I made 8 hardwire whips
Maintenance for cooling on two 3 ton 2004 r22 York split system. condensation lines cleared filters changed. Two thermostats checked out OK. Checked both system sequence of operation. Checked compressor amps, checked fan motor amps, checked capacitors, checked Freon and pressure. Outdoor unit to the left of the house capacitor tested low and out of range. Recommended customer replace capacitor before it fails also recommended customer two hard start kit to better benefit the compressors and reduce start of amps. Customer only agreed to new capacitor. Customer signed estimate. Replaced capacitor and check systems operation. Both systems are working per manufacturer specs. Customer acknowledges both systems contains old Freon and are roughly 22 years old. Home is cooling at time of maintenance. Customer paid annual maintenance via credit card.

Today’s annual cooling preventative maintenance consisted of one American standard unit at first, began with the placing in both filters in the home to ensure that proper airflow is able to circulate back to the system at minimal resistance. I then ensure that the Honeywell thermostat is properly calling for cooling and turning the unit on with no errors occurring all of the cool sequence of operations are successfully checking out verifying that there is a proper 20° split for the home to be cooling efficiently to the desired temperature and then clear the condensation line to ensure that it is properly draining at this time of service and the amps are testing out in the correct range following with the capacitor also testing out safely. I then thoroughly washed the coils down on the units to remove all dirt and debris that may have accumulated on the system. And overall this American standard unit is operating to the manufacture specs at this time of today’s preventative cooling main
Maintenance for cooling on a 2022 3 ton Bosch package unit. Filter 14 x 30. Emerson thermostat working properly. Check the system sequence of operation. Check compressor amps, checked Freon and temperature split. Checked fuses. Recommended customer surge protector. Customer agreed and signed estimate. Shut system off from the breaker and Installed surge protector. Flipped the breaker back on check system sequence surge protectors green light was on. System is working per manufacture specs. Home is clean properly. Notify customer of warranty.
Technician was top notch
I installed two water safety switches, one at secondary drain line and one at secondary drain pan. I then installed a Jones Valve and made sure all connections are glued for drain switches and valves at indoor equipment in hallway attic. I then installed new dual run capacitor, hard start kit, and contactor at outdoor unit and tested the system. Made sure connections are tight at contactor terminals as well as capacitor connections. System is operational at the time of the service.
Performed annual maintenance on a 2014 Goodman 5-ton unit. Replaced client-supplied 20x30 filter. Verified proper sequence of operations. Checked refrigerant levels, amperage draw, and motor performance. Cleared condensate line to ensure proper drainage. Thoroughly cleaned condenser coils. Notified client that the system is significantly overcharged with refrigerant and recommended enrolling in a maintenance membership for ongoing monitoring and system care. Also recommended installation of a hard start kit to reduce startup amperage and compressor strain. Will provide a follow-up quote including a 15% discount. System is currently operating and cooling properly.
Performed annual cooling maintenance on a 2017 Trane XR 5ton split system. Fau is located in the attic. Zoning checked out operational. Replaced 2) 20x20, 14x24, and 8x8 filters. Condenser is located on the roof. Followed sequence of operations and checked voltage, amperage, capacitor, temperature split, Freon levels, cleared condensation line, and rinsed condenser coils. Everything checked out in range. Ecobee thermostats checked out operational. Both systems are working properly in cooling at this time of service.

Cleared condensation line from outside termination. 1050 thermostat checked out operational. System is working properly in cooling at this time of service.
