Service on 2003 heatpump for casita. Equipment short cycleing do to refrigerant pressure. Equipment uses r22 refrigerant which is no longer manufactured. Will schedule to install new equipment for casita.

Upon arrival, was getting error code 184 on 1050 thermostat. Outdoor unit was on a hard lockout after restarting outdoor unit tested all electrical. Components make sure wire nuts and connections were working properly after restarting system system started up and started to heat up the house properly no errors or alerts are present at this time. System is working within manufacturer specifications before leaving system was running for 15 minutes without any alerts.

Performed a heating maintenance on a 2019 American standard furnace and a first company, Filters located in house ceiling and casita , fua located in attic, attic access located in master bedroom closet and in casita, changed filter, flushed condensation line through jones valve, on fau followed sequence of operation, checked for amperage and voltage, checked for blower speed, check for any loose connections, check for temperature rise, everything within range also cleared dust accumulated inside electrical component. Systems are working within specification in heating at the time of maintenance.

Followed sequence of operations temperature rise, electrical components, and blower motor speeds. Cleared out condensation line to drain properly. System checked in range working efficiently. At client’s request, checked refrigerant levels by calling for cooling; refrigerant charge matched previous service records after refrigerant was added by prior technician. Verified temperature split at 20°F. Called for heat and followed sequence of operations, checking gas valve operation, flame ignition, and all safety switches. Cleared condensate line to prevent future clogging. System is operating properly at this time with no active alerts present.

Arrived to inspect the power supply for the attic air purifier system. Confirmed that the unit is receiving the correct voltage. A consultation with HVAC may be necessary for further inspection of the unit.
