Upon arrival found thermostat calling for cooling but nothing is running. Found error code E201 (indoor blower motor communication failure). Jumped motor and nothing came on, verified and confirmed motor is getting proper voltage. Unit has a failed blower motor. Will call Lennox tomorrow for replacement motor and update client once more information is available. Charged CC on file for trip charge and diagnostic.

Performed a cooling maintenance on a R22 15+ Amana condenser, condenser located in left side of home, filter located in hallway ceiling, fau located in garage, changed 20x20 filter, flushed condensation line, check for thermostat, on condenser check for amperage and voltage, check for compressor was over amping recommend star kit, check for freon level , check for capacitors was out of range and recommend replacement he will wait for repairs on home warranty, check for disconnect box everything within range also clear out dust accumulated inside electrical component area and rinsed condenser coil. System is working within specification in cooling at the time of maintenance. Getting a quote on a new system

Replacing 3.5 Ton Evaporator Coil in the attic.

Performed a cooling maintenance on a 2 2024 American Standard condenser, condenser located on right of home, filter located throughout house ceiling, fau located in garage and in attic, changed 2 20x20 & 1 14x14 filter, flushed condensation line, check for thermostat, on condenser check for amperage and voltage, check for compressor, check for freon level, check for capacitors, check for disconnect box everything within range also clear out dust accumulated inside electrical component area and rinsed condenser coil. System is working within specification in cooling at the time of maintenance.

Upon arrival, found the indoor fan motor running, but the compressor was not operating. Diagnosed a failed/blown capacitor and a faulty hard start kit. Replaced both the capacitor and hard start kit. Cycled the system and verified proper operation. Unit is now running and cooling properly.

Client stated water dripping from bedroom ductless unit, at arrival unit was no longer dripping water. Vacuumed condensation line and an excess of water drained out. Inspected water safety pan and found no cracks. Minimal amount of debris covering interior termination point. Cleaned pan, flushed and cleared condensation line. Poured water doing drain line and verified water is draining properly. Head unit is slopped correctly. Tested and cycled equipment. Ductless unit is draining and cooling at this time of service.
