Diagnostic on 2011 Lennox Equipment. Found compressor and fan motor non-operational. Installed compressor saver kit installed band motor capacitors installed compressor capacitors. Highly recommend maintenance on equipment. Equipment in very dirty condition causing equipment to struggle during air-conditioning season, left maintenance literature.

Living room equipment 2007 r22 refrigerant non operational. Diagnostic found equipment very low on refrigerant. Advised r22 refrigerant non operational due longer manufactured and equipment in very poor condition well past life expectancy. Living room equipment has leak in refrigerant system. Checked equipment in attic and outdoor equipment for source of leak non detected. Advised on leak search though do not recommend do to age of equipment. Highly recommend equipment replacement to avoid continuous costly repairs also to avoid being without air conditioning for long periods of time. Will schedule to add refrigerant for temporary solution client aware equipment will continue to leak refrigerant. Advised on replacement options. Attached options below.

Courtesy call, helped customer reset his evc breaker over the phone. Customer acknowledged that power was restored to his charger and car is charging. Advised homeowner to monitor electric vehicle charger and call if issues continue to happen.

Performed annual cooling maintenance on a 2021 Rheem 3.5ton split system. FAU is located in hallway attic access. Replaced customer supplied filter located in fau. Cleared condensation line. Followed sequence of operations and checked voltage, condenser fan motor amps, compressor start/run amps, capacitor, temperature split, Freon levels, and rinsed condenser coils. Secured all electrical connections. Client stated condenser started making a loud noise at arrival. All electrical connections were secured and nothing was over amping. Cycled equipment and noise went away. Found 45uF capacitor reading below tolerance. Informed, recommended, and replaced capacitor. Tested and cycled equipment. Thermostat checked out operational. System is working properly in cooling at this time of service.

I need eight hardwired whips

Loss of 24v electrical circuit. Repaired low voltage electrical short in attic control system. Equipment now working properly according to manufacturer specifications.

Upon arrival found system serial number NF2F with visible residue on on top of furnace and within evaporator coil, verified origin of leak and refrigerant levels at this point in time. Went over options for replacement with Client will be sending over estimate for replacement of evaporative coil as well as recharging system to manufacturers specifications. Client will be applying for financing through Wells Fargo. informed client once information is received and approved, client must sign online agreement once online agreement is signed office will call to set up installation appointment with Client.

Deliver warranty book and advised return noise is normal with stamped grille. Client didn't want to upgrade to bar type.

Client stated daughters room is to warm. Adjusted damper in attic to push more air into room. On the third adjustment I pushed more air into bedroom. Advised client I didn’t adjust to much because I don’t want to create any other hot or cold areas. Changed filter as well.

Equipment running on arrival. Noticed alert 177 in history. Verified refrigerant pressures and electrical connections. High head pressure, found very dirty coils. Cleaned coils and tested operation. Equipment running properly at this time.
