Upon arrival, turn system on from thermostat, but only outdoor unit would operate turn fan only on and fan would not operate. With further inspection I discovered one of the bolts holding blower motor into place broke and stripped screw hole. I will call Goodman tomorrow for blower housing replacement.

Upon arrival, the homeowner stated that the system was blowing warm air, with an indoor temperature of 81°F. I proceeded with the diagnostic and found that the run capacitor had failed and compressor was not turning on also the start kit relay was burned out. I recommended replacing the run capacitor and the start kit. The homeowner approved the repairs, and both components were replaced. After completing the repairs, I tested the system. The unit is now operating properly, with a supply air temperature of 56°F at the registers. The homeowner also enrolled in the HFCP maintenance plan. (16x25 Filter)

Thor checked our pressures and measured the intake and output before leaving. He explained everything he did and why he did it. He was very thorough and professional. AC intermittently shut itself off over a period of a week. First tech was not able to fix. Second group was able to identify and fix multiple problems. I would liked to have known what they were but did not question since I was not charged. Glad it was fixed before the weather reached 117’.
