Today’s annual maintenance consisted of one York furnace located in the garage attic access. I first began with replacing the three filters throughout the home to ensure proper airflow is circulating back to the unit at minimum restrictions. I then make sure that the nest thermostat is properly calling for heat and turning the unit on with the fan all of the heating sequence of operation successfully checked out ensuring that the home is being warm to the correct temperature and the gas pressure is on the flame are in the correct Range verifying that it is safely operating the amps on the motors are in the correct range confirming there is a controlled voltage being used throughout the unit safely. I then made sure that the condensation line is clearing properly and and drained at this time of service. Overall, this York furnace is operating to the manufacture standards at this time of preventative Maintenance.

I Performed Maintenance on the Heating System. Also client replaced a 20x30 14x14 Filters. The system is a 2013 model located in the hallway attic. I also flushed the condensate drain. The system checked out operational at the time of the service.
