Cleared condensation line from jones valve. Honeywell T6 thermostat working properly. Checked amps, volts, start and dual run capacitors, refrigerant/temperature split. Found dual run capacitor at 37.7uf with out of range being 37.6. Recommended replacement before it fails and avoid trip charge and no air til we can get out there. Replaced capacitor under part warranty, labor charge. Homeowner accepted prebooking for. 2026 fall heating maintenance. Details attached with maintenance report.
