Performed a cooling maintenance on a Lennox split system unit. Checked all electrical and refrigeration levels. Also checked electrical in attic and found run capacity. Low informed client highly recommend replacing client agreed. At this time system is cooling down the house properly also informed client that refrigeration levels are a little low and would recommend adding a pound of refrigerant. Client will hold off on adding refrigeration system at the sign is cooling down the house and reaching temperatures of 76° cleaned out condensation line and wash down condenser unit system at this time is cooling down the house.

Performed a cooling maintenance on a goodman , condenser located on backside of home, filter located hallway ceiling, fau located in attic, changed filter, flushed condensation line, on condenser check for amperage and voltage, check for compressor, check for capacitor, check for freon level, everything within range , clear out dust accumulated inside electrical component area and rinsed condenser coil. System is working within specification in cooling at the time of maintenance.

Flushed condensate line on west side of home by condensers. Checked all ac components and charge. Blew out electrical compartments. Recommended hard start kits to lower electrical load and help start the compressor smoother.
