Today is Daniel cool for preventative maintenance consisted of one American standard unit. I first began with ensuring that all the filters in the home have been replaced to ensure the proper airflow is able to circulate back to the system at minimal resistance. I then ensure that the Honeywell thermostat properly calling for cooling and turning the unit on with no errors. All of the cooling sequence of operations have successfully checked out verifying that there is a proper 20° split to ensure that the home is being called efficiently to the desired temperature. The amps on the system are safely checking out in the correct range ensuring a controlled voltage is being used following with the capacitor also testing all safely. I thoroughly vacuumed out the condensation line to ensure that it is properly draining at this time of service overall, this American standard unit is operating to the manufacture specs at this time of today’s annual cooling preventative maintenance

After Diagnostic found low voltage short at condenser connections fixed short unit is up and cooling checked pressures little low performed temperature split at 19. Advised client that Freon r 22 no longer manufactured unit is still cooling at this time. Highly recommend replacement. Might not get through the summer.

Performed a cooling maintenance on a 2007 York condenser, condenser located on right side of home, filter located in hallway ceiling, fau located in attic, changed filter, flushed condensation line, on condenser check for amperage and voltage, check for compressor, check for freon level and temperature split 22 , check for capacitors, everything within range also clear out dust accumulated inside electrical component area and rinsed condenser coil. System is working within specification in cooling at the time of maintenance.

Upon arrival I found master bedroom 1050 thermostat had alert for dome sensor. Checked and no damage to wire for dome sensor. Checked readings and they were off compared to dc volts on manual. Homeowner stated Taylor did good job, he really washed it hard. Large zip tie on compressor insulation blanket so it was sealed except a little on top. Opened up and found some water on dome temp sensor , possible that compressor got hot which is normal and what they do , but with water on it could’ve caused it to read hotter or just not correspond and sent alert. Removed some sensor from compressor top, didn’t have to cut zip tie. Dried it and put back in snug, after reapplying power system came on. Alerts went away . System cooling properly now. Notes

Verified equipment is wired correctly, verified no 24 v to w while cooling is on. Cycled equipment 3 times in cooling and equipment does turn off when reaches set point. Equipment is working properly at this time. Verified reverse valve is working properly

I first began with ensuring that all three filters in the home are replaced and able to provide the proper airflow that will circulate throughout the home at minimal resistance. I then ensure that both of the thermostats are properly calling for cooling and turning the units on with no errors occurring. I also cleared both of the condensation lines thoroughly verifying that water is draining officially without any obstructions to the line. All of the cooling sequence of operations are successfully checking out for both of these systems verifying that there is a proper 20° split on the units which ensures that the home is being cool deficient to the desired temperature. Each of these units are testing out safely with the correct amperage which ensures a control voltage is being used safely throughout the units individually.
