Upon arrival client advised that the bedroom unit that we installed in August 2025 was not cooling. Upon further inspection found that the outdoor unit not running and an error message of F1 at the outdoor unit. Verified proper voltage going to the outdoor unit. Checked low voltage connections and found no loose connections. I then went to the main circuit breaker, and power cycled unit for 5 mins and after power cycling system, fault code cleared and unit came on. Took temperature split and am getting a 20 degree temperature split indicating refrigerant levels are proper. System is located in the hallway attic and outside on the ground. (Unit S#15JF). System is now cooling properly.

I Performed Maintenance on the Cooling System. Also replaced a 20x30 and 16x20 filters and flushed the condensate drain from the outside. The system is a 2019 model located in the master closet attic and outside on the ground. The system checked out operational and within manufactures specifications at the time of today’s service. Scheduled next Maintenance visit online.

After Diagnostic found dirty condenser coil , so performed maintenance on a 2007 r 22 York split micro channel followed Sequence of operation customer changed filters checked amps on compressor and condenser fan motor pressures working at range checked capacitor and compressor saver out of range replaced parts cleared condensation line rinsed condenser down unit is working properly at this time of visit, recommend replacement due to systems age and Freon change sent estimates

I called and talked to a person and she said the code showed the battery was low. It would have been nice if she could have mentioned the sensor in the bedroom was the piece that needed batteries not the main panel. The tech tried to call and tell me to save me a trip but I couldn’t answer the phone. So I had to pay $109 for a simple battery change.
