Performed a heating maintenance on a upflow York furnace. Equipment executed the sequence of operation in heating. Blower wheel: clean. Checked blower capacitor. Checked temperature heat rise. Cleaned evaporative coil – paid via C. C. System is functioning according to manufacturers recommendations at the time of maintenance.

Executed a heating maintenance on a horizontal gas furnace. Replaced filter and cleared condensate drain line. Checked blower capacitor. Equipment executed the sequence of operation in heating. Checked blower motor mounting and squirrel cage for tightness. Blower wheel: clean. System is functioning according to manufacturer specifications.

Arrived to install a new 100-amp subpanel in the garage. Upon opening both sides of the wall behind the main panel, I determined that the circuit needed to be extended approximately six feet to the right, as this was the only available space that accommodated the subpanel's dimensions. I had to modify a partial section of a double stud to properly fit the subpanel. The new panel circuit was routed along with four existing circuits from the main panel to the subpanel to create space for the subpanel breaker. The homeowner has requested that our drywall specialist contact them for repair work. A follow-up visit will be scheduled for labeling.

Customer education on thermostat

Performed annual cooling maintenance. Customer rarely operates heating system; cooling maintenance completed as scheduled. Followed full sequence of operations. Checked refrigerant levels, motor operation, and system amperage — all readings within manufacturer specifications. No signs of refrigerant leaks or airflow restrictions observed. Condenser coil was thoroughly cleaned. Verified temperature split at 20°F during cooling operation. Switched system to heating mode and confirmed a temperature rise of 45°F. Emerson thermostat tested and confirmed operational, reaching and maintaining desired set point. Condensate drain line was cleared to ensure proper drainage. System is operating properly at the time of service.

I Performed Maintenance on both the Heating Systems. Also replaced 2) 20x30 and 10x20 Filters. Both Heating Systems are 2003 and 2024 models located in the hallway attic and outside on the ground. I also flushed the condensation drains. Primary drain drains into guest bathroom sink. Client is well aware of the 2.5 ton Bedroom Lennox system. Both Heating Systems checked out operational at the time of the service. Advised client about the extended labor warranty. Current Labor warranty expires 8-14-26 Scheduled next Maintenance visit online for Tuesday August 11th 2026 between 9-11 am.
