Client stated water was dripping from the roof couple of days ago. Went into attic and found no signs of water damage coming from roof into attic. Condensate line are draining properly and no water dripping into secondary line nor in safety pan, informed client water that was leaking from roof is not related to the HVAC equipment. Client stated error code for (67.04) dome temperature sensor will frequently appear on thermostat. During service no error code was present and measured proper DC volts to sensor. Informed sensor is failing intermittently. Recommended replacing dome temp sensor. Client signed estimate for repair. Will call and order part and will coordinate with office once part is in hand to schedule return.

Estimate to replace condenser fan motor, installed and tested. Comfort ac service on 2011 Goodman packaged unit. Replaced filter, flushed lines and washed coils. Checked all ac components and temperature split.

Diagnostic on 2009 Lennox equipment sn-6020 loss of 24 v control circuit. Found electrical short in control circuit in attic. Repaired electrical circuit in attic, also found failed capacitors causing unit to not run. Replaced capacitor,

🛠️🛠️ Noise issue Upon arrival client informed me that system makes a noise at night when it’s quiet ( system operates at lower speed) Replaced customers supply filters Went up to the attic for further investigation, shook air handler Move air handler away from trusses check airflow, checked for manual dampers. Also make sure that refrigerant lines weren’t touching evaporator cover. System was set on test mode System is operating smooth and quiet at this time Ask client to move register lever when he hears that noise. It might be a register issue. ✅ System is operating properly and within limits

Performed scheduled maintenance on three HVAC systems: two newer American Standard heat pump systems serving the main residence and one older First Company heat pump system serving the casita. Maintenance procedures were completed consistently across all three systems. Replaced filters throughout the home, inspected accessible electrical components, and cleared dust and debris from electrical compartments. Verified refrigerant operating conditions and confirmed systems were operating within manufacturer specifications. Temperature readings were taken at multiple supply registers throughout the residence and casita to verify cooling performance and conditioned airflow. Washed all outdoor condensing coils and cleared condensate drain lines through the exterior terminations to verify proper drainage. At completion of service, all three systems were operating properly and within manufacturer specifications with no immediate operational concerns observed

As shown in pictures, replace Ruba flex and added UV wrap. Made sure line set and thermostat wired are protected from sun.
