Upon arrival client stated downstairs system not cooling again. Stated not blowing any air. Checked attic and found error code e17 blower communication issue. Checked high voltage and 12 volt dc. Jumped blower with 24 volts bypass board and blower wouldn’t run. Found failed blower motor. Pulled blower housing and took to shop. Installed new blower motor. Returned and reinstalled blower motor in attic and tested.

Performed a cooling maintenance on a 2014 Lennox condenser, condenser located on right side of home, filter located in hallway ceiling, fau located in attic, changed filter, flushed condensation line, on condenser check for amperage and voltage, check for compressor, check for freon level, check for capacitors, everything within range also clear out dust accumulated inside electrical component area and rinsed condenser coil. System is working within specification in cooling at the time of maintenance.

Living room sn- MMHF system very low on refrigerant. Found leak in attic at braze connections see photos. Repaired leak with tourches and recharged refrigerant system

Performed a cooling maintenance on a Goodman split system unit. Upon checking now electrical and refrigeration found a blown hard start kit not installed by us component had leaked liquid all over circuit board. Inside condenser unit as shown in pictures circuit board is completely covered in black liquid system is operating under specifications run capacitor is within range and so is refrigeration levels. System is cooling down the house at this time. Informed homeowner due to failed component circuit board could fail. Will call supply store on Monday to get estimate for circuit board and informed Client would recommend replacing before failure.

Performed a cooling maintenance on a 2023 American Standard Platinum series condenser, condenser located on right side of home, filter located hallway ceiling, fau located in attic, changed filter, flushed condensation line, on condenser check for amperage and voltage, check for compressor, check for freon level, check if thermostat had no error codes or alerts, everything within range , clear out dust accumulated inside electrical component area and rinsed condenser coil. System is working within specification in cooling at the time of maintenance.

Performed annual cooling maintenance on a 2019 ACPRO 3ton split system . FAU located in attic. Replaced 16x30 and 14x14 filters. Followed sequence of operations and checked voltage, amperage, capacitor, hard start kit, temperature split, Freon levels, cleared condensation line from outside, and rinsed condenser coils. Everything checked out in range. Thermostat checked out operational. System is working properly in cooling at this time of service.

cooling maintenance on 1 2006 Lennox xc21. Changed filters, cleared condensation lines. Checked capacitors, LRA, rla and Fla. checked refrigerant pressures. Washed condenser coil. Equipment is cooling properly at this time. Existing equipment operational though advise is past life expectancy. Advised refrigerant equipment requires has been phased out and refrigeration components will no longer be manufactured. Highly recommend replacing equipment to avoid potential problems and avoid major cost increases. Advised on $1600 rebate available for limited time. Attached estimate for replacement below also emailed. Client wished to pay for this property and their other property at this visit.

Upon arrival, client informed me that 1050 thermostat was displaying ⚠️ error code Home has zoning One hard wire thermostat and a temperature sensor Temperature sensor out of batteries Replaced batteries and warning went away Thermostat is now functioning
