Checked six mini split heads in heat mode and washed washable filter filters also changed 20 x 25 filter. Checked amps, volts, capacitor and all safety switches. Checked gas and static pressures. Also cleaned electrical and burner compartment. Check temperature split on conventional system and mini split. Cycled system from Nest thermostat. All thermostats are operational. Found all electrical and safety components to be within manufactured specifications. All systems are operating and heating properly.

While attempting to perform maintenance, discovered that system has a faulty gas valve. Gas valve is receiving proper voltage, but not opening to release gas. Gas valve has been ordered from Howard spoke with Francisco and they have it in stock and will send it out Monday. Client is aware once we have part in hand we will call and schedule install. Client is leaving Tuesday night PO 263570280–101

Homeowner had concern either the new heat pump we installed or the heat thermostat for that system wasn’t working as well as her other nest thermostat for kitchen area. Went to test mode for nest on new heat pump, wires recognized were correct, setup for heat pump. Did heat pump heat test and was getting voltage on O, causing cooling at LSOV. Checked all wiring at unit and found end of thermostat wire at terminal block was making slight contact with O terminal. I cut back excess copper end, spaced out wiring with any slack available. Reversing valve disengaged and system was heating. 37° heat rise. Showed homeowner at bedroom supply where she felt cool air. Tested other nest thermostat for heat and cool and both are working properly for each mode independently. She bought 2 nest thermostats in case it was the thermostats issue. Current nest thermostats she says are just around 3 years old. Informed I can install them at $165 each. Homeowner is going to wait and look at returning them.

Dropped off permit, changed both 60amp condenser breakers down to 40amp to match fuses at disconnect, condenser are rated for 50amps MAX. Added refrigerant caps to both condensers. Equipment is up to code and is working properly at this time of service.

I Performed Maintenance on the Heating System. Also replaced a 20x25 filter. The system is a 2021 Armstrong system located in the laundry room closet. I also flushed the condensate drains and Verifed both ductless mini splits are working properly. Also cleaned washable filters for them. The Heating System checked out operational at the time of the service.

Maintenance consisted of one American standard upflow union located in the closet access I began with replacing the filter to ensure proper airflow is circulating back at minimum restrictions. I then cleared the condensation line of ensuring that it is properly draining at this time of service the 1050 thermostat is properly calling for heat and turning the unit on with no error codes or messages on it. The amps checked out in good range ensuring a controlled voltage is being used through the units all of the heating sequence of operations successfully checked out, igniting the flame, and properly warming the home to desired temperature. Overall, the American standard furnace is operating to manufacture standards at this time of service.

Heating maintenance on American standard platinum split POV system. Air handler is located in closet next to front entrance, washed washable filter, condensation line was cleared at air handler, cleared all electrical components of dust and debris, verified proper sequence of operation, washed condensing coil, thermostat Checked out OK, system is within manufacturer specifications and heating and operating properly at this time of service.

I Performed Maintenance on both the Heating Systems. Also replaced a 20x30 and 2) 20x20 Filters. Both the Heating Systems are 2018 models located in the hallway attic. I also flushed both the condensate drains. Both the Heating Systems checked out operational at the time of the service.
