🛠️🛠️ Demand service No cool Upon arrival, client informed me that their system had stopped blowing cooler earlier in the day Both thermostats set to cool but only blowing room temperature out of the vents Went to outdoor equipment for further investigation It was in discovered shorted, electrical wires on top of contactor 🗣️ Client communication Spoke with client and informed him of findings Recommend replacing contactor, I would also repair damage damaged wires and suggest suggested adding a start kit to help equipment on startup Client approved all recommended repairs ✅✅ After repairs were made Checked refrigerant, compressor and fan motor amps System is now operating properly and within limits

Today’s call consisted of one York package unit R 22 located on the roof upon arrival thermostat was calling for cooling system was not on at all opened the panel checked for 24 voltage capacitor was dead replaced capacitor system still did not turn back on went to disconnect box checked for 24 A 24 A checked out fuses were bad replaced fuses, and after that system time down and turned on the home screen was frozen out. Temperature was not reading the correct amount. Home was well over 90° and thermostat was saying 78 recommended a replacement to client. client approved the thermostat replacement and system is now cooling temperature dropping temperature split checked out overall system is now operating to the manufacture, specs and cooling at this time of service.

🛠️🛠️ Demand service No cool 💧 condensation issue Upon arrival, client inform me that her thermostat keeps going blank This has been an ongoing issue with condensation water safety switch Went up to the attic for further investigation Float switch was triggered due to condensation Primary line crossing over secondary, rerouted primary removed majority of 90s and verified proper drainage ✅ At this time, the equipment is draining properly 🗣️ client communication Informed client if system backs up again, we will then need to add a condensation pump

Upon arrival for today’s call, thermostat was blank, but was properly calling for cooling and turning the unit on replace the thermostat from the Emerson to the Honeywell S 200 rewired and configured the thermostat. System recycling out and not staying on. After double checking my work and checking the wires I fix the W wire to a different port in the thermostat frame after switching out the wire system went into all of the cooling sequence of operations stayed cooling and cycled properly temperature dropped in the home. Pressures are checked out amps are checked out. Condensation line is draining and system is operating and cooling at this time of service.

🛠️🛠️ Upon arrival, client informed me that his system was not maintaining temperature due to thermostat, not being compatible with two stage equipment Removed thermostat jump first and second stage cooling And verified at condenser that first and second stage cooling or engaging Replace thermostat with an ecobee thermostat Also recommended replacing weak capacitor Client approved ✅ Installed ecobee thermostat ✅ Check refrigerant charge ✅ paired thermostat to mobile device ✅ system is now operating properly and within limits

Motor will be available for pick up Monday. Will get with office once part is in hand to schedule repair. Sent quote via email.

Upon arrival found blower motor and condenser fan motor running but compressor was not. Found 70uF capacitor reading 0uF, informed and recommended replacing capacitor. Client authorized repairs. Courtesy rinsed condenser coils as they had excessive dust build up. Temperature split in range at 20°. Informed will take hours for house to cool down back to desired temperature. Client signed up on maintenance plan and paid for repairs via CC. Documented filters sizes.

Maintenance for cooling on a 3 1/2 ton Lennox split system. 20 x 30 filter located by laundry room 14 x 14 in master bedroom. Filters were very dirty. Condensation line cleared filters changed. Checked system sequence of operation. Checked compressor amps, checked fan motor amps, checked, capacitor, checked, compressor saver kit, checked, disconnect box, checked Freon and pressure. Washed outdoor unit down. System is working at time of maintenance. Home is cooling properly.
