Completed heating maintenance and courtesy garage mini split service (technician notes). Main heating is electric using heating coils. Checked temperature heat rise. System cycled in heating. Found evaporator coil and blower wheel inundated/clogged with dirt and debris. Estimate sent for cleaning services. Checked blower motor capacitor – good. Front office will set appointment for cleaning once estimates are approved. Heating system is functioning at the time of maintenance.
