Cooling service on American Standard platinum split system and American standard platinum split heat pump system. Furnace is located in hallway closet next to front entry and air handler is located in garage. Washed washable filter located within furnace cabinet and changed out 20 x 36 filter located in upper wall. Cleared all electrical components of dust and debris, verified proper sequence of operation, verified proper operation for water safety switch. No current/past error codes at CDA or thermostat, verified refrigerant levels and took temperature splits and cycle equipment. Washed condensing coils and cleared condensation lines. Systems are within manufacturers specifications and cooling and operating properly at this time of service. Renewed annual comfort plan with a member.

Performed PTU on a 2012 York split system. Upflow fau is located in hallway closet. Replaced customer supplied 20x25 filter located in filter cabinet. Cleared condensation line. Serviced and washed filters for garage ductless unit. Followed sequence of operations and checked voltage, amperage, capacitor, hard start kit, temperature split, Freon levels, and rinsed condenser coils. Thermostat checked out operational. System is working properly in cooling at this time of service.

Performed a cooling maintenance on a 2024 American Standard Platinum series condenser and a 2020 Rheem condenser , condenser located on left side of home, filter located hallway ceiling, fau located in attic, changed filter, flushed condensation line, on condenser check for amperage and voltage, check for compressor, check for freon level, check if thermostat had no error codes or alerts, check for capacitors, check for Start kit and surge protector everything within range , clear out dust accumulated inside electrical component area and rinsed condenser coil. System is working within specification in cooling at the time of maintenance. .

Everything is working fine

Installed new condenser fan motor and fan blade also cut refrigerant lines and moved condenser to be able to get to electrical panel. Pressure test and vacuum system.

Comfort ac service on 2014 day n night split system. Fau located inside hallway attic. Replaced filters, flushed lines and washed coils. Checked all ac components and refrigerant levels. Systems properly running within manufacture specifications.

System are shutting off and on at this time advised client if units stay on and won’t shut off we will replace thermostats

Check both systems found serial # 71069 very low on R 22 refrigerant talk to client about replacing unit sent estimate the other system is cooling properly
