is working per manufacturer specification home is cooling properly

Filters located in filter rack, FAU located in garage, changed filter, flushed condensation line, on fau followed sequence of operation, checked for amperage and voltage, checked for blower speed, check for any loose connections, check for carbon monoxide, check for temperature rise, check for capacitor, everything within range also cleared dust accumulated inside electrical component. System is working within specifications in heating at the time of maintenance.

Performed a cooling maintenance on a 2024 American Standard silver series condenser, condenser located on right side of home, filter located in filter rack, fau located in garage, changed filter, flushed condensation line, on condenser check for amperage and voltage, check for compressor which HO stated that it’s nosy check it out and sending estimates to replace under warranty, check for freon level, check for capacitors, everything within range also clear out dust accumulated inside electrical component area and rinsed condenser coil. System is working within specification in cooling at the time of maintenance.

Arrived at customer’s home to install 6 new can lights and one new dimmer for the light in living room. Got power from plug below switch location and ran switchleg for light fixture through wall to nearest fixture. Strung lights together with 12-2 romex,made all connections, restored power to complete scope of work, and cleaned up mess to complete scope of work. Customer also requested quote for retrofitting can lights in kitchen to led trims.
