Upon arrival, condensation line was completely broken off and snapped in half between the coils and the safety switch area. I repaired the condensation line and added a new safety switch and clear the condensation line to ensure that proper drainage is occurring and no more water is spilling out from the unit. Today’s cooling maintenance consisted of one unit located in the backyard. I first begin with replacing the 20 x 30 filter. Thermostat is properly calling for cooling. I cleared the condensation line checked capacitor checked amps checked amps on fan. Pressure is checked out in the correct range. Washed coils down at the end. Overall system is cooling and operating to the manufacture specs at this time of today’s cooling maintenance.

Arrived at customer’s home to diagnose outlets non op since we completed install. Upon arrival I found that there was a tripped gfci outlet in the garage. Customer also stated that he was pressure washing house when water got to an outlet and tripped it. Informed customer that problem was not related to install that we completed, but customer insisted this was not the case based on his extensive electrical knowledge. Informed customer that they are separate circuits not connected to each other, but customer also insisted this was not the case. Customer refused to pay for service even though it was not related to install.
