I Performed Maintenance on both the Cooling Systems. Also replaced a 20x30 14x14 and 14x24 Filters. Both Cooling Systems are 2007 models located in the master closet attic, casita ceiling, and outside on the ground. Both Cooling Systems checked out operational and within manufactures specifications at the time of the service. I Performed Maintenance on the Cooling System. Also found system has a 20x25x4 Honeywell Filter with enhanced air cleaner. Will need to return at a later date to get 20x25x4 Filter. The System is a 2022 model located in the master closet attic and outside on the ground. I also flushed the condensate drain through the Jones Valve. Client advised about system having issues in the summer time when it’s been real hot. System at the time of the service is checking out operational at the time of the service. Scheduled next Maintenance visit online for Saturday November 7th 2026 between 10-12 pm.

Performed annual cooling maintenance on a 2012 Lennox 4 ton split system. Fau is located in master closet attic access. Cleared condensation line from fau. Replaced 20x30 and 14x14 filters. Followed sequence of operations and checked voltage, amperage, capacitor, temperature split, Freon levels, and rinsed condenser coils. Compressor starting amps measured over manufacture specifications. Informed and recommended adding start kit, sent estimate and more information via email. Nest thermostat checked out okay. System is working properly in cooling at this time of service. Client paid HFCP via CC. Scheduled heating serviced on site with client.

Performed a cooling maintenance on a 2018 American Standard Platinum series condenser, condenser located on left side of home, filter located hallway ceiling, fau located in attic, changed filter, flushed condensation line, on condenser check for amperage and voltage, check for compressor, check for freon level, check if thermostat had no error codes or alerts, everything within range , clear out dust accumulated inside electrical component area and rinsed condenser coil. System is working within specification in cooling at the time of maintenance.

We cut in a new return in the master bedroom, changed 4 supply registers and inspected the attic for rodents I found that there are traces of rodent droppings.

All 3 Cooling Systems are 2022 2024 and 2026 Heat Pump models located in the ceiling, garage and outside on the ground. I also flushed all 3 condensation drains. All 3 Cooling Systems checked out operational and within manufactures specifications at the time of the service. Cooling maintenance 2015 Maytag equipment. Washed coils, cleaned electrical compartments, replaced filters. Verified equipment is working properly. Found weak capacitors, Replace defective capacitor with new part. Test operation and amps after start up.
