Called member explained to her that compressor will ramp up to satisfy temperature and reason why compressor percentage fluctuate is because it’s getting closer to temperature. Followed sequence of operations and checked voltage, amperage, capacitor, hard start kit, temperature split, Freon levels, and rinsed condenser coils. Removed schedule from ecobee per clients request. Ecobee checked out operational. System is working properly in cooling at this time of service.
