I Performed Maintenance on both the Heating Systems. Also replaced 2) 20x30 and 10x20 Filters. Both Heating Systems are 2003 and 2024 models located in the hallway attic and outside on the ground. I also flushed the condensation drains. Primary drain drains into guest bathroom sink. Client is well aware of the 2.5 ton Bedroom Lennox system. Both Heating Systems checked out operational at the time of the service. Advised client about the extended labor warranty. Current Labor warranty expires 8-14-26 Scheduled next Maintenance visit online for Tuesday August 11th 2026 between 9-11 am.

The project involved the installation of a 4 Ton American Standard Platinum 20 POV Upflow Split Heat Pump System, specifically designed for the bedrooms. This high-efficiency heat pump system is intended to enhance the climate control within the space, ensuring optimal comfort for the occupants. The installation was meticulously conducted to meet industry standards, with attention to detail and quality workmanship. we installed a 4 ton 20 seer system added sheet metal under the unit on the platform. We also fixed the PVC drain and the safety switch on the new system and the existing system as both did not have any PVC glue. I changed the breaker from a 40 amp to a 50 amp also put a brand new disconnect with brand new fuses to match the breaker and the system. We also reinstalled the Remi halo

Arrived at customer’s home to diagnose smoke alarm randomly going off. Found that smoke detector was old and probably going bad, causing the alarm to go off at random times. Replaced smoke detector with a new one to resolve issue. Informed customer that it may be a good idea to change all smoke detectors at once to prevent the other smoke detectors from having the same issue. She decided to just do one smoke detector at this time. Also inspected possible electrical issue in garage. Found that it was the plug for the sprinkler system, so I suggested having the gardeners change the rain bird out for a new one.
