Executed a cooling maintenance on a split platinum. Wash down outdoor unit and replaced filters. Checked CDA for error codes and notifications. Refrigerant circuit diagnostic – good. System is functioning according to manufacturer specifications.

Upon arrival client stated system in cooling mode was putting out heat. Cycled system and found reversing valve stuck in heat. Used magnet and unstuck valve. Cycled system twice and system is cooling.

Performed a cooling maintenance on a split system. Replaced filter and cleared condensate drain line. Checked refrigerant circuit diagnostic, capacitors and running/starting amperage on all motors. Client signed estimate to install new filtered return grill. Will have front office set up installation appointment. System is functioning according to manufacture specifications.

On arrival, client directed me to return grill A small vibration noise coming from register Tightened register at vibration point Informed client if register continues to vibrate Register needs to be replaced System is cooling properly at this time Bar type 20 x 30 return filter type

2020 and 2025 Preformed they sent me annual cooling service on two American standard systems Replace filters throughout the Cycled equipment follow sequence of operation checked refrigerant/temperature split Cleared condensation line from outside Thermostat strict out OK Rinse condenser coils Electrical components within an equipment checked out operational ✅✅ Equipment is operating properly and within limits ⚠️⚠️ New thermostat not pairing with phone Attempted to pair to phone but was unsuccessful called resido but they’re closed on weekends. Will address issues Monday and see what’s next steps.

📍 Call Type: Demand Service – No Cooling 🏠 Findings: Client stated system was operating earlier but stopped cooling. 🔍 Diagnosis: Set thermostat to cool and inspected equipment. Found a weak capacitor. 🛠️ Repair: Installed test capacitor and completed system testing. Replaced capacitor under parts warranty; client paid labor. ✅ Status: System is now operating properly and within normal limits. Called homeowner and got approval for repairs

Deliver warranty book, set up thermostats to WiFi. Cannot add new location except from website and client waiting for email with password.

I Performed Maintenance on the Cooling System. Also client replaced own 20x30 and 14x14 Filters. The system is a 2014 Lennox 2.5 ton model located in the hallway attic and outside on the ground. Also flushed the condensate drain. Advised client about being able to go to a 4 or 5 inch filter. Current filter size for unit in attic is 16x25x5 or 16x25x4. I also advised client about whole house surge protection and sent client estimates for recommendation. The system checked out operational at the time of the service. Scheduled next Maintenance visit online for Wednesday October 14th 2026 between 10-12 pm.
