Today safety check consisted of the first visit, following the new Install of the two American standard units. I also dropped off the permit and the ladder for the inspector. Both thermostats are properly calling for cooling with no alerts following with the Honeywell thermostat in the Casita calling for cooling properly. I changed out all the filters in the home. I cleared the condensation lines via Jones valve. Amps for both of the new systems checked out checked pressures as well and the Casita capacitor is checked out in range and the amps checked and I also checked the pressures as well. And I thoroughly washed down all three units. Overall, the systems are operating to the manufacture specs at this time of today’s first safety check visit.

I believe tech app is how you connect to WiFi with smart hub however unsure. Tried to call senior tech how has installed Lennox s40 systems in the past however didn’t get an answer. Advised client since system is cooling will need to return to connect to WiFi.

MY experience with Danny Hyde was 100%excellent. He showed up on time was very friendly and knew what he was doing. He wanted to fix my problem not try and sell me something I did not need. He made sure to cover his feet and made sure he talked to me in a way I could understand. Amador Cuevas came today to check out our garage mini-split. We thought there was an electrical issue but it was actually our sprinkler controller and not the mini-split causing the issue.
