We replaced the supply plenum with 6 ducts cut into the plenum

Upon arrival, low temperature sensors were reading wrong temperature. Looks like they were switched after switching back low temperature sensors now system is reading correctly. System is cooling down. The house properly dampers are working within range.No errors or alerts present

Upon arrival, Client stated that now master bedroom thermostat was not working properly and that the last couple days it turned on by itself and started to work properly. This is the first time Client has had trouble with this thermostat. Went into attic and checked all low-voltage wires, as well as went to outdoor unit and checked low voltage wires check for any past history alerts both thermostats at this time are working properly. Informed clients that if either thermostat continues to work properly next step will be to replacement of thermostat. Both thermostats were working properly before arrival.

Upon arrival mini split for garage, Client stated that the system did eventually cool but took a long time for the air to come out cold. When turning on the system took 15 seconds and eventually started to blow out cold air coming out at 64°. Did check all electrical and made sure all electrical was tight. Refrigerant is still within range inform Client what could’ve happened is outdoor unit, overheated, and shut off, showing signs of an older system. System at this time is calling down the garage.

Performed ad maintenance on American standard platinum split system with zoning. Cleaned washable filter. Cleared condensation drain. Checked all zones, 1050 and. 850 thermostats. All zones working. Cleaned out drive compartment. Cleaned condenser coil. Cleaned garage ductless. Checked amps, volts, refrigerant charge and temperature split. Booked fall maintenance. Performed a cooling maintenance on a Lennox split system unit checked refrigerant and all electrical components. At this time system is cooling down the house properly system reaching designated temperature on thermostat. Finish maintenance by washing down outdoor unit cleaning out condensation lines from outdoor drain pipe as well as ch aged out filters

Performed ac cooling maintenance on (2) 2014 carrier split systems. Replaced (3) ceiling filters. Cleared condensation drains from side home termination ( opposite side of condensers) . Nest thermostats working properly. Cleaned condenser coils. Cleaned out electrical compartments. Checked amps, volts, capacitors, refrigerant and temperature splits. Living room unit #3475 was low on refrigerant. Holds 5lbs. Added 1 lbs of r410a. System is cooling properly now. Upon arrival it was holding at 79 but temp now dropping. Informed homeowner of age and condition of systems, the wear and tear and eventual replacement, preferably before a major breakdown . Systems are cooling to manufacture specs now. System has small leak , homeowner says she usually has been adding every year or 2. Leaks can get bigger or more can develop.

Upon arrival was informed system is cooling properly so no repair or troubleshooting needed, just needed top of condenser with fan blade and motor removed until pest control comes then can return and put back together. Cleaned off all the rat blood and guts from unit, blades, and wall. Removed as much leaves and debris from bottom of condenser per homeowner. Informed them to give us a call after pest control is finished so we can return and put back together. Before and after Pictures attached. . Left condenser top and motor/fan blades on canvas to prevent scratches etc. Can collect after returning and reassembling condenser top and motor.

Upon arrival client stated thermostat blank. Found tripped Fau breaker. Re established power and cycled system. Removed breaker panel and checked connection. Advised client on how to reset breaker. Advised on electrical issue. Recommend electrician out to check circuit.
