Found a system 7UHF cooling while in heating mode, removed magnet and reset reversing valve and tested system 3x to verify system is going into Heating and cooling. System is now operating properly.

Maintenance for heat on a very old gas furnace upflow located in the garage unfamiliar with the brand. filter 20 x 25 located at the FAU changed filter .check thermostat is working properly. Checked amperage draw checked 24 V on the gas valve. Furnace did not have inducer motor notified customer. customer wanted me to check out cooling checked compressor checked Freon and pressure. Compressor amps were high recommended a compressor saver kit customer agreed installed compressor saver kit checked compressor amps showed customer the difference notify customer the system is very old to keep up or to call the office and ask for a quote. wash the unit down system is working per manufacturer specification home is heating and cooling.

I Performed Maintenance on the Heating System. Also replaced a 20x30 and 14x14 Filters. The system is a 2001 York model located in the garage and outside on the ground. Blower Motor Run Capacitor is rated for 15 Microfareds and we’re getting 10 Microfareds. Capacitor is testing weak and below manufactures specifications. System is past life expectancy and client is well aware of that. Attached estimate for replacing blower motor run capacitor. The system checked out operational at the time of the service. Scheduled next Maintenance visit online for Wednesday July 22nd 2026 between 12:30- 3 pm.

Heating service on Trane split system. Furnace is located in attic/access hallway. Cleared all electrical components and burners of dust and debris, verified proper sequence of operation, zero carbon monoxide detected, deducting was secured and attached to system, and in good condition, condensation line was cleared at FAU, thermostat check out ok. System is within manufacturers specifications, and Heating and operating properly at this time of service.

The system checked out operational at the time of the service. Scheduled next maintenance visit online for Tuesday August 11th 2026 between 10-12 pm.

Reconnected the Alexa feature on both ecobee thermostats and restored Wi-Fi connectivity. Connected the Amazon Echo device in the master bedroom to Alexa and linked the client’s accounts to both the ecobee and Alexa apps. Verified proper setup and communication between all devices. Tested voice recognition and system operation to ensure all thermostats and Alexa devices are connected, responsive, and functioning correctly through Wi-Fi and mobile apps.

Installed two new filters in Broan fresh air system and tested. Left old filters with client.

Heating service on American Standard split pump system. Changed out 18 x 20 filter located that filter rack, cleared all debris, verified proper sequence of operation, washed, condensing coil, thermostat, checked out OK. System is within manufacturers specifications, and Heating and operating properly at this time of surface.

Heating service on two American Standard platinum split POV systems. Air handlers are located in attic/access hallway, filters were recently changed, located in lower wall and ceiling. Verified proper sequence of operation, verified proper operation for water safety switches, no current/pass error codes at the thermostats or CDA’s, condensation lines were cleared through outside termination, washed condensing coils, systems are within manufacturers specifications at Heating and operating properly at this time of service.
