Upon arrival system was on and cooling down House. Client stated that thermostat keeps turning off and on every hour. Client has already had multiple issues like this in the past since we installed her new system checked attic and found water safety switch full water cleaned out primary multiple times as well as cleaned out water safety switch drain. Pour down water down drain lines and system was draining properly. Inform client will get with supervisor. to find a more permanent solution for Client as she is concerned that it will happen again since it’s already happened three times. Took pictures of drain line set up system at this time is cooling down the house.

No unusual noise at this time. Checked fan motor amps. Client hears noise comming from fan motor. Advised if continues to replace fan motor.

Demand call secondary condensate dripping client has guests coming over and wanted to know what’s going on and why so much water is dripping down. Went up in the attic and made a few adjustment, also added jones valve on each system. Both system share a primary drain line and have a separate secondary. Cleared out primary line. Spoke with client about issues. Reccomend water safety switch on each unit sent an estimate.

I Performed Maintenance on the Cooling System. Also replaced a 18x30 and 14x14 Filters. The system is a 2023 Heat Pump model located in the master closet attic and outside on the ground. I also flushed the condensate drain from the attic. Verified proper refrigerant levels through temperature differential. Also checked system start and run amperages as well as dual run capacitor which all checked out within proper parameters. The system checked out operational and within manufactures specifications at the time of today’s service. Scheduled next maintenance visit online.

Performed annual maintenance on a 2014 Goodman 5-ton split system. * Replaced the 16x25 and 25x25 air filters. * Verified the Ecobee thermostat was operating properly and calling for cooling. * Followed the sequence of operation and checked refrigerant levels, compressor amperage, condenser fan motor amperage, and capacitors. * Tested the run capacitor, which is rated at 70 µF and measured 56 µF. Advised the client that the capacitor was weak and recommended replacement. The client approved the repair, and a new capacitor was installed. * Cleared the condensate drain line to ensure proper drainage. * Washed and cleaned the condenser coils thoroughly. The system is operating properly at this time and is cooling to the desired temperature.

Performed annual maintenance in cooling on a 2022 American standard, followed Sequence of operation left filter behind customer just changed filter, checked amps on compressor and condenser fan motor checked capacitor pressures working at range cleared condensation line through jones valve rinsed condenser down unit is working to manufacture specification in cooling

After Diagnostic found faulty capacitor replaced capacitor under warranty unit is up and cooling on American standard unit

Installed a 5 Ton American Standard Platinum 18 POV horizontal Split Heat Pump.

Adjusted airflow to guest bathroom and laundry room. Advised airflow is as good as it gets with increasing size of ductwork to area.

Sn-4y5f-failed capacitor under warranty. Replaced part and tested operation
