Inspected capacitor and electrical components ā all functioning properly. Performed courtesy maintenance on mini-split filters and coils. Washed condensation coils thoroughly. Checked temperature split ā measured at 19°F, within normal operating range. Confirmed system operation ā unit running properly at time of service. Scheduled return to replace batteries in thermostat.
Arrived to install a six-inch LED trim light and run a new switch leg circuit over the sink. Cut drywall above the existing double gang switch box and above the upper cabinet. Ran the circuit from the double gang box to the six-inch cutout above the sink. Connected the six-inch light and switch. Customer provided the light fixture, two switches, and a double gang cover plate.

Compressor making loud unusual noise. Checked capacitors are good, electrical connections are secure. Will order new compressor under warranty. S/n-243825jwjf for living room. To late to order compressor Will order Monday.
Heating service and safety check on 2005/2006 equipment. Replaced filter, cleared drain lines. Verified sequence of operation is working properly. Checked cooling operation and verified equipment does turn on. Advised equipment in very poor condition past life expectancy. Equipment has multiple potential problems due to age and poor condition.
Heating maintenance on three split heat pump systems. Air handlers are suspended in ceiling. (see photos need to remove ceiling tiles to get access) verified proper sequence of operation, took temperature rise at each supply and return, cleared condensation lines, all thermostats checked out OK. Systems are within manufacturers specifications and heating and operating properly at this time of service. Office already received payment for renewal of an annual membership.

Spoke with homeowner about warranty for Lennox or ADP. She will look for invoice with a model and serial #. She informed me it as new build and came as is but will check her paperwork for any further documentation. I have number so she can reach out with the info. From there I can get with manufacturer and we can determine proper quote for replacement of the evaporator coil and any leaked ur r410a refrigerant.. Follow up 1/7 - I contacted all distributors that handle ADP coils, they are not associated with Lennox. The only way we can get warranty is through Howard Distributors and they are very strict now because ADP is no longer a company and so we go through their distributors. So even with new build, they require some form of proof of purchase with model and serial number on it. Iām sending quote for us to replace coil and leaked out refrigerant. If homeowner would like to try to get warranty they need to contact the contractor that built the home and see if they have that paperw

2022 Lennox split system, gas furnace in upstairs tic, with ADP coil, r410a. I tested system and it short cycled within a minute. Charge indicates very low on refrigerant, system has a refrigerant leak. Discussed options with homeowner. Performed attic leak search with electronic leak detector. Found leak where copper distribution tubing meets aluminum at bottom row at end of A-coil. Confirmed with ultra sonic and soap reactant. Very difficult location for brazing torches, tight attic, lots of foam insulation, and dissimilar metals. ADP is separate than Lennox. Will follow up tomorrow morning after getting with management and manufacturer info for options to fix issue. Recommended and signed up on Hydeās comfort club maintenance plan.

Cleaned out burners furnace. Verified heating sequence of operation is working properly according to manufacturer specifications. Checked and detected zero carbon monoxide. Checked temperature rise. Checked capacitor for blower motor. Nest thermostat checked out operational. System is working properly in heating at this time of service.

Performed a heating maintenance on a split system unit. At this time system is heating up the house properly. Make sure to clean our condensation line and change the filter. Finish maintenance by making sure your system switched back into cool mode properly.

Upon arrival found systems, contactor, engaged while thermostat is in the off position. Unstuck and cleaned contactor. Cycled system several times unit is now operating properly.
Equipment iced up on arrival, evaporator coils iced up. Performed diagnostic on equipment and found equipment very low on r22 refrigerant. Equipment in very poor condition well past life expectancy. Not able to read data plat on outside equipment possibly 2004 model equipment. Advised equipment has leak in refrigeration system. R22 refrigerant no longer manufactured, and refrigeration coils are no longer available. Highly recommend replacing equipment and update equipment to 2025 refrigerant for long term solution. Option 1 is to replace partial system-condenser and evaporator coils. Option 2 replace complete system. Attention below attached 2 options below.
