Performed a cooling maintenance on a 2022 American Standard condenser, condenser located on backside of home, filter located in hallway ceiling, fau located in attic, changed 20x30 filter, flushed condensation line, check for thermostat, on condenser check for amperage and voltage, check for compressor, check for freon level, check for capacitors, check for disconnect box everything within range also clear out dust accumulated inside electrical component area and rinsed condenser coil. System is working within specification in cooling at the time of maintenance.

Maintenance for cooling on a Lennox 4 ton horizontal split system. 20 x 30 filter located in hallway 14 x 14 in master bedroom. Condensation line clear filters changed. Honeywell thermostat working properly set temperature to 74° will not go below 82 already clear indication system not working efficiently or properly. Checked temperature split from supply and return 10° split. Check system sequence of operation. Checked compressor amps, checked fan motor amps, checked capacitors, checked compressor savor kit, check disconnect box, check Freon and pressure. Outdoor unit is struggling to stay on, capacitor tested 0.013 system compressor only came on due to compressor saver kit but compressor saver kit showing signs of decline and damage. Checking Freon and pressure system has a leak needs to add 5 pounds of Freon for system to cool home properly. Sent estimate on replacing dual run capacitor, compressor savor kit, and Freon along with leak test. Called client on the phone and try to info

Performed annual maintenance on the 2025 American Standard split-system unit.Replaced the 20 x 25 and 16 x 25 air filters. * Checked thermostat operation and temperature range. * Inspected system operation and overall condition. * Checked refrigerant levels and operating pressures; readings were within normal range. * Checked system amperage and capacitor operation. Amperage is below manufacturer specifications, with no indication of overloading. * Inspected the system for signs of refrigerant or other leaks; none were found. * Checked electrical connections and outside terminals. * Inspected and cleared the condensate drain line. * Washed down the outdoor condenser coil and surrounding condenser area. * Started and tested the system after maintenance. * Verified proper operation at the time of service. System is operating properly at this time.

Will run electrical from breaker panel to outdoor inside room up high along ceiling and wall. . Breaker panel in room where mini split is located. Remove existing ductless unit and install new 1 ton ducting unit. See photos

Verified ductless minisplit is working properly

Help assist technician. Verified that circuit board is in good shape. Found a bad ECM blower motor. Due to the connection points as shown in pictures will need to order original blower motor from supply shop. Will call supply shop tomorrow morning and find out that part is in stock. Will give Client an update tomorrow morning.
