Upon arrival system not working in heat or cool. Was further investigation found door on furnace not closed correctly, causing Killswitch to engage on furnace door. After securing door properly system started up and started to heat up the house within specifications all is within range

Performed a heating maintenance on a York gas furnish located in attic. At this time, sequence of operations in seat mode is working properly and system is heating up the house properly at this time. Also checked out outdoor unit as client has concerns about system trying to turn on one set to off mode with further investigation. Found a nest thermostat that had eco friendly mode on explained to client this could be the reason. We’re all outdoor components are within range as well as the thermostat. Thermostat wire is also working properly.

I Performed Maintenance on the Heating System. Also replaced a 20x30 and 12x12 Filters. The system is a 2018 model located in the hallway attic. I also flushed the condensate drain. Would strongly recommend installing a water safety switch on condensate drain line to prevent condensate drain backups from occurring as well as installing a Jones Valve to allow for a stronger condensate drain clearing. Attached estimate recommendation to today’s invoice for client to consider. The system checked out operational at the time of the service. Will be time to renew maintenance agreement on the upcoming summer service. Scheduled next maintenance visit online with tenant for Saturday August 22nd 2026 between 8-10 am.

Estimate to replace system and cut in 3 returns with zoning.

Upon arrival, thermostat was on his schedule mode, not set up by client. System was set to heat set to 66 degrees. Make sure to set thermostat correctly. System is heating up the house properly when set to heat mode and temperature rise up. Set thermostat exactly the way client wants it at this time. All is within range no diagnostic needed just needed to help client set thermostat correct correctly.

Arrived at customer’s home to replace old undersized riser from main breaker panel with new 2” grc conduit and weatherhead with new 3/0 wire. Removed existing riser/weatherhead/wire from main breaker panel and drilled new holes for and installed 2” grc conduit with a new weatherhead and wire. Also removed pvc conduit feeding circuits inside home and replaced it with new emt to bring panel up to code. Reconnected existing circuits to breakers and restored power to complete scope of work.

I removed existing dome sensor and installed new dome sensor and tested the Heating and Cooling System. Client has already scheduled her spring appointment.

Upon arrival, same issue was continuing to happen. System will go off on an open high limit switch tested all limit switches and was getting 0 V which means limit switches are closed. Properly filters are nice and clean. Blower speed is coming out strong. With further investigation found a bad limit switch called up US air and part will be in stock office has scheduled for us to come back out on Tuesday to replace part client sign off on estimate.
