After Diagnostic found disconnect box was not wired up wired up system checked proper voltage had 240 turned on system. System is up and cooling. Client stated she turned a cooktop on which tripped the breaker. Had another electrician company come out here and said it was the AC wire coming from J box to unit if it happens again we have to send electricians out. We’ll talk to management about this call. after returning found short in wires from J box to disconnect box at condensing unit ran temporary disconnect whip. Also found short in low-voltage wires from air handler to condensing unit. Bypassed bad wires system is now operating and cooling. We will need to return to run new permanent wires from J box to disconnect box and add wireless module

Performed annual cooling maintenance on a 2023 Carrier 4 ton split system and a 1998 Carrier 4 ton unit. 2) upflow FAUs are located in garage. Replaced 2) 20x25 filters located at filter racks. Cleared condensation lines. Followed sequence of operations and checked voltage, amperage, capacitors, temperature splits, Freon levels, and rinsed condenser coils. 1998 condenser has king valves, checked Freon levels through non-invasive methods. Found capacitor for S#2787 with a weak capacitor. Informed, recommended, and replaced capacitor. Tested and cycled equipment. Both thermostats checked out operational. Both systems are working properly in cooling at this time of service. Client renewed HFCP, paid via CC.
Performed precision tune up and 2) 2011 Lennox 3ton condensers. Both upflow FAUs are located in laundry room closet. Cleared condensation lines. Replaced 16x30, 14x24, and 20x20 filters. 16x30 is located in living room fau blower compartment. Followed sequence of operations and checked voltage, amperage, capacitors, hard start kits, temperature splits, Freon levels, and rinsed condenser coils. Everything checked out within range. Both thermostats checked out operational. Both systems are working properly in cooling at this time of service.

Performed thermostat check (1050 thermostat) — system called for cooling with no active alerts. Cleaned condenser coils thoroughly. Measured supply air temperature at 56°F. Removed dust from electrical components. System is operating properly and cooling as expected at time of service.

Today’s annual cooling preventative maintenance consisted of one platinum American standard system. I first began with replacing the 12 x 30 filters located in the hallway next to the upflow closet system, I then cleared the condensation line via Jones valve to ensure that proper drainage is occurring for the system. The 1050 thermostat is properly calling for cooling with no error codes or messages on it. The system is successfully providing a 20° split between the liquid line and the suction line temperatures, ensuring that the home is being cold properly to the desired temperature. And there’s also no error codes or messages on the communication board at the platinum system. The amps on the system are safely, checking out in range verifying that there is a controlled voltage being used throughout the unit. I also thoroughly washed the coils down on the system to remove all dirt and debris that may have accumulated on the coils. Overall, this platinum American standard unit is operat
