Installing 4 Ton American Standard Gold 17 SEER Horizontal Split Heat Pump.

Upon arrival, turn system on from thermostat, but only outdoor unit would operate. Also turned fan on but fan would not work. Systems blower motor needs to be replaced. Gave client option to wait for warranty blower motor or rescue motor. Client chose to wait for warranty motor. I will call supply house again tomorrow to check ETA on blower motor.

Member forgot to to call office to inform that equipment is operating properly and didn't need service. Informed member if we have to come back out if the issue presents itself, then we will have to charge charges and diagnostic..

Maintenance on a Ruud 3.5 ton horizontal split system. Attic access located in master bedroom closet. Condensation line cleared filter changed. Honeywell thermostat working properly. Check system sequence of operation. Verified all electrical and safety. Checked pressure switch, checked inducer motor, checked igniter and flame sensor, checked 24v on gas’s valve, checked compressor amps, checked fan motor amps, checked capacitor,checked disconnect box and fuses, checked temperature split. Upon maintenance saw disconnect box is supplying power to both outdoor condenser unit and mini split. Gave client electrical inspection and highly recommend correcting to avoid damage to equipment. System is working per manufacture spec.

🛠️🛠️ Upon arrival, client informed me system appeared to not be cooling properly. He went out to rinse condenser see if it would help but AC never fully came back. Drop temperature 10° for testing purposes, indoor blower kicked on, but only blowing room temperature out of the vents Went to condense her for further investigation, or it was in discovered, felt star kit, and capacitor Installed both test components and checked refrigerant along with equipment amp draw 🗣️ Client communication: Informed client of findings also recommend replacing contactor due to age and showing burnt marks Client approved Replaced capacitor, kit and contactor Replaced two customer supplied filters As a courtesy, rinse condenser Client will still have their winter maintenance in October ✅ Equipment is now operating properly and within limits

Maintenance on a carrier horizontal 4 ton heat pump. Attic access in master bedroom closet 20 x 30 upstairs hallway and 14 x 14 in master bedroom. Condensation line is cleared filters changed zoning for living room and master bedroom. Check system sequence of operation. Check compressor amps, check fan motor amps, checked capacitor, checked disconnect box, checked FAU, checked temperature split. Verified all electrical and safety. upon maintenance FAU had mold growth. Notified client spoke with client and recommended Reme halo air purifier talked about the benefits of having one for indoor air quality. Mold growth wasn’t severe. Client agreed and signed. Cleaned mold residue and installed Reme Halo air purifier. System is working per manufacture spec.

Performed indoor unit maintenance on 2026 American Standard split heat pump. Honeywell T6 pro thermostat working properly. Replaced 16x30 and 14x14 ceiling filters. Cleared condensation drain from jones valve. Cleaned off mechanical platform. Cleaned out electrical compartment. Checked blower motor amps, heat rise, voltages. Inspected supply and return ducting. System is heating properly at time of maintenance. Notes

Installed 12” 24 volt Honeywell damper for guest bedrooms and tested. Comfort indoor service on 2025 American standard gold split system. Fau located inside attic, condenser on west side of home. Replaced filters and flushed lines. Checked attic and temperature split.
