Performed a cooling maintenance on (2) straight cool condensers, located in the front yard. Gas furnace is located in the laundry room. Installed (two) 16 x 25 x 1 air filters and wash down outdoor units. Checked electrical motors and capacitors. Refrigerant temperature and pressure looked good. Thermostat/disconnect box: good. Both systems are cooling the home at the time of maintenance.

Tried to contact will keep trying today. Mitsubishi states they’re having issues with new Comfort app and fixing the software problems. I informed them of being able to add each homeowners individual phone and separate account to each system but not both systems to both phones. Can try to keep adding kumo clouds to their apps while on phone with tech support . Was able to add each system and turn them on to cooling from app so bo5 kumo clouds are working to connect and control systems, WiFi is working , but the apps having issue for adding both units, not sure if it’s cause separate accounts, Mitsubishi not sure just that they’re working on the Comfort app. Homeowners have to drive in from Las Vegas and tech support closes 2pm pacific time.

Performed annual maintenance on a 3.5-ton Lennox condenser system. Changed out the 16x25 filter, located in the hallway closet. Upon arrival, client stated there was little to no airflow in three rooms. Checked airflow and confirmed no airflow to the affected rooms. Inspected the attic and found collapsed ductwork with a major hole. Ductwork showed significant deterioration. Recommended replacing the existing ductwork throughout the home. Home has approximately eight registers and is 1,360 square feet. Recommended replacing the ductwork with R-8 insulated 6-inch ducts. Followed sequence of operations and checked compressor amperage, fan motor amperage, and capacitors. Capacitors were checked and are operating within range. Will send estimates to the homeowner for the recommended ductwork replacement. Attempted to contact the homeowner three times but received no answer.

The installation of a 5 Ton American Standard Silver 14 upflow split heat pump system with a Honeywell S200 Wi-Fi thermostat has been successfully completed. The project involved ensuring the proper setup and functionality of the system, catering to the specific heating and cooling requirements of the premises.

The work involved the installation of a dual zone ductless system in the guest house. The existing dual zone ductless heat pump was replaced with a new 2.5 ton, 21 SEER2 AS Mitsubishi high-efficiency dual zone ductless heat pump. This installation included the addition of new refrigerant lines, a drain line, and lineset covers to ensure optimal performance and efficiency of the new system.

Fixed freon leak balance sub cooling and installed Honeywell thermostat unit is up and cooling

Upon arrival, had client turn system on to cool for only blower motor would operate. With further inspection I discovered system compressor was not running due to clogged condensation line and water safety switch. Cleared condensation line system is now operating and cooling properly.
