Installing 2 ton ductless for garage.

Maintenance on a Lennox 3 ton horizontal split system. 18 x 30 filter in hallway and 14 x 14 in master bedroom. Attic access located in master bedroom closet. Condensation line cleared filter changed. Honeywell thermostat working properly. Check system sequence of operation. Verified all electrical and safety. Checked amperage draw, checked inducer fan motor, check 24 V on gas valve, checked pressure switch, checked flame sensor and igniter. System is working per manufacture spec. System is working properly.

Performed annual AC maintenance on 2007 York split system FAU located in outside closet. Changed 16 x 25 by one filter. Checked amps, volts, capacitor, and start kit also cleaned electrical compartment. Checked , refrigerant levels, super heat, subcool and temperature split. Flush condensation line at FAU and washed condenser coil. Found all electrical components and refrigerant levels to be within manufactured specifications. System is operating and cooling properly at time of service.

Arrived at customer’s home to diagnose bathroom outlets non op after customer used hair dryer. Found that breaker for bathrooms was in the tripped position, but did not look like it. Removed breaker, cleaned dirt out, and reset breaker to restore power to circuit and resolve issue.

Maintenance on two American Standard gold series horizontal split system. Attic access in front of master bedroom. 20 x 30 filter located in dining room two 14 x 24, one in master bedroom and one in hallway by guest room. Condensation line is cleared filters changed. Two thermostats working properly. Checked both system sequence of operation. Checked compressor amps, checked fan motor amps, checked capacitor, checked, compressor saver kit, checked fuses and disconnect box, check temperature split, checked FAU and electrical, checked inducer motor, checked, pressure switch, checked igniter, and flame sensor, check 24 V on gas valve, check temperature coming out of supply. Both systems are working per man manufacture spec. Home is heating and cooling properly.

Performed an inside safety maintenance on a Lennox furnaces. Filters located in hallway ceiling, attic access located in hallway, changed 20x30 & 14x14 filter, flushed condensation line, on fau followed sequence of operation, checked for amperage and voltage, checked for blower speed, check for any loose connections, check for carbon monoxide, check for temperature rise, check for capacitor, everything within range also cleared dust accumulated inside electrical component. Systems are working within specifications in heating at the time of maintenance.

System is working per manufacture spec. Home is heating and cooling properly. Spoke with client about air purifiers talked about the benefits of having one for indoor air quality.

After Diagnostic found over heated compressor cooled compressor down checked pressures amps on compressor working at range. System is cooling properly at this time.
