Upon arrival found Honeywell T6 thermostat with the blank screen with further inspection discovered system had a blown low-voltage fuse and tripped breaker. Reset breaker and installed new low-voltage fuse. System would operate for about 30 seconds and then system tripped the breaker again. Has a faulty transformer that burnt out systems control board. We will need to order new control board on Monday.

I Performed Maintenance on the Cooling System. Also replaced a 20x30 and 2) 20x20 Filters. The system is a 2018 model located in the master closet attic and outside on the ground. I also flushed the condensate drain from the attic. I found that the outdoor condenser fan motor is leaking oil around the motor meaning that the motor has lost it seal, which increases the likelihood of fan motor failure. Sent client estimate and client to advise. The system checked out operational at the time of the service. Scheduled next maintenance visit online for Monday October 12th 2026 between 12:30- 3 pm.

I found that the dual run capacitor tested extremely weak and out of manufactures specifications. I advised client about adding a start kit and replacing the blower motor run capacitor from prior recommendations. Client to wait on other recommendations. I recommended and installed new dual run capacitor and tested the system. The system checked out operational at the time of the service. Scheduled next maintenance visit online for Saturday October 24th 2026 between 10-12 pm.

Upon arrival blower working compressor wasn’t after further inspection found a blow compressor saver do to high voltage burn wires replace compressor saver and capacitor and contactor check system cooling properly at this time advice client about age and refrigerant type talk about replacing unit sent estimate client will talk to family

After Diagnostic found common wire not making proper connection at thermostat pushed in thermostat tightened wires at circuit board unit is up and cooling at this time also signed up client on comfort plan for office to schedule will send estimate for mini splits for both hot bedrooms

After Diagnostic found there was no incoming power from 120 switch in attic hardware unit in unit is up and cooling

Check compressor amps, checked fan motor amps, checked in rush, checked Freon and pressure. Washed both units down. Both systems are working per manufacturer spec. Home is cooling properly.
