Maintenance for cooling on one 3 ton and 3.5 ton Lennox systems. Condensation lines cleared, filters changed. Verify system sequence of operation. Checked 3 ton Lennox, checked compressor amps, checked fan motor amps, checked Hardstark kit, checked capacitor, and fuses. Checked 3 1/2 ton Lennox unit. Called for cooling system did not turn on. Had to troubleshoot issue. Hard start kit was bad, which caused breaker to trip. Flip breaker back on took hard to start kit off, system came on notified customer of the issue. Recommended customer a new hard start kit. Customer agreed and signed estimate. Installed new hard start kit. Verified system sequence of operation. Made sure of all electrical wiring and safety . Checked compressor amps, checked fan motor amps, checked capacitor and fuses. Both systems are working per a manufacture. Specification home is cooling properly.

Comfort ac service on 2020 Trane split system. Fau located inside attic, condenser located on south side of home. Flushed condensation line by condenser. Filters located lower walls. Left filters for client. Washed condenser coils. Checked all ac component and refrigerant levels. Blew out electrical compartment. Recommended whole house surge protection. Renewed on yearly agreement.

Performed a cooling maintenance on a 2021 American Standard Platinum series condenser, condenser located on left side of home, filter located hallway ceiling, fau located in attic, changed filter, flushed condensation line, on condenser check for amperage and voltage, check for compressor, check for freon level, check if thermostat had no error codes or alerts, everything within range , clear out dust accumulated inside electrical component area and rinsed condenser coil. System is working within specification in cooling at the time of maintenance.

Service on 2015 Lennox equipment. Replaced filters, washed coils, cleared drain line. Verified sequence of operation is operational at this time. Verified refrigerant pressures are with good range. Verified capacitor tested good. Start kit working properly. Equipment is working properly according to manufacturer specifications. No surge protection on equipment. Per manufacturer recommendation recommend hvac surge protection on equipment to prevent damage to equipment caused by power surges. Advised equipment is past life expectancy and uses r4110 refrigerant which was phased out last year. Attention below attached surge protection estimate.

I removed existing and old condensate drain pan and switch. I then installed new Goliath Secondary Drain Pan and Safety Switch. Lastly installed Jones Valve and glued all connections. I then tested the system.

Pressurized line set and coil to 417 psi and held pressure for 15 min. Leak repair in outside unit, replaced all spreader valves. Pressure tested system as a whole to 416 psi and pressure held. Pulled vacume on refrigerant system. Recharged refrigerant system to manufacturer specifications.

I Performed Maintenance on the Cooling System. Also replaced a 20x25 and 16x30 Filters. The system is a 2020 model located in the master closet attic and outside on the ground. Also flushed the condensation drain from the attic. I found that the run capacitor tested weak and out of manufactures specifications. Client has stayed consistent on maintenance from the time of install extending the labor warranty from 5 years to 10 years with consecutive maintenance services. I installed new run capacitor under part and labor warranty and tested. Checked mini split for garage and cleaned filters and outdoor coils. Unit is cooling properly. The system checked out operational and within manufactures specifications at the time of the service. Scheduled next maintenance visit online for Tuesday November 10th 2026 between 9-11 am.

Installed equipment surge protection at outdoor unit and at POV in attic. Client paid via C. C.

Performed a cooling maintenance on a split Lennox unit. Wash down condenser coil, cleared condensate drain line and replaced filters supplied by client. Installed compressor saver kit and enrolled in club membership – paid via C. C. Running and starting amperage measured within manufacture specifications on all motors after installation. Checked refrigerant temperatures and pressures. System is cooling the home at the time of maintenance.

Performed annual cooling maintenance on 2) 2023 American Standard Gold 3 ton heat pumps. Replaced 2) 16x30 filters located in hallway. Both faus are located in hallway attic access. Cleared condensation lines from jones valves. Followed sequence of operations and checked voltage, amperage, capacitor, temperature splits, Freon levels, and rinsed condenser coils. Both thermostats checked out operational. Both systems are working properly in cooling at this time of service. Sent HFCP renewal via email.
