Both filters were changed during last maintenance, issue was insulation from blower panel had detached used spray and bond to reattach and allowed to dry.

Set estimate for a new contactor. This is for unit located on left side of house. There is no data plate on unit. Client has two units on left side of house. One contractor is in good shape. The other has some burnt marks on contactor.

Changed out 20x25 and 3)14x14 filters

Maintenance for cooling on an American Standard gold series 2013 2 ton upflow heat pump. FAU located in the laundry room closet on the outside patio. 16 x 20 filter located at FAU. Condensation line cleared filter changed. Honeywell thermostat working properly. Check system sequence of operation. Checked compressor amps, checked motor amps, checked capacitor, checked the fuses and disconnect box, checked Freon and temperature split. Upon maintenance checked capacitor, tested below specs capacitors is weak and no longer good outdoor only came on due to Hardstart kit. Notified client and recommend replace dual run capacitor. Client agreed and signed estimate. Replaced dual run capacitor and test system operation. System is working per manufacture spec. Home is cooling properly.

Arrived to cut in four 6” can less lights in living area. Converted single gang switch box to two gang switch box. Ran circuit for new lights from two gang box up the wall and into the ceiling. Provided customer with drywall repair number.

Upon arrival, client showed me where the water was coming from. Water was overflowing from the condensation line, breathing hole, not at the pan or at the connections of the condensation line. I then went outdoors to see if I could flush out the condensation line from both ends and at the point of the condensation line, it was full of mud and obstructed, and it had a double opening T connection that was preventing proper drainage. I flushed out the condensation line via Jones valve as well, and the water was still unsuccessfully completely draining out. I repaired the condensation exit line to ensure that it has a proper exit point for the gravitational pool to help during the water out and client informed me she would like both of them to be repaired as she has had that issue in the past for the other condensation exit line. After repairing both of these lines, they were able to drain out and pass a great amount of water with a few chunks and debris in the line, ensuring that they are

After returning, I was able to tone out FAU circuit and find breaker that would not reset. Install installed new 15 amp breaker and test system. System is now operating properly.

After Diagnostic found faulty capacitor Replaced capacitor installed compressor saver checked pressures system is cooling properly at this time did advise client unit is 13 year old system r 22 recommend replacing sent estimates

Performed a cooling maintenance on three American standard split systems and one mini split check sequence of operations. By checking out all electrical and refrigeration levels at this time all three systems are pulling down the house properly reaching temperatures inside house at 73 cleaned out condensations from outdoor drain pipe. Also wash down all three alter units changed out filters. Need a 10 foot ladder at this time compressor amp motor amps and refrigeration levels are within range.

Performed a cooling maintenance on four split system units. Checked sequence of operations by checking out all electrical and refrigeration levels upon checking refrigeration levels on course system refrigeration levels are within range. Client did not want to check inside units . Only wanted outdoor units checked. upon checking out electrical components on unit controlling area found a blown run capacitor, as well as a very damage. Contactor recommended replacing Client agreed. All data plates are completely faded out at this time. All four systems are cooling down the house properly within manufacturer specifications, finish maintenance by washing down all units and cleaning out condensation lines from outdoor drain pipe located next to outdoor unit.
