Upon arrival, client turned mini split on, but noise was no longer there. Cycled system and adjust louvers. System is operating and cooling properly. CK#2650

Performed annual maintenance on a 2024 American standard split-system. Changed out 20 x 25 filter and 14 x 14 filter. Checked the Emerson thermostat and verified proper operation. Thermostat is calling for cooling as designed. Verified sequence of operation. Checked refrigerant (Freon) levels – operating within normal range. Inspected compressor – operating normally. Inspected condenser fan motor – operating normally. Tested capacitor – operating within manufacturer specifications. Outdoor condensing unit is located on the right side of the house. Recommend installing a hard start kit to reduce compressor startup stress. This can improve starting performance and help extend the compressor’s service life. An estimate has been emailed to the homeowner. System is operating properly at this time of service.

Arrived to provide an estimate to install a quiet exhaust fan with light in guest bathroom (provide 3 different styles of exhaust fans and email to customer), additionally we will be tracing a circuit in laundry room. Provide an estimate to remove light in garage and install customer supplied ceiling fan, will provide two estimates 1) install with existing switch leg, 2) run constant power to fan. Provide estimate to remove and replace two exterior wall sconces with customer supplied sconces.

Replaced quad breaker for pool panel and mini split unit as it was a non ul listed breaker for that panel.

Fun arrival systems calling from cool but only blower motor and condenser fan motor is operating. Compressor is not operating due to compressor being overheated and having an open internal winding. Compressor will need to cool off before any further diagnosis could be done. This is the second time the compressor has overheated. Putting job on hold until I hear back from Lennox. Compressor has been ordered. Client will pay full price for compressor once Lennox credit hydes for a warranty compressor hides will reimburse client and only charge for a warranty compressor

Flush condensation line at FAU and extended, condensation outside termination to drain inside plants. Gave client comfort club brochure.

Today’s annual cooling preventative maintenance consisted of one unit located on the side of the home I first began with replacing the filters in the home to ensure that proper airflow is able to circulate back to the system at minimal resistance. The Honeywell thermostat is properly calling for cooling and turning the unit on with no errors. All of the cooling sequence of operations are successfully checking out verifying there is a proper 20° split between the liquid line and the section line which verifies at the home is cooling efficiently to the desire temperature. The condensation line is draining properly at this time of service. The amps on the system are safely, checking out in the correct range verify that the blower is operating to the manufacturer specs. And the capacitor is also testing out safely. Overall, this unit is operating to the manufacture specs at this time of today’s annual maintenance.

Called and walked member through putting 1050 thermostat connecting to Wi-Fi

Upon arrival, found package unit without high voltage power. Checked fuse at disconnect box in fuse were good reset breaker and cycle system. Checked amps on blower motor compressor and condenser fan motor. Also checked startup amps on compressor. While checking amps discovered condenser fan motor is operating at max rated amps max rated amps 1.1 and motor is operating at 1.1 A and could be the cause of trip breaker and blown fuse. Also insured all wires were tight insecure making proper contact. Emailed estimate for condenser fan motor replacement.

All of the cooling sequence of operations are successfully checking out verifying there is a proper 20° split to ensure that the home is cooling efficiently to the desire temperature. I also verified that the condensation line is draining off the roof efficiently with no obstructions to the line to ensure that proper drainage is able to occur at this time of service and the amperage is testing out safely in the correct range to ensure a controlled voltage is being used following with the capacitor testing out safely as well. Overall, this package unit is operating to the manufacture specs at this time
