Billed job Upon arrival found system calling for cool, but only outdoor unit copper. Upon further inspectionFound system serial number 0869 furnace with a bad 7.5 MFD cap capacitor for blower. Replaced with new 7.5 MFD, capacitor and cycled equipment. System is now cooling and operating properly.

Upon arrival going both units where not working ac pro was low on Freon added 4 pounds of 410 and where going to schedule leak check unit is still under warranty other unit American standard was short cycling it’s 10 years old furnace is original blower motor was barely running instead of putting more money into the unit. We’re gonna be installing a 2 ton tomorrow from 9 to 11 client is financing.

Today’s Daniel calling preventative maintenance consisted of one American standard platinum unit at first began with replacing the 20 x 30 filter and ensuring that the 1050 thermostat is properly calling for cooling and turning the unit on with no error codes or messages on the system. All of the cooling sequence of operations are successfully checking out, verifying that the home is cooling efficiently to the desired temperature. I then cleared the condensation line thoroughly to ensure that it is able to properly drain at this time and the condensation line passed a lot of chunks and debris that were in the line now the system is able to properly drain at this time of service. Precision tuneup on 2014 Rheem condensing unit. Changed four 20 x 30 filters located on lower wall and in ceiling in each hallway. System was already calling for cool on ecobee thermostat. Thermostat located in master bedroom and hallway near kitchen. Checked startup amps on compressor and running amps on compressor and condenser fan motor also checked total amps on condensing unit. Checked all electrical, components, contactor, capacitor, and clean electrical compartment and disconnect box and insured. All wires were tight and secure making proper contact. Cleared line from outside termination and washed condenser coil. Service called demand no cool on 2017 American standard condensing unit. Unit not blowing cold air. While performing diagnostics of condensing unit discovered system had an overheated compressor and condenser fan motor not operating due to faulty capacitor. Installed new 7.5 MFD capacitor and test system. Checked amps on both compressor and condenser fan motor. Syste

Disassembled gas and flue pipe so we can move furnace a few feet to create room to add a larger plenum so we can add manual dampers to air balance existing system. Scope of work includes measuring existing airflow from each register with flow hood. Move furnace and coil and extend plenum. Move ducts onto new plenum and add manual dampers to each duct run from plenum so airflow can be adjusted. Enlarge trunk line to new addition to increase airflow. Needs 2 technicians to balance. One is measuring air with flow hood while other tech is adjusting dampers to balance airflow.
