Performed a cooling maintenance on a 2020 American Standard Silver Series condenser and a Goodman condenser. Both condensers are located on the left side of the home. The filter is located in the hallway ceiling, and the furnace/air handler unit (FAU) is located in the attic. Replaced filters: two 14x30, one 20x24, and one 14x14. Flushed the condensation drain line to ensure proper drainage. Inspected both condensers, including checking amperage and voltage, compressor operation, refrigerant levels, and capacitors. All readings were within manufacturer specifications. Cleaned dust and debris from the electrical component compartments and rinsed condenser coils to improve efficiency. At the time of service, both systems were operating properly and within specifications in cooling mode.

Condensation line cleared filter was already changed. Check system sequence of operation. Checked compressor amps, checked fan motor amps, checked capacitor, check Freon and temperature split. Outdoor unit has hard start kit. Checked inrush. Washed outdoor unit down. System is working per manufacture spec. Home is cooling properly. Client renewed bi-annual maintenance via CC.

The air filters are located in the hallway ceiling, and the furnace (FAU) is located in the attic. Replaced 2 air filters 20x25 and 16x25. Flushed the condensate drain line to ensure proper drainage. Inspected the condenser, including checking amperage and voltage, compressor operation, refrigerant levels, and capacitors. All components are operating within manufacturer specifications at this time. Cleaned dust and debris from the electrical compartment and rinsed the condenser coil to improve system efficiency. The system is currently operating properly and within specifications in cooling mode at the time of maintenance.
