Arrived at customer’s home to diagnose timer switch non op in garage for Christmas light outlet in eves. Found that timer switch was bad and not operating properly. Replaced switch with a new timer switch to remedy the issue and restored proper function to switch.

Found gas valve switch on off, I never set it to off but remember having trouble getting panel on furnace with the twist rod it comes with was previously held on with tape) . Was adjusting panel to fit as it was designed and must’ve hit the switch to off. NC Return.
