Performed annual cooling maintenance on a 2012 Lennox 4ton split system. Client replaced 20x30 and 20x20 filter prior to arrival, left behind filters. FAU is located in master closet attic access. Cleared condensation line from fau. Tested water safety switch. Followed sequence of operations and checked voltage, condenser fan motor amps, compressor start/run amps, capacitor, hard start kit, temperature split, Freon levels, and rinsed condenser coils. Secured all electrical connections. Found subcooling levels below manufacturer specifications. Informed, recommended, and added 2lbs of refrigerant to bring subcooling to manufacture specifications. Thermostat checked out operational. System is working properly in cooling at this time of service. Client signed up for HFCP and paid for repairs via check.

Today’s cooling maintenance consist of one unit located on the side of the home. I first began with replacing the 20 x 30 filter. The nest thermostat is properly calling for cooling turning the system on with no alerts. All of the cool sequence of operations are successfully checking out, ensuring that the pressures are in the correct range. I thoroughly vacuumed out the condensation line at the Egson point to ensure that it is properly draining at this time of service. The capacitor tested out in the correct range as well ensuring there’s a control voltage being used. And overall the system is operating to the manufacture specs at this time of today’s cooling maintenance
