Both systems located in laundry room attic,condensation lines cleared filters changed both systems cycled and came on in sequence checked inducer fan motor checked amperage draw check 24 V on the gas valve. Both systems are working per manufacturer specification home is heating properly.

Upon arrival found bedroom unit RTJF SYSTEM CALLING FOR COOL BUT UNIT STAYING IN IDLE. WITH FURTHER INSPECTION WE DISCOVERED SYSTEM WAS COMPLETELY FLAT ON REFRIGERANT. REPAIRED STRAIGHTER, CORE AND CHARGE SYSTEM WITH 10 POUNDS OF REFRIGERANT. SYSTEM IS NOW OPERATING AND COOLING PROPERLY.

Arrived at customer’s home to replace existing sub panel in home with a new code compliant sub panel. Original sub panel was a zinsco panel and needed to be replaced, so this panel was taken out of home and replaced with a new 125 amp square d homeline sub panel. Also installed square d surge protector in sub panel in breaker spot to protect home from surges. Had to remove support for shelves in closet in order to fit panel in the proper bay of wall. Informed customer of this and she said she’d have it fixed no problem. Showed customer completed work and informed her that drywall repair is needed to fill in spaces under the panel from original sub.
