Today’s annual maintenance consisted of one Lennox furnace located in the attic access. I first began with replacing both filters in the home which ensures proper airflow circulating back to the unit at minimum restrictions, and then clear the condensation line on the unit to ensure proper drainage is occurring for it all of the heating sequence of operation successfully checked out, ensuring that the home is being warm to the proper temperature the amps on the motor are checking out safely confirming that there is a controlled voltage being used throughout the unit and the Honeywell thermostat is properly calling for heat and turning the unit on. Overall, this Lennox furnace is operating to the manufacturer standards at this time of preventative maintenance.

Performed heating maintenance on 2020 American Standard 90% condensing furnace in master closet attic. Homeowner informed me his Ecobee is set for 77° but stayed at 75° for last few hours. Indoor fan running. At ifc no alerts, just airflow cfm and mode, HT1. Cleared condensation drains from jones valve and sequence of operations started and was performed properly. Gasket for inducer housing, must’ve been full of condensation. Made sure it was primed after clearing it. Furnace is heating properly at time of maintenance. Checked all heating, safety and electrical components were working properly. Replaced (2) ceiling filters. Cleaned off attic platform and cleaned out electrical compartment. Zero carbon monoxide detected. Collected renewal by check. Booked upcoming summer maintenance fo Thursday. July 2nd between 8AM - 10AM.

Comfort heater service on 2005 York furnace with new condenser and coil. Replaced filter and flushed condensate lines. Checked all heater and safety components.

I then make sure that the Honeywell thermostat is properly calling for heat and turning the unit on all of the heating sequence of operation successfully checked out, igniting the flame safely and warming the home to the desire temperature the amps on the system are also checking out in good range verifying that there is a controlled voltage being used safely through the unit. I also cleared the condensation line via Jonesboro to ensure proper drainage is occurring on the unit. Overall, this Lennox furnace is operating to the manufacturer standards at this time of preventative maintenance.
