Verified no unusual burnt smell is coming from equipment in attic. Checked blower motor and transformer are working properly

Maintenance for cooling on a Lennox 4 ton horizontal split system. Attic access located by laundry room. Two 20 x 30 filters both located in hallway and one 20 x 20 located in master bedroom. Condensation line cleared filters changed. Checked system sequence of operation. Checked compressor amps, checked fan motor amps, checked capacitor, check disconnect box, checked Freon and pressure. Could not wash outdoor unit down, backyard water Spicket was not working properly. Client advised me about recommended repairs wanted new capacitor and compressor saver kit. Client signed estimate. Installed new dual capacitor and compressor saver kit. System is working per manufacture spec. Home is cooling properly.

Upon arrival client stated system not cooling. Cycled system and found blower not running. Checked attic and found blower had high voltage to motor however circuit board not providing low voltage. Advised client on failed circuit board. Advised we can get circuit board under warranty on Monday. Will call client Monday morning with update on board. Office to hold spot. Ed8 f09

Alert spoo4 yellow alert. Sensor. Cleared alert and tested operation. Equipment is working properly according to manufacturer specifications. Advised alert is not emergency

Upon arrival client stated upstairs system S-5014 blowing ambient air. Cycled system and found burnt wires and bad capacitor. Repaired wires and replaced capacitor. System is properly cooling. Signed up on monthly agreement.

Repaired the two fan remotes and gave estimate for doorbells.

Cleared drain line. Checked refrigerant and verified equipment is cooling. Fan was on low speed

Followed up again after leaving voicemail and was able to speak with Mr.Brown and explain where we’re at and have a claim for Mitsubishi tech support. Will call Mitsubishi tomorrow morning and keep homeowner updated throughout the day as needed with any new updates. 5:06 6/18 I called Mr.Brown and updated him again that Mitsubishi member returned my call when I was out on the queue for a callback but will go another route for confirmation from a Mitsubishi rep on whether it’s the sensor molex plug. (Sensors are on 2 different molex plugs , or main PCB (circuit board).

Upon arrival, Client stated that bedroom zone is not cooling . Upon checking thermostat bedroom zone was set to 75 and reading 75 because sensor is in kitchen, which is reading 75 informed client to leave bedroom sensor in bedroom after doing so bedroom zone is now cooling down the bedrooms properly all is within range.

Performed annual cooling maintenance on a 2012 Lennox 4ton split system. Client replaced 20x30 and 20x20 filter prior to arrival, left behind filters. FAU is located in master closet attic access. Cleared condensation line from fau. Tested water safety switch. Followed sequence of operations and checked voltage, condenser fan motor amps, compressor start/run amps, capacitor, hard start kit, temperature split, Freon levels, and rinsed condenser coils. Secured all electrical connections. Found subcooling levels below manufacturer specifications. Informed, recommended, and added 2lbs of refrigerant to bring subcooling to manufacture specifications. Thermostat checked out operational. System is working properly in cooling at this time of service. Client signed up for HFCP and paid for repairs via check.
