Today’s annual heating maintenance consisted of two York furnaces located in the attic access. I first began with replacing all three filters in the home to ensure proper airflow is able to circulate back to the system at minimum resistance, and then ensure that both of the Honeywell thermostats are properly calling for heat and turning the unit on all of the heating sequence of operations have successfully checked out for each system verifying that they are properly heating the home to the correct temperature supply. Both systems are checking out in the correct amperage range, ensuring that there’s a controlled voltage being used throughout each unit separately I then cleared the condensation line for the systems to ensure proper drainage is maintained. Both of the safety switches in the pans are safely checking out. Overall, both of these York furnaces are operating to the manufacture specs at this time of heating prevent preventative maintenance.

I Performed Maintenance on both the Heating Systems. Also replaced a 20x30 14x14 and 14x24 Filters. Both the Heating Systems are 2011 models located in the master closet attic and outside on the ground. I advised client that the blower motor run capacitor for the main house furnace is rated for 7.5 Microfareds and reading at 5.25 Microfareds which is considered weak and out of manufactures specifications. I also advised client about not having a water safety switch. Client to advise. Client is moving out of the current residence. At the time of the maintenance service both the Heating Systems are operational.
