Arrived at customer’s home to give an estimate for an EVC. Found that the main breaker panel of home was full and could not accommodate another circuit.

Cool service for 2018 tempstar condensing unit changed out 20 x 30filter located in ceiling. Clear electrical, components of dust and debris, verified prophecy, sequence of operation, checked volts and amps. Found starting amps and 40 MFD capacitor out of range recommended/install/tested compressor saver kit to prevent any further damage to compressor, assist compressor at startup and prolonged life of compressor. Also installed new 40 MFDcapacitor and tested.. verified refrigerant levels and cycled equipment. Washed condensing coil and cleared condensation line throughout outside termination. Thermostat checked out operational. With recommended repairs system is now within manufacturers, specification, and cooling and operating properly at this time of service.

Performed cooling maintenance on a Bryant condenser located on the right side of the home. The air filter is located in the hallway ceiling, and the furnace (FAU) is installed in the attic. Replaced 16x30 and 16x25 filters. Inspected thermostat operation and verified proper function. Flushed the condensate drain line to ensure proper drainage. At the condenser, checked voltage and amperage, inspected compressor operation, verified refrigerant levels, tested capacitors, and inspected the disconnect box. All components were operating within manufacturer specifications. Cleaned dust and debris from the electrical compartment and rinsed the condenser coil to improve system efficiency. System is currently operating within specifications in cooling mode at the time of service.

Performed annual cooling maintenance on a 2021 American Standard split-system. Replaced air filters 20” x 30” filter and 14” x 14” filter. Verified operation of the Honeywell thermostat. Thermostat is calling for cooling properly and maintaining the customer’s set temperature. Outdoor condensing unit is located on the left side of the house. Cooling maintenance on 2011 American Standard split system. Furnace is located in attic/access hallway. Client recently changed out 20 x 30 filter filter with Client. Cleared all electrical components of dust and breathing, verified proper sequence of operation checked volts and amps, checked start and run capacitors. Verified refrigerant levels and line temperatures and cycle equipment. Found a system to be low on refrigerant. Technician added 3 pounds of R410A June 2025 the house was sold to new client and client wanted inspection of system and technician found leak at Schrader valve on March 2026 this year and now find numbers indicating leak once again individual inspection and did not find any issues at fittings and over straighter valves. Informed member member has a warranty will send over estimate for leak detection. Washed condensing coil and cleared condensation line in attic found secondary drain condensating also did not find any water buildup in safety pan.

Performed annual maintenance on a 2016 Goodman split-system air conditioning unit. Replaced 20” x 30” air filter. Checked operation of the T6 thermostat. Verified thermostat was set for cooling and satisfied the setpoint properly. Inspected outdoor condenser unit located at the rear of the residence. Checked disconnect box, inspected fuse condition, and verified all electrical connections were secure. Performed operational check of the system, including refrigerant levels, compressor operation, running amperage, and capacitor readings. Tested condenser fan/compressor capacitor.
