Rechecked systems refrigerant levels, and temperature split also inspected evaporator coil. We will email client estimate for 3 ton horizontal evaporator coil and discount for TXV. I will call and check to see if evaporator coil still has a parts warranty.

Cleared condensation line was back up checked coil is leveled unit is draining properly at this time

Performed a cooling maintenance on a Thermal zone condenser, condenser located on right side of home, filter located hallway ceiling, fau located in attic, changed filter, flushed condensation line, on condenser check for amperage and voltage, check for compressor, check for capacitor, check for freon level, everything within range, clear out dust accumulated inside electrical component area and rinsed condenser coil. System is working within specification in cooling at the time of maintenance.

Performed annual maintenance and inspection on the 2013 4 to goodman split system. * Replaced the 16 × 25 in attic return-air filter. * Inspected and checked operation of the Honeywell thermostat. * Checked system refrigerant levels. * Checked compressor operation and amperage. * Checked fan motor operation and amperage. * Tested capacitor(s) and verified proper operation. * Inspected electrical contactor and related electrical components. * Washed down and cleaned the outdoor condenser coil. * Cleared and properly flushed the condensate drain/foundation line. * Checked overall system operation and cooling performance. System is operating properly and cooling the interior as expected at the completion of service.

After Diagnostic found dampers closed reopen damper kitchen area and bedroom area are now have airflow

Performed annual preventive maintenance on the 2018 American Standard split-system. * Replaced/checked the 20” × 30” and 14x14 filters. * Verified system operation in cooling mode and confirmed the system is reaching and maintaining the customer’s setpoint. * Checked operating levels and electrical components, including compressor amperage, condenser fan motor amperage, and capacitor. * Capacitor tested within the manufacturer’s acceptable range. * Inspected system operation and confirmed proper compressor and fan motor performance. * Washed down and cleaned the outdoor condenser coil. * Inspected ductwork and confirmed ducts are properly sealed with no apparent air leakage. * Performed maintenance on the mini-split system, including cleaning the filters and coils. * System is operating properly at this time and cooling as expected. Customer Concern Customer reported excessive dust accumulation in a closet. Inspected the accessible attic area and ductwork; no apparent duct leakage was
