After Diagnostic found blower motor wheel was bent and grinding due to system age we will be installing Friday the 7 a 17 seer client will be paying by check

Replaced warranty condenser fan motor and repaired high voltage wire at disconnect box. System is now operating properly.

Bedroom unit serial number 2095 is operating at this time but not keeping up with heat load or cooling properly. While checking refrigerant levels discovered system is low on refrigerant. To get system back to manufactured specifications unit would need to be charged with 2 to 3 pounds of 410a refrigerant.

Upon arrival, members stated that thermostat located in kitchen was reading multiple error, codes, error, codes, indicating loss of sensor. Member did not realize he had sensor connected to thermostat removed sensor off thermostat per customers request, member also stated that his office will get hotter than set temperature of thermostat that is in hallway verified 64° coming out of register also has 19° split from supply and return thermostat is set to 82° and maintaining, member does have restrictive supply register informed member to start with removing restrictive register and replace with high efficiency register. Will send estimates for 14 x 14. Register service was covered under warranty. Member installed both units December 2024.

Upon arrival, the thermostat was reading **107°F** and was calling for cooling\. Bypassed thermostat not cooling. Inspected the outdoor condensing unit and found it was not operating\. Verified **24 VAC** at the contactor coil and and R n C. 240 VAC** present on both the line and load sides of the contactor\. Allowed the compressor to cool, indicating the internal thermal overload had likely tripped\. After cooling, the compressor restarted\. At that time, the **compressor was running, but the condenser fan motor was not**\. Inspected and tested the dual run capacitor and found it to be failed\. Photos and videos were taken to document system operation and findings.

Arrived found ceiling fan in bedroom fan motor not working and light working after minor trouble shooting found fan would run if ya hand started. Wants it replaced. Fan 2 in office fan light doesn’t work barely glows. Wants light kit if possible. If not leave fan is most important. Will quote to fix lightdark.ceiling fan now works maybe

Maintenance for cooling on an American standard gold series 5 ton upflow split system. Furnace located in garage 20 x 25 filter located at furnace. Condensation line cleared and filter already changed. Honeywell thermostat working properly. Check system sequence of operation. Checked compressor amps, checked fan motor amps, checked capacitors, checked, compressor saver kit, check 24 V for two stage, checked Freon and pressure. Washed out outdoor unit down. System needed 1 pound of Freon spoke with client. Client agreed and signed estimate. Added 1 pound of Freon let system run and checked Freon and pressure also checked temperature split. System is working per manufacture spec. Home is cooling properly. Spoke with client about some issues on why system needed Freon. Client acknowledges no warranty on Freon.

Arrived at customer’s home to diagnose breaker tripping for minisplit. Found that minisplit shared a circuit with the existing 40 amp unit. Informed customer that breaker will keep tripping if units are not separated and fed from their own dedicated sources. Sent customer two options: one for doing the job in mc cable, and one for doing the job in emt conduit. Also informed customer that the emt conduit would look better, but would take a little longer. Sent customer quotes via email.
