Replaced compressor for living room unit #902F. Sweated lines off perfectly so did not have to cut line or make extra connections to braze. Braced with nitrogen. Pressure tested, performed decay test. Pulled deep vacuum. Charged to manufacture system charge. System is cooling properly now. 2-year warranty on compressor. Informed homeowners no warranty on refrigerant/freon unless it leaks from my repair spots. Otherwise it’s not a covered component by manufacturer and leaks can develop in attic scoils. Condenser coils etc.

Performed diagnostic on equipment in attic. Found Low voltage short electrical short. Loss of 120 v electrical circuit.. repaired electrical circuit in attic. Tested operation and verified equipment is working properly at this time. Attempted multiple times to reach home owner. Processed payment to card on file.

Return back and found compressor had overheated. After cooling down compressor system started up. High side pressures were a little high now that system is completely defrost. Was able to balance out pressures after doing so as shown in pictures system at this time is cooling compressor amps are a little on the high side as well as high side pressures. This is probably due to the extreme temperature outside at this time. System is cooling down the house properly will continue to monitor system.

Performed annual AC maintenance on York split system condenser located on right side of home FAU located inside attic. Changed 18 x 30 filter located in ceiling. Checked amps, volts, capacitor, start kit and cleaned electrical compartment. Check refrigerant levels, super heat, sub, cool and temperature split. Flush connotation line from outside termination located next to condensing unit and washed condenser. Cycled system from Honeywell T6 thermostat located and living room wall. Found all electrical components and refrigerant levels to be within manufacture specifications. System is operating and cooling properly at customer service.

The work performed involved the installation of a 5 Ton Gold 17 Ultra Low NOx Horizontal Split System, along with a Honeywell S200 Wi-Fi thermostat. Additionally, a new 20/30 filter return grille and a 14/14 filter return grille were installed to enhance the system's efficiency and air circulation. Job complete

Upon arrival, client stated that system is struggling to cool down House past 78. House was set at 81 upon checking out electrical found no issue upon checking refrigerant found system low on refrigerant. Recommended adding 2 pounds to help bring system back closer to manufacturer specifications. After adding 2 pounds sub level is now at 10 which is manufacturer specifications for unit. Also before leaving system was reaching temperatures of 76° inside House at this time. All is within range inform Client, we will continue to monitor system to see if there is any other work needed to be done

Arrived at customer’s home to diagnose fan making a noise during operation. Found that switchlegs for fan and light were mixed up during fan installation. Because of this the dimmer part of the switch was attempting to dim the fan motor. This caused the switch to burn out. Replaced switch to resolve issue and restore proper operation to fan. During testing of switch I found that the bulbs in the fan were also not dimmable. Advised customer to replace bulbs with dimmable bulbs to restore proper function to light kit on fan. Tested and confirmed with customer to complete scope of work for today.

Performed cooling maintenance on 2019 Goodman split system. Furnace is located in attic/access hallway. Changed out 16 x 25 and 20 x 25 filters located in ceiling. Verified proper operation for water safety switch. Condensation line was cleared at FAU. Cleared all electrical components of dust and debris verified proper sequence of operation. Checked volts and amps, checked capacitors. Verified refrigerant levels and took temperature splits and cycled equipment. Washed condensing coil. Thermostat checked out operational. System is within manufacturers specifications and cooling and operating properly at this time of service. Signed Client up for an annual comfort plan.

Performed a cooling tuneup on a split system. Washed outdoor unit, cleared condensate drain and replaced filters. Checked running capacitor, electric motors and refrigerant circuit diagnostic. Checked disconnect/thermostat. Client enrolled in club membership – paid via CC. System is currently cooling the home at the time of maintenance.

Maintenance for cooling on an American standard gold series 4 ton heat pump. Attic access in master bedroom closet. Accu clean filter still good. Condensation line cleared. Ecobee thermostat working properly. Check system sequence of operation. Checked compressor amps, checked fan motor amps, checked capacitor, and compressor savor kit, checked fuses and disconnect box, check 24 V for two stage, checked Freon and temperature split. Washed our unit down. System is working per manufacture spec. Home is cooling properly. Booked next maintenance visit with client.
