Today’s call consisted of one unit I first began with vacuuming out the condensation line at the exit point of the system. Following with ensuring that the thermostat is properly calling for cooling. I also did a temperature supply check at the room where the client explained how it did not feel the proper temperature. And supply temp is much colder than the temperature is being called for on the thermostat. I provided photos and I also cleared the condensation line from the attic access point and to ensure there is no leakage occurring on the system. Client was concerned there might be accumulation of water as her previous home had that issue. I did go ahead and recommend a Jones valve a safety switch and even a water pan to be installed under the unit. Overall, the system is cooling to the manufacture specs

Upon arrival system nexus sensor was not connecting correctly even After replacing batteries. Did a hard reset to the sensor connection and re connected the nexus and added new batteries once more. System was able to successfully connect. Client was also interested in adding an additional sensor for her kitchen room. I added an additional sensor for client. Confirmed both sensors have successfully connected and are communicating properly. One placed in bedroom and one in kitchen. System is now operating to manufacture specs with no alerts.
