Comfort ac service on 2024 American standard and Goodman split systems. Fau located inside attic. Condensers on east side of home. Replaced filters, flushed lines and washed coils. Found goodman unit capacitor dead, replaced and tested. Installed hard start kit on American standard system.

Maintenance for cooling on an American standard platinum series heat pump. 20 x 30 filter located by master bedroom. Condensation line cleared filter changed. American Standard Acculink platinum 850 thermostat shows no active alerts and working properly. Checked system sequence of operation. Checked compressor amps, checked fan motor amps, checked in rush and fuses, outdoor system has surge protector, checked Freon and temperature. Washed outdoor unit down. System is working per manufacture specs. Home is cooling properly.

I Performed Maintenance on the Cooling System. Also replaced a 20x25 and 14x14 Filters. The system is a 2019 model located in the hallway attic and outside on the ground. I also flushed the condensate drain. I advised client about installing new condensation drain pan, new safety switch, and Jones Valve. Client chose to just install new drain switch and Jones Valve. Installed new drain switch and Jones Valve and tested. The system checked out operational and within manufactures specifications at the time of the service. Scheduled next maintenance visit online for Friday October 16th 2026 between 8-10 am.

Both systems are working per manufacture specs. Home is cooling properly. Customer already renewed back when the winter maintenance was done.

Performed a cooling maintenance on a Rheem condenser, condenser located on left side of home, filter located in hallway ceiling, fau located in attic, changed filter, flushed condensation line, on condenser check for amperage and voltage, check for compressor, check for capacitor which was out of range 45mfd=39mfd advised HO gave me the okay to replace it, check for freon level, everything within range also clear out dust accumulated inside electrical component area and rinsed condenser coil. System is working within specification in cooling at the time of maintenance.
