Performed annual maintenance on 2015 Lennox split system. Attic located in hallway. Changed out 20x30 and 14x14 filters. Followed sequence of operations checked gas valve, flame ignition, blower motor speeds , and safety switches. Capacitor rated for 5uf reading 4.9uf still in range. Cleared out condensation line to drain properly. Temperature rise 50 degrees. System is operating properly. Booked client in advance for June 9th.

I Performed Maintenance on the Heating System. Also replaced a 20x30 filter. The system is a 2013 model located in the master closet attic. I also flushed the condensate drain. Performed a heating maintenance on a Goodman furnace, Filters located in hallway ceiling, fua located in attic, attic access located in master bedroom closet, changed filter, flushed condensation line through jones valve, on fau followed sequence of operation, checked for amperage and voltage, checked for blower speed, check for any loose connections, check for temperature rise, everything within range also cleared dust accumulated inside electrical component. System is working within specification in heating at the time of maintenance.

After speaking with client informed client to restart both outdoor indoor breaker to see if area code goes away. If error code does not go away in foreign client to give us a call to send out a technician. Client is out of town and will try when he comes back into town

Today’s annual maintenance consisted of two Lennox units located in the attic access at first, began with replacing all three filters throughout the home to ensure proper airflow is circulating back to the system, and then make sure both of the Honeywell thermostats are properly calling for heat and turning the unit on. The amps on each system checked out in correct range, ensuring that each system is safely using a controlled voltage throughout the unit all of the heating sequence of operation successfully checked out on both units and ensuring that the home is being warm efficiently to the correct temperature, I then cleared each condensation line as well to ensure there is proper draining occurring for the systems now, both of these units are operating to the manufacturer standards at this time of preventative maintenance
