Arrived to troubleshoot non-operational outlets in the kitchen. During the inspection of the main panel, I identified a double-tapped breaker. I recommended removing the additional circuit and installing a dedicated breaker for it. During the kitchen inspection, I discovered a GFCI outlet that had tripped and was hidden behind kitchenware. After resetting the breaker, power was restored to the kitchen outlets. The double-tapped breaker was removed and replaced with a new breaker dedicated to the additional circuit.

We have successfully installed a 3 Ton American Standard Gold 17 Horizontal Split Heat Pump System, along with a 50-Gallon Water Heater. Additionally, a two-year maintenance plan has been implemented to ensure ongoing support and optimal performance of the newly installed systems. All necessary steps have been taken to ensure compliance with relevant standards and to meet customer expectations.

Arrived at customer’s home to complete a complimentary electrical safety inspection. Upon inspection, I found that main breaker panel did not have surge protection and that outlets on interior of home were backstabbed. Informed customer of my findings and they requested a quote for surge protection and NOT whole home redevice to correct outlets.

Today’s annual maintenance consisted of one American standard heat pump located in the attic access. I first began with ensuring that the two filter filters in the home have been replaced and are able to provide a proper Air Flow of circulation back to the system. I then make sure that the 1050 thermostat is properly calling for heat and turning the unit on with no error codes or messages occurring all of the heating sequence of operation successfully chest out, ensuring that the home is being warm to the proper temperature the safety switch is in the correct testing mode and the condensation line has been cleared efficiently via Jones valve. Overall, this American standard unit is operating to the manufacture specs at this time of preventative maintenance.

One time tune up on 2013 day n night split system located inside hallway attic. Checked filter, filter clean. Checked all heater and ac components. Flushed condensate line in attic. Washed condenser coils. Checked refrigerant levels. Found systems outdoor compressor lock rotor amps above manufacturer specifications. Rated 93.0 and pulling 121. Recommend hard start kit to lower electrical load and help start compressor smoother to increase the life of the system. Client stated hot guest bedroom. Recommend duct modification to push more air into bedroom. Recommend comfort club.

Comfort heater service on new American standard heat pump. Air handler located inside casita attic. Replaced filters throughout the house. Checked all heater components and flushed condensate lines.

Performed annual heating maintenance on a 2021 90% gas Goodman furnace. Changed out 20x30 filter. T6 Honeywell thermostat operating properly reaching desired set point. Attic located in master bedroom closet. Followed sequence of operations checked burners, safety switches, blower motor speeds, and gas valve. Cleared out condensation line to drain properly. System is operating properly at this time of service.

Today’s annual heating maintenance consisted of one Lennox furnace located in the attic access at first begin with replacing both the filters in the home to ensure proper airflow is able to circulate back to the unit at minimum resistance. I then make sure that the conversation line is cleared and properly draining at this time of service. The Honeywell thermostat is properly calling for heat and turning the unit on all of the heating sequence of operations have successfully tricked out, verifying that the home is being warm to the correct and desired temperature. The amps on the motor are checking out in the correct range verifying a controlled voltage is being used safely throughout the unit overall this Lennox furnace is operating to the manufacturer specs at this time of preventative maintenance.

Found a system 7UHF cooling while in heating mode, removed magnet and reset reversing valve and tested system 3x to verify system is going into Heating and cooling. System is now operating properly.
