After Diagnostic found system had a faulty capacitor replaced capacitor under warranty and installed compressor saver unit is up and cooling

Performed a cooling maintenance on a Lennox condenser, condenser located on right side of home, filter located in hallway ceiling, fau located in attic, changed filter, flushed condensation line, on condenser check for amperage and voltage, check for compressor but on unit S#1912F42049 was not pumping the refrigerant might be overheating advised that Senior tech coming out, check for freon level added two pounds on unit s#1912G23430 , check for capacitors, everything within range also clear out dust accumulated inside electrical component area and rinsed condenser coil. System is working within specification in cooling at the time of maintenance.

Maintenance for cooling on an American standard 4 ton gold series heat pump. Condensation lines cleared filters changed. FAU located in master bedroom closet. Honeywell thermostat working properly check system sequence of operation. Check compressor amps, checked fan motor amps, check 24 V for two stage, checked capacitor in fuses, checked Freon and pressure. System is working per manufacturer specification. Washed outdoor unit down. Washed mini split filters. System is working per manufacturer specification home is cooling properly.

Perform a cooling maintenance on a split system unit. Check sequence of operations on a gold American standard unit. At this time system is going down the house properly or electrical and refrigeration levels are within range. Finish maintenance by washing down unit and cleaning out compensation line.

Performed annual cooling maintenance on a 2016 American Standard Silver 4ton split system. Upflow fau is located in garage. Replaced 20x25 filter located in blower compartment. Cleared condensation line from fau. Followed sequence of operations and checked voltage, amperage, capacitor, temperature splits, Freon levels, and rinsed condenser coils. Found 45 uf capacitor reading below manufacturer specifications, informed and recommended replacing capacitor. Client authorized. Tested and cycled equipment. Honeywell 6000 thermostat checked out okay. System is working properly in cooling at this time of service.
