🛠️🛠️ Upon arrival, client informed me that his system was not maintaining temperature due to thermostat, not being compatible with two stage equipment Removed thermostat jump first and second stage cooling And verified at condenser that first and second stage cooling or engaging Replace thermostat with an ecobee thermostat Also recommended replacing weak capacitor Client approved ✅ Installed ecobee thermostat ✅ Check refrigerant charge ✅ paired thermostat to mobile device ✅ system is now operating properly and within limits

Motor will be available for pick up Monday. Will get with office once part is in hand to schedule repair. Sent quote via email.

Upon arrival found blower motor and condenser fan motor running but compressor was not. Found 70uF capacitor reading 0uF, informed and recommended replacing capacitor. Client authorized repairs. Courtesy rinsed condenser coils as they had excessive dust build up. Temperature split in range at 20°. Informed will take hours for house to cool down back to desired temperature. Client signed up on maintenance plan and paid for repairs via CC. Documented filters sizes.

Maintenance for cooling on a 3 1/2 ton Lennox split system. 20 x 30 filter located by laundry room 14 x 14 in master bedroom. Filters were very dirty. Condensation line cleared filters changed. Checked system sequence of operation. Checked compressor amps, checked fan motor amps, checked, capacitor, checked, compressor saver kit, checked, disconnect box, checked Freon and pressure. Washed outdoor unit down. System is working at time of maintenance. Home is cooling properly.

Maintenance for cooling on a carrier horizontal 3 ton split system. Attic access in master bedroom closet. 16 x 30 filter located in hallway and 14 x 14 in master bedroom. Filters were severely dirty, causing severe airflow restriction. Condensation line cleared filters changed. Ecobee thermostat working properly. Check system sequence of operation. Checked compressor amps, checked fan motor amps, checked capacitor, checked, compressor saver kit, checked disconnect box, checked Freon and pressure. Washed outdoor unit down. Upon maintenance dual run capacitor tested bad outdoor unit came on due to compressor saver kit. Checked in rush above manufacture spec compress kit failing. Notified client and recommend replaced both dual run capacitor, and compressor saver kit. Client agreed and signed estimate. Install installed new capacitor and compressor saver kit. Sn x91f 2005 equipment non operational. Attempted to repair burnt high voltage electrical and was able to start unit. Compressor immediately over heated and stops operating. Cooled down compressor multiple times and not able to get equipment to run. Compressor has failed and is un repairable. Equipment in very poor condition Well past life expectancy with multiple potential additional problems. Recommend equipment replacement. Client has home warranty which advise is known for poor quality service and installation. Advised we do have financing available for equipment replacement. Attached estimates for replacement options below also emailed.

Performed a cooling maintenance on two split systems, one silver and one gold. Washed outdoor units, cleared condensate drains and replaced filters. Unit #X75F was low on refrigerant according to temperature and pressure. Charged system with 1 pound of refrigerant. Checked running/starting capacitors and electric motors. Thermostat/disconnect box: good. Advise client to leave upstairs/downstairs units running at 85°. Both systems are cooling the home at the time of maintenance. Charged CC on file.
