Found wired CO detector pulled off my daughter replace battery 9 V and reinstalled working fine check the other ones they’re supposed to be wired but they are battery they are kiddie 10 year warranty installed in 2022. Further problems recommend replacing all of the detectors with wired 2 smoke and two co . Customer would like estimate mailed to her gave her verbal at 586.

Performed annual maintenance on 2022 Goodman split system. Client replaced filter already. Followed sequence of operation gas valve, flame ignition, agate switches, and blower motor speeds. Cleared out condensation line to drain properly Honeywell operating properly no alerts. Checked temperature rise 55 degrees. System is operating properly at this time of service.

We installed a 2ton ductless and ran our own electrical as well.

Maintenance heat on two 2006 carrier horizontal furnace is located in the master bedroom closet attic. Condensation line is cleared filters changed. Both system cycle and came on in sequence, checked gas valve checked inducer motor. both systems are working properly home is heating.

Performed a heating maintenance on a 2020 American standard gas furnace, Filters located throughout house ceiling, fua located in attic, attic access outside house, upon arrival pvc pipe was cracked proceeded to notify HO and gave me the ok to replace the male fitting and 2ft of pvc also, changed filter, flushed condensation line through jones valve, on fau followed sequence of operation, checked for amperage and voltage, checked for blower speed, check for any loose connections, check for temperature rise, everything within range also cleared dust accumulated inside electrical component. System is working within specification in heating at the time of maintenance.

I advised client about installing surge protection and gave estimate options on whole house or equipment surge protection and client elected to have equipment surge protection installed. Advised client that office will contact client to schedule me back out to install surge protection. Also scheduled next Maintenance visit online for Wednesday July 15th 2026 between 11-1 pm. The system checked out operational at the time of the service.
