Heating service on American standard split POV system. Air handler is located in attic/access hallway. Changed out 16 x 25 and 20 x 25 filter located in ceiling. Cleared all electrical components of dust and debris, verified proper sequence of operation, condensation line was cleared at outside termination located on west end of home. Washed condensing coil. Thermostat checked out OK, system is within manufacturers specifications, and heating and operating properly at this time of service. Gave Starbucks gift card and free electrical inspection coupon.

Removed and replaced landscape transformer timer, as the original was malfunctioning. Tested timer and set to original on and off settings.

I Performed Maintenance on the Heating System. Also replaced a 20x30 filter and flushed the condensate drain. The system is a 2019 model located in the garage. I also inspected the evaporator coil via inspection camera and blower motor compartment and they’re clean. Gave Client Starbucks Card. The system checked out operational at the time of the service.

Today’s annual maintenance consisted of one heating American standard system in the attic. I began my maintenance with replacing the filters in the home to ensure there’s minimal air flow restriction returning to the system. I also ensured the Honeywell thermostat is operating correctly at calling for heat, as well as successfully turning the unit on and making sure all of the heating sequence of operations checked out good. The amps were in good range, providing the controlled voltage the system needs. And the condensation line has been cleared properly via jones valve to ensure good draining is occurring. Overall the system operating properly providing a good temp supply ensuring the home is being heating correctly. Client also received gift card for maintenance done in October.

Today’s annual maintenance consisted of one American standard heating system. Client previously changed the filters upon arrival. So I ensured the 1050 thermostat has no error codes or messages on the system. The thermostat also successfully turned the heat on and checked off all of the heating sequence of operations. I cleared the condensation line to ensure proper draining is occurring. Client expressed his concern with condensation always dropping from secondary and was worried the install was incorrect. I showed the client photos and video of his attic to ensure everything is properly installed and no sign of drips and ensured his system is efficiently working to bring peace of mind to his concern. I double checked outside where client also installed an extension to condensation line to ensure water is properly draining with no chunks or debris in line after being cleared.
