Installed thermostat. Existing was not working properly. Tested operation and verified system is working properly at this time.

Performed annual cooling maintenance on a 2020 American Standard 3ton package unit. Replaced 14x30 filter located in hallway ceiling. No ladder needed. Followed sequence of operations and checked voltage, FLA, RLA, LRA, capacitor, temperature split, Freon levels, and rinsed condenser coils. Secured all electrical connections. Thermostat checked out okay. System is working properly in cooling at this time of service. Client opted to wait to schedule heating service.

Performed a cooling maintenance on a 2024 American standard system unit. check sequence of operations by checking out all electrical and refrigeration levels at this time. The system is cooling down the house properly no area code or alerts all electrical as well. Within range finish maintenance by cleaning out condensation line changing out filter in washing down outdoor unit.

Followed sequence of operations and checked voltage, FLA, RLA, LRA, capacitor, hard start kit, temperature split, Freon levels, and rinsed condenser coils. Secured all electrical connections. Everything checked out in range. Set the correct time on thermostat per clients request. Thermostat checked out operational. System is working properly in cooling at this time of service. Pre booked winter service on site with client.

I made eight hardwire whips

Replace blower motor and circuit board. After doing so downstairs unit is now cooling down the area properly. see notes.

Installed and tested focus pro S200 thermostat. (Cooling, fan, heat) thermostat is warranted, labor and diagnostic is not will be charging credit card on file. I did not lock property up due to housekeeper being present.
