Performed A cooling maintenance on a package unit. Checked the refrigeration levels by performing a temperature split was getting 24 at this time. System is reaching temperatures of 71° inside a house upon checking out electrical components found run capacitor rated for 45 was getting 27. Informed client the great importance of replacing. Client agreed after replacing run capacitor tested out unit system is cooling down the house within manufacturers specifications finish maintenance by changing out filters and washing down package unit.

Observed secondary drain line active initially. Cleared primary drain line to ensure proper flow. Flushed drain line and added treatment to help prevent buildup. Poured water to verify proper drainage. Confirmed system is now draining correctly through the primary line. Thoroughly cleaned condenser coils for optimal performance. System is cooling properly. System is working within specification in cooling at the time of maintenance.
