🛠️🛠️ Demand service No cool Upon arrival, client informed me that she noticed system was not pro out of the vents, but in working Thermostat was calling for cool set temperature 74° Indoor temperature 88° Went to outdoor condenser for further investigation found Outdoor equipment was not operating Check incoming power, high voltage and low voltage Both were present Check refrigerator pressures Then found a missing pressure sensor 🗣️ Informed client of findings Rewired sensor ✅ System is now cooling properly and within limits

After Diagnostic found grounded compressor sent estimate for replacement and repairs

Today’s visit consisted of one Lennox unit located on the side of the house. I first begin with replacing both of the filters in the home. Both of these filters were completely clogged and full of debris after replacing these filters I was able to ensure that proper airflow is now able to circulate back to the system at minimal resistance. I adjusted the Honeywell thermostat and ensure that it is properly calling for cooling to turn the unit on as I went outside to clear the condensation line at the exit point with my CO2 tank to vacuum it out. I noticed that the unit was not turning on. I went ahead and waited a few minutes in case there was a time delay for it to turn on yet again the system was not turning on. I then began to check all of my voltages and check the dual run capacitor. The capacitor is testing all safely for its rated amount and there is a 24 V coming into the system at the disconnect and at the contractors. Performed annual maintenance on a 4-ton 2020 American Standard split system. * Checked overall system operation. * Verified outdoor unit * Inspected compressor amperage – within normal operating range. * Checked capacitor – reading measured 45 µF, operating properly and within specifications. * Inspected electrical components and connections. * Confirmed system is operating properly at this time. Client enrolled in the Comfort Plan. System is operating properly at the completion of today’s service. No repairs are recommended at this time.

The installation of a 3 Ton American Standard Gold 17 Horizontal Split Heat Pump System was successfully completed.

Performed a cooling maintenance on a Lennox split system unit. Check sequence of operations by checking out all electrical and refrigeration levels at this time. System is going down the house properly was getting a 22° split both run capacitor and hard start kit or low within range. Make sure to clean out condensation line from FAU located inside garage and finish maintenance by washing down outdoor unit and by changing out filter.

Performed annual cooling maintenance on 2) 2007 Carrier 4ton and 5 ton split systems. FAUs are located in the attic. Replaced 2) 20x30 and 14x24 filters located in the ceilings. Cleared condensation lines from outside termination by condensers. Followed sequence of operations and checked voltage, condenser fan motor amps, compressor start/run amps, capacitors, temperature split, Freon levels, and rinsed condenser coils. Secured all electrical connections. Thermostats checked out operational. Both systems are past average life expectancy but are still working in cooling at this time of service.

Maintenance for cooling on an American Standard silver series 5 ton horizontal split system. Attic access located in guest room inside of the closet. 20 x 20 filter located in hallway. Condensation line cleared filter changed. Google nest thermostat working properly. Check system sequence of operation. Checked compressor amps, checked fan motor amps, checked, capacitors, checked fuses and disconnect box, checked Freon and temperature split. Washed outdoor unit down. Upon maintenance outer unit has two capacitors one for compressor and one for outdoor fan motor. Compressor rated 70 test 68 within range fan motor rated 7.5 tested 6.7 considered weak. Notified client and recommend replaced capacitor under warranty. Called client’s mother as well to confirm. Client agreed and signed estimate. Replace both single capacitors and converted it into one dual run capacitor and test system operation. System is working per manufacture spec. Home is cooling properly.
