Performed ac cooling maintenance on (2) 2014 Lennox split systems. Replaced (2) 20x20 and. 20x30 ceiling filters. Honeywell 3000 thermostats working properly. Cleaned our electrical compartments. Rinsed down the condenser coils. Checked condenser fan motor amps, compressor start and run amps, start and run capacitors. Refrigerant charge and temperature splits. Cleared drain lines. Found dual run capacitor for bedroom unit #6895 was very weak. Recommended and replaced run capacitor (55/5uF). Systems are cooling properly at time of maintenance.

Maintenance for cooling on a Goodman upflow R 22 2006 2 ton split system. Furnace is located in a closet by the hallway. 14 x 25 filter located at furnace. Condensation line cleared filter changed. White Roger thermostat working properly. Check system sequence of operation. Checked compressor amps, checked fan motor amps, checked, capacitors, check fuses and disconnect box, checked Freon and temperature split. Noticed outdoor unit compressor struggling to come on spoke with client and recommend compressor saver kit talked about the benefits of having one for the outdoor unit. Client agreed and signed estimate. Installed hard start kit. System is roughly 20 years old containing old freo, spoke with client and highly recommend replacing equipment. Client acknowledges the potential issues for a system that is roughly 20 years old. System is working at time of maintenance. Home is cooling properly.

Installed ecobee thermostat. Set up thermostat thermostat is unable to connect to Wi-Fi at this time. Client will call us back once Wi-Fi is established.

Maintenance on a two system house thermostat one located in the kitchen filter above thermostat to located in master bedroom filter in hallway near attic access. Outdoor units located on the left side of the house note to tell Gardner to give us at least 12 inches clearance on all sides of the units. 8 foot ladder needed to access attic. both units and attic on same crawlspace. units are Goodman units. Small pans under the units no safety shut off switches for overflow. Ducting appears to be in good shape. The 40/5 capacitor checked out good in rush amps checked out good unit one first one ya come to outside. Checked and tightened lugs on disconnect both units.unit 2- 45/5 compressor good in rush, hands good delta T on both units good within manufacture specification. blew out electrical component compartment with CO2 flushed boat all the drains they go to the back of the house clean both condenser coils took all my pictures. recommend installing safety switches for the units in the at

Replaced ceiling filters. Cleaned out electrical compartment. Rinsed down condenser coil. Checked condenser fan motor amps. Checked compressor start and run amps. Checked voltages. Checked dual run capacitor. Checked refrigerant and temperature split. Collected for renewal. Homeowner has Honeywell color thermostat and wanted to know if they have a new model. I informed him of the thermostats similar that we carry and if he finds one online he wants, we do install customer supplied thermostats ($165).

Also replaced ceiling 14x24x1 for casita. Cleared out condensation drains. Cleaned out condenser electrical compartments. Rinsed down the condenser coils. (3) Nest thermostats working properly. Performed a cooling maintenance on a 2019 Lennox condenser, condenser located on right side of home, filter located in hallway & master bedroom bottom wall, fau located in attic, changed 20x30 & 14x24filter, check for thermostat, flushed condensation line, on condenser check for amperage and voltage, check for compressor, check for freon level, check for capacitor recommend replacing capacitor advised HO gave me the okay to replace capacitor, check for disconnect box everything within range also clear out dust accumulated inside electrical component area and rinsed condenser coil. System is working within specification in cooling at the time of maintenance.
