🔧 Service Summary 🔍 Diagnostic & Testing Performed: • Cycled the system multiple times; equipment started properly on every cycle • Inspected all wiring and confirmed the system is properly grounded • Tested the pressure switch and verified correct operation • Checked all safety sensors to ensure they are functioning properly 🛠️ Repair Completed: • Replaced the circuit board to eliminate all possible control-related issues • Client was informed that the circuit board is not covered under warranty ✅ Final Results: • System starts and runs as expected • All safety components operating correctly • System is functioning properly and within normal operating limits
Performed heating maintenance on 2022 Carrier split heat pump, upflow fau in outside closet, and 20+ year old Radco fan coil fau in separate outside closet. Closets are on opposite sides of home. Replaced (2) 14x30 ceiling filters. Inspected ductwork and attic. Ecobee thermostats working properly. Cleared condensation drains. Radco fau system took longer for temp split to get above 25°, 2022 carrier split -30°. Cleaned off all dust and debris rep, inside and outside air handlers. Checked amps, volts, blower motor capacitor (10uF), carrier ECM motor amps. Inspected evaporator coils and blower wheels for cleanliness. Found 10uF blower motor capacitor for Radco (left side of home) was over 50% out of range (4.95uF) and designed for only 10% tolerance. Highly recommend replacing capacitor to prevent the motor from failing, as it’s older as well. Also the evaporator coil for the 2022 Carrier (right side of home) was starting to build up dust and debris and recommend having the coil cleaned
✅✅ Replaced gas pump and adjusted gas pressure, tested multiple times at circuit board and through thermostat system is now heating properly and within limits
Performed annual maintenance on two 2019 American standard split systems. Customer changed filters. Followed sequence of operations checked flame ignition, blower motor speeds, and safety switches . Cleared out condensation lines to drain properly. Both Honeywell 6000 checked in range reaching desired temperature. Sequence of operation checked in range. Capacitors in range. Systems working properly at this time of service.
I Performed Maintenance on the Heating System. Also replaced a 20x25 filter and tested the condensate pump. Verified condensation pump is working properly. The system is a 2020 Heat Pump model located in the laundry room closet and outside on the ground. I found that the dual run capacitor tested no good and was installed in June 2024. Replaced capacitor under warranty and tested. Checked remaining electrical components and components checked out within manufactures specifications. The system checked out operational at the time of the service.

Heating maintenance on Bosch rooftop package heat pump system. Changed out 20 x 25 filter located in, no ladder needed, verified proper sequence of operation, cleared a condensation line and washed condensing coil, thermostat checked out OK. System is within manufacturers specifications and heating and operating properly at this time of service.

Heating service on two carrier split systems. Furnaces are located in hallway, closet and garage, changed out filters located within filter, rack, and furnace cabinet, verified proper sequence of operation, conversation lines were cleared at FAU, zero carbon monoxide detected thermostats, checked out OK. Recommended water safety switches for both systems to prevent any water damage to electrical components and to platform and home due to condensation overflow from congested lines. Systems are within manufacturer specifications, and heating and operating properly at this time of service.

Arrived to provide an estimate for repairs to the garage exterior wall sconces and motion sensor light. Additionally, inspected a LED trim light affected by water damage in the ceiling. Removed and replaced the existing timer box with the same model. Removed and replaced the motion sensor light with a comparable fixture. Inspected the trim light and confirmed there was no damage to the fixture or wiring.
Checked six mini split heads in heat mode and washed washable filter filters also changed 20 x 25 filter. Checked amps, volts, capacitor and all safety switches. Checked gas and static pressures. Also cleaned electrical and burner compartment. Check temperature split on conventional system and mini split. Cycled system from Nest thermostat. All thermostats are operational. Found all electrical and safety components to be within manufactured specifications. All systems are operating and heating properly.
