Performed heating maintenance on (2) Lennox gas furnaces in hallway attic. Replaced filters , cleared drain lines, cleaned off attic platform and cleaned out burner/heating compartments. Heat rise - 40-42°. All heating, safety, and electrical components are working safely and to specs. Zero carbon monoxide detected. No issues at time of maintenance. Requesting Thor for upcoming summer maintenance booked for Tuesday, June 23rd from 9AM - 11AM (6/23/26).

Performed a heating maintenance on 2018 Trane furnace, Filters located inside filter rack, fau located in attic, attic access located in hallway, changed filter, flushed condensation line through jones valve, on fau followed sequence of operation, checked for amperage and voltage, checked for blower speed, check for any loose connections, check for temperature rise, everything within range also cleared dust accumulated inside electrical component. System is working within specification in heating at the time of maintenance.

Maintenance for heat on a Goodman horizontal gas furnace located in the master bedroom attic. Filter 20/30. condensation line cleared filter changed Honeywell thermostat in working order .furnace cycled and came on in sequence checked inducer fan motor ,checked amperage draw, check 24 V on the gas valve. inspected all electrical and safety. system is working per manufacture specification. Customer wanted me to check out capacitor and hard start kit. both working with range home is heating properly.

Upon arrival, client explained that mini split for a garage would not come on and she just changed in the remote. Check disconnect box for voltage and voltage was present. Installed two new batteries and system is now operating properly.

Shooting maintenance on American Texas changed out 18 x 30 filter located in silly, cleared off component burners of dust and debris, verified proper sequence of operation, cleared condensation line, zero carbon monoxide detected. System is within the manufacturers specifications and Heating and operating properly at this time of service. West.

Inspection on 2019 Lennox 5 ton horizontal gas split system. See inspection report. System is up to 2026 code. System and duct work in good shape. Put furnace door back on and replaced dirty filter.
