I Performed Maintenance on the Cooling System. Also replaced a 20x30 and 14x14 Filters. The system is a 2022 model located in the master closet attic and outside on the ground. I also flushed the condensation drain from the attic. I advised client of crack in secondary drain pan. Recommended replacing condensation drain pan, installing new safety switch and Jones Valve. Client to advise. The system checked out operational at the time of the service. Scheduled next maintenance visit online for Tuesday November 10th 2026 between 2-5 pm. Advised client that it will be time to renew on the fall service.

I Performed Maintenance on both the Cooling Systems. Also replaced 2) 20x30 filters and flushed both the condensate drains. Both Cooling Systems are 2020 and 2021 models located in the laundry room attic and outside on the ground. I advised client about prior recommendations of replacing both furnace blower run capacitors and outdoor run capacitor for the Lennox 3 ton unit (S#38587) and client agreed to repairs as well as the renewal of the Hyde’s Family Comfort Club. I installed two new furnace blower run capacitors for both furnaces. I then installed new dual run capacitor for Lennox 3 ton unit (S#38587) as well as a customer supplied booster kit as a courtesy. Original start up amperage was rated for 81 and with booster kit are start up amperage is at 40.5. Advised client that there is no warranty for the booster kit since it didn’t come from us. Today’s first annual cooling preventative maintenance consisted of one good man unit I first began with ensuring that the filters in the home have been placed to ensure that proper airflow is able to circulate back to the system at minimal resistance. I then cleared the condensation line thoroughly to ensure that proper drainage is occurring at this time of service. All of the cooling sequence of operations have successfully checked out verifying that there is a proper 20° split on the liquid line and the suction line temperature which verifies at the home is being cooled efficiently to the desired temperature. The capacitor safely testing on the correct range to ensure that a controlled voltage is being used following with the amperage also testing out safely. I then thoroughly washed the coils down of the unit to remove all dirt debris that may have accumulated on the system.
