Comfort ac service on 2014 day n night split system. Fau located inside hallway attic. Replaced filters, flushed lines and washed coils. Checked all ac components and refrigerant levels. Systems properly running within manufacture specifications.

System are shutting off and on at this time advised client if units stay on and won’t shut off we will replace thermostats

Check both systems found serial # 71069 very low on R 22 refrigerant talk to client about replacing unit sent estimate the other system is cooling properly

Performed a cooling maintenance on two split platinum heat pumps. Washed outdoor units, executed refrigerant circuit diagnostic and replaced filters. Cleared condensate drain line. Upon arrival, unit #7NHF had an error code 067.06 - suction temperature sensor. Resistance measurement between pin 3 and 12 was OL (open circuit). Opened side panel and found low voltage wire chewed by a rat. Repaired low-voltage wiring which cleared error code and solved the problem. Both systems are currently cooling the home at the time of maintenance and repair.

The previous work involved the installation of a 3 Ton American Standard Gold 17 upflow Split Heat Pump System. Further details regarding the installation, including specific procedures and any additional observations, were documented during the service. We installed a 3 ton gold Upflow and fixed the air leakage issue of the second system with a new transition and sealed correct.

Maintenance for cooling on one American Standard silver series split system and one 5 ton carrier split system. Two thermostats working properly. Condensation lines cleared filters changed. 20 x 25 filter located at carrier furnace in the garage. Checked both system sequence of operation. Check compressor amps, checked fan motor amps, checked, capacitors, checked fuses, checked Freon and pressure. Carrier system capacitor rated far below specs. Worn clients that capacitor will fail. Recommended replace dual run capacitor. Customers agreed and signed estimate. Replaced dual run capacitor. Test systems operation. Both systems are working per a manufacture specifications. Home is cooling properly.

Heat pump estimates

Performed a cooling maintenance on three split system units. Two units are R 22. The other unit is a 410 system. Client is more than aware of age and condition of both our 22 systems checked all electrical and refrigeration levels for all three systems at this time all three systems are cooling down the house with specifications inform client that our 22 systems only a matter of time before going out electrical and refrigeration levels are within range queen now condensation lines from outdoor drain pipe. Changed out filter filters and finish maintenance by washing down both condenser units.
