Upon arrival found system serial number XY3F calling for cool and operating further inspection found that the line set was ice up and the ice equipment and cycled system found system 1 pound low of R410A allow system to run and levels to stabilize refrigerant levels back to manufacturers specifications with 11° so cool, psycho equipment off and condensing unit continue to run also found pitted contactor. Own contact her out to verify roast, contactor and tested equipment 3x times two assure contact her engaging/dis engaging. System is now cooling and operating proper.

Today’s annual cooling preventative maintenance consisted of one American standard platinum unit at first began with replacing both filters in the home to ensure the proper airflow is able to circulate back to the system at minimal resistance.
