Upon arrival client stated system starting to work again. Stated she heard noise from blower in attic and outdoor unit wasn’t running. Cycled system and checked ac components and attic. Capacitors within range. Went over how to use thermostat. Found attic very very dusty. System is 22 years old with life expectancy of 10-15 years. System is using refrigerant no longer being produced. Highly recommend free replacement estimate before major break down leaving tenant without air in the summer.
