Upon arrival found thermostat blank. Found FAU pigtail burnt, replaced pigtail and cycled power to unit. Everything kicked on. Temperature split at 22°. Verified all electrical amperage’s. System is working properly in cooling at this time of service. Charged CC on file.

I Performed Maintenance on the Cooling System. Also replaced a 20x30 and 14x24 filters. The system is a 2015 Trane Model located in the hallway attic and outside on the roof. The system checked out operational and within manufactures specifications at the time of today’s service. Scheduled next maintenance visit online.

Preformed a heating maintenance on 2 2022 American standard platinum furnace, Filters located in hallway ceiling, fau located in attic, attic access located in master bedroom, changed 2 20x30 1 12x24 filter, flushed condensation line through jones valve, on fau followed sequence of operation, checked for amperage and voltage, checked for blower speed, check for any loose connections, check for temperature rise, check for any error codes or alerts everything within range also cleared dust accumulated inside electrical component. System is working within specification in heating at the time of maintenance.

I Performed Maintenance on the Heating System. Also replaced a 16x30 and 14x14 Filters. I also flushed the condensate drain. The system is a 2022 American Standard Heat Pump model located in the hallway attic and outside on the ground. The system checked out operational at the time of today’s maintenance visit. Scheduled next maintenance visit online.

⚒️⚒️ Demand service No Cool Upon a rebel, Client informed me that system was taking a long time to reach desired temperature Thermostat was calling for cooling displaying indoor temperature at 82° Went to auto equipment for further investigation check all moving components and then found that system was 2 pounds low on refrigerant Spoke with Client , Client approved balancing refrigerant ✅ System is now operating properly and within limits

Repairs leak on evaporator coil. Pressure tested after and checked for any other spots or possible rubouts. Leak repaired and no other leaks detected. Pulled vacuum, under 500 microns. Performed vacuum decay test, passed, micron level stabilized around 500. Added back factory charge of 8lbs 6oz. Pressures to specs and 20° temperature split. System is cooling properly now.

Arrived at customer’s home to diagnose outlets non op in kitchen. Upon arrival I found that 4 outlets in kitchen did not have power. Found a tripped breaker in main breaker panel labeled “kitchen”. Reset breaker to restore power and resolve issue. Tested all outlets in question and confirmed with customer to complete scope of work for today.

Gave customer a call regarding iid results from visit yesterday. Iid tech said he read normal voltages on both legs of utility drop. Talked to iid tech and informed customer of his findings compared to mine. Customer stated that he was going to have someone come out to look at his ice maker to see if there are any issues with it. If customer cannot determine any issues with appliances, I informed him that we can come back out to do a deeper diagnostic on system.
