For blower motor issue, it was just loose connection of terminal block on relay panel on furnace. Pushed in securely and fan motor came on. Honeywell 8000 thermostat is now secured to wall and working properly. Cleared condensation drain. Cleaned washable filter. Cleaned condenser coil, cleaned out condenser electrical compartment. Checked amps, volts, capacitors, refrigerant charge and temperature split. System is cooling properly at time of maintenance.

Upon arrival client stated yesterday system blowing ambient air but before bed started working. Found systems fan motor capacitor outside its range. Found hard start kit dead. Hydes have made previous repair of hard start kit when system wasn’t working in the past. Replaced capacitor and hard start kit and tested. System is 20 years old with life expectancy of 10-15 years. Sent over replacement estimate. Recommend comfort club.

Performed annual cooling maintenance on 2010 Lennox 3 ton split system. Fau is located in hallway attic access. Replaced 16x30 and 14x14 filters. Cleared condensation line from fau. Followed sequence of operations and checked voltage, amperage, capacitor, hard start kit, temperature split, Freon levels, and rinsed condenser coils. Ecobee thermostat checked out operational. System is working properly in cooling at this time of service.

Upon arrival client stated new system he turned on for the first time yesterday and wasn’t cooling. Stated set to 78 and reading 78 but home was hot and air coming out of registers at 82. Stated system is cooling at this time. Checked attic and temperature split. Checked condenser for loose connections. Didn’t find any issues with system at this time. Advised to keep an eye on system and let us know if issue occurs again.

Today’s annual cooling for preventative maintenance consisted of one unit I first begin with replacing the 16 x 25 filter located in the closet access to ensure that proper airflow is able to circulate back to the system at minimum resistance and then ensure that the Honeywell thermostat is properly calling for cooling and turning the unit on. I also cleared the condensation line thoroughly to ensure that proper drainage is occurring at this time of service. All of the cooling sequence of operations have successfully checked out providing the proper 20° split between the liquid line and the suction line. And the amperage on the system is safely checking out in the correct range verifying a controlled voltage is being used throughout the unit as well as the capacitor safely checking out in the correct range. I then thoroughly washed the coils down on the system to remove all dirt and debris that has accumulated on the system. Overall this seer unit is operating to the manufacture specs

Followed sequence of operations and checked voltage, amperage, capacitor, hard start kit, temperature split, Freon levels, and rinsed condenser coils. Found unit low on Freon, informed and advised this is 2nd time unit has needed Freon. Advised of possible leak. Sent leak search estimates via email. Client opted to add Freon and continue to monitor if leak gets bigger. Evaporator coil and furnace are 10+ years old. Temperature split at 20°. Ecobee thermostat checked out operational. System is cooling properly at this time of service.

Service on 2022 Goodman equipment. Replaced filters in home. Washed outdoor coils, cleaned out electrical compartment and verified connections are secure. Verified sequence of operation is working properly according to manufacturer specifications. Advised on ductless mini split system for garage.

Installed compressor unit is up and cooling

Arrived to install a new 30-amp circuit for the new HVAC unit. Accessed the garage attic, ran the circuit through the main attic space, and routed it outside the house in conduit on the opposite side. Additionally, installed two new thermostat wires within the conduit into the attic area.
