I Performed Maintenance on the Cooling System. Also replaced a 20x25 and 14x14 Filters. The system is a 2024 Platinum Heat Pump model located in the hallway attic and outside on the ground. Cleaned filters and coils for ductless mini split units. The system checked out operational and within manufactures specifications at the time of the service. Scheduled next Maintenance visit online for Wednesday November 4th 2026 between 2-5 pm.

The services provided included the installation of a 4 Ton American Standard Platinum 20 POV Horizontal Split Heat Pump System. This installation encompassed the setup of refrigerant isolators at the condenser, as well as the implementation of new low voltage wiring to ensure optimal functionality.

I Performed Maintenance on the Cooling System. Also client replaced a 20x24 and 14x14 Filters. The system is a 2010 3 ton model located in the master closet attic and outside on the ground. I also found that the system is between 2-3 pounds low on R-410A Refrigerant. Also found that the run capacitor tested no good on the compressor side. Only reason compressor starts is due to compressor start kit. Client also concerned about dust in the home. Management put in a quote for an attic sealing. Advised client about installing a Reme Halo LED Air Purifier. Also advised client of the age of the system and about replacing the entire system. Gave client a quote for adding refrigerant and replacing the capacitor as well as for attic insulating. Lastly installing an Air Purifier. Client to advise. The system checked out operational at the time of the service. Scheduled next Maintenance visit online for Thursday October 1st 2026 between 2-5 pm.

Today’s annual cooling preventative maintenance consisted of one Goodman unit I first began with replacing all three filters in the home to ensure that proper airflow is able to circulate back to the system at minimal resistance. I then ensure that the Honeywell thermostat is properly calling for cooling and turning the unit on with no errors. I also cleared the condensation line thoroughly to ensure that it is properly draining at this time of service. All of the cooling sequence of operations are successfully checking out, verifying that the system is providing the proper 20° split to efficiently cool the home to the desired temperature. Following with the amps and the capacitor testing out in the correct range to ensure a controlled voltage is being used properly. I then thoroughly washed the coils down on the systems to remove all dirt and debris that may have accumulated on the unit. Overall, this Goodman is operating to the manufacturer specs at this time of today’s preventative

Performed a cooling maintenance on a platinum system. Wash down outdoor unit, cleared condensate drain line and replaced filter. Checked CDA for notifications and error codes. Documented Delta T. Upon departure, cleaning contractor was on premises. System is cooling the home at the time of maintenance.

Arrived at customer’s home to diagnose outlets non op since hvac install on Monday. Found that gfci in garage protected outlets in question. Reset gfci to restore power to outlets and resolve issue. Found that this issue did not have anything to do with install on Monday.

Comfort ac service on 2019 Lennox split system. Washed filter, flushed lines and washed coils. Checked all ac components and charge. Installed hard start kit. Removed nest schedule and nest sense auto schedule.
