Installing 5 Ton Gold 17 Ultra Low Nox Upflow Split System.

This is a test I want to see where signatures are not being added

Installed new 3 ton TXV located inside attic , pressure test system to ensure no leaks, vacuum system to remove air and moisture and checked refrigerant levels. System is now operating and cooling properly.

Called client and they stated noise occurred again and they took video. Advised to send video into the office

Emailed client picture of model and serial number of FAU for builder to order and replace blower motor, client to have builder warranty blower motor through Lennox.

🛠️🛠️ Demand Service – Cooling Issue 🌡️ Diagnosis * Upon arrival, thermostat was set to 28°C. * Lowered thermostat 10° to test cooling operation. * Checked condenser capacitors, starting/running amps, fan motor amps, and high/low-voltage connections. * Inspected attic for water safety switch. * Checked refrigerant pressures. ✅ System Operation * System is operating properly with no issues found. 🗣️ Client Communication * Informed client that the system is currently operating as it should. * Thermostat is a Mirrored Black model, which is known to have potential issues with the Y cooling signal. * Advised client of the thermostat concern. * Client plans to replace the thermostat when he returns home.

Performed annual maintenance on the 5-ton 2018 Trane split-system split system. Followed the system sequence of operations and inspected overall system performance. * Checked refrigerant levels. * Checked compressor amperage and startup amperage. * Checked condenser fan motor amperage. * Tested capacitor; capacitor rated at 70/10 MFD and was checked against the proper operating range. * Washed down and cleaned the outdoor condenser coil. * Performed a visual inspection of the attic, including the ductwork and surrounding areas. * No signs of duct collapse or deterioration were observed. * No signs of leaks were detected. * Provided customer with two 16x30 air filters. Customer requested a recommendation for a quality thermostat. Recommended an Ecobee thermostat. Customer would like to order the thermostat and have us return to install it once it is supplied. Customer also enrolled in a service maintenance plan. System was inspected and serviced at the time of visit.

🛠️🛠️ Demand service No cool Upon arrival, client informed me that their system had stopped blowing cooler earlier in the day Both thermostats set to cool but only blowing room temperature out of the vents Went to outdoor equipment for further investigation It was in discovered shorted, electrical wires on top of contactor 🗣️ Client communication Spoke with client and informed him of findings Recommend replacing contactor, I would also repair damage damaged wires and suggest suggested adding a start kit to help equipment on startup Client approved all recommended repairs ✅✅ After repairs were made Checked refrigerant, compressor and fan motor amps System is now operating properly and within limits

Today’s call consisted of one York package unit R 22 located on the roof upon arrival thermostat was calling for cooling system was not on at all opened the panel checked for 24 voltage capacitor was dead replaced capacitor system still did not turn back on went to disconnect box checked for 24 A 24 A checked out fuses were bad replaced fuses, and after that system time down and turned on the home screen was frozen out. Temperature was not reading the correct amount. Home was well over 90° and thermostat was saying 78 recommended a replacement to client. client approved the thermostat replacement and system is now cooling temperature dropping temperature split checked out overall system is now operating to the manufacture, specs and cooling at this time of service.
