Performed a cooling maintenance on a split heat pump. Cleared condensate drain line, washed outdoor unit and replaced filters. Performed service on all smoke detectors, cleaning them with CO2 tank. All smoke detectors are functioning properly without issues or unnecessary beep alarms. Checked duel run capacitor, running amperage and starting amperage on all motors. Recommend installing equipment surge protection on unit. Estimate sent via email.

The invoice summary includes a detailed description of the installation of a 5 Ton American Standard Platinum 20 POV Horizontal Split Heat Pump System, which was equipped with a supply air cut-in feature. Additionally, we extended the system's capabilities by adding extra supply air ductwork to the guest bedroom, which also incorporates a sensor for improved temperature regulation. This installation has been meticulously executed to enhance the overall comfort and efficiency of the heating system.

Upon arrival, member stated that she heard loud noise coming from system serial number 6017 that supplies living room area. Upon further inspection found condenser fan motor wires, cut from fan blade, hitting them stripped slashed, rewired, condenser fan motor and verified fan blade, spinning, incorrect direction, and operating properly. Member also wanted lower motor capacitors changed out, add member sign estimate office will call tomorrow to set up appointment. Also renewed annual membership. System is now cooling and operating properly.

Note: Taylor has check . **** I Performed Maintenance on the Heating System. Also replaced a 16x25 filter located at unit in attic. I also flushed the condensate drain. I found that the blue indicator light for the Air Scrubber bulb and cell are no longer displaying which indicates the bulb and cell are no good. Also checked system in Cooling and took temperature splits as well as refrigerant levels and levels align from when previous tech was here last. Advised client that we need to continue to monitor system. At the time of the visit the system is cooling properly. Also advised client on surge protection and sent recommendations for that as well as replacing the air scrubber bulb and cell. At the time of the service both Heat and cool are operational. Performed a cooling maintenance on three split systems. Wash down condenser units and replaced filters. Checked temperature delta-T on all systems. All capacitors were good. The two systems on the main house had high starting amperage (72/91A 109/124A) for the compressor motor. Recommend installing compressor saver kits to lower starting amperage and extend the life of compressor motors. Casita unit starting amperage was within manufacture specifications due to previously installed compressor saver kit. Estimate will be sent via email for installation.

After Diagnostic found grounded compressor sent estimate customer wants to talk to management

Upon arrival found system calling for cool but only indoor unit operating, upon further inspection found outdoor unit not 24V owned out contractor, contractor is good, didn’t have 24 V at wire nuts going into condensing unit, removed wires at splice point and tested for 24V at indoor unit, and 24V was present, found outdoor unit wiring to have short due to expose a Wires. Removed exposed/bad wires and reconnected and tested system. System is now cooling and operating properly. Also informed client of Hyde’s comfort programs and benefits. Client declined at this time.

Performed a heating maintenance on a ultra Ultra Low NOX American standard furnace, Filters located inside filter rack, fau located in hallway closet, changed filter, flushed condensation line through jones valve, on fau followed sequence of operation, checked for amperage and voltage, checked for blower speed, check for any loose connections, check for temperature rise, everything within range also cleared dust accumulated inside electrical component. System is working within specification in heating at the time of maintenance.
