Found 2025 American Standard unit with hard lockout and before that was MOC fault (H1). Restarted unit and tested in cooling and everything is working properly and cooling properly. Checked system amps, volts, and checked all wiring. Did find one molex plug for AOC/MOC wasn’t fully plugged in. Made sure all are plugged in secure.

Upon arrival, Client concerned about refrigeration levels as Clay had another company tell her she is very low on refrigerant and system won’t last through the summer. Upon checking refrigeration levels found system not very low on refrigerant at all as shown pictures. informed Client she only really needs a pound of refrigerant to help bring it back up to manufacturer specifications. Client is also signing up on maintenance plan . use today’s visit as a first maintenance added refrigerant check levels are now within range. Checked all electrical components cleaned out condensation line for outdoor drain pipe as well as changed out filters for Client. No trip charge today just charge diagnostic fee system at this time is cooling down the house for Client recommended replacing run capacitor in the future rated 45 was getting 40 at this time.

Arrived at customer’s home to perform a complimentary electrical safety inspection. Found that main breaker panel had no surge protection. Informed customer of this and customer also showed me four switches on back porch that need to be replaced. Gave customer a price for changing switches and installing surge protection on main breaker panel.

Performed a cooling maintenance on a Goodman condenser. Estimate sent to replace disconnect box. Checked refrigerant circuit diagnostic, capacitors and electric motor readings. Cleared condensate drain line, washed outdoor unit and replaced filters. System is cooling the home at the time of maintenance.

Upon arrival client stated guest bedroom not getting any air and they found a duct off in the attic. Found duct off behind furnace. Reattached duct and sealed. Signed up on yearly agreement.

Performed complete cooling maintenance on the system. Checked all electrical components and verified refrigerant levels are within the manufacturer’s specifications. Cleaned and flushed the condensate drain line to ensure proper drainage. Replaced the air filter(s) and thoroughly washed the outdoor condenser coil. System is operating properly at this time.

The service performed involved the installation of a 4-ton American Standard Silver 14 package heat pump system. Observations indicated that the customer had been experiencing issues with water leakage through the return. Upon removal of the old unit, it will be essential to inspect the flashing on the platform to identify any potential problems. Additionally, the customer expressed a preference to revert from a wireless thermostat to a wired option. It was noted that the wiring should still be accessible on the roof. The previous thermostat, an S200 model, was replaced during this service.

Performed maintenance on the split system. All electrical components were operating within manufacturer specifications. Refrigerant charge was found to be slightly low, indicating a possible small refrigerant leak. The client has been informed of the condition and understands that the system may have a minor leak. At this time, the client has chosen to hold off on any repairs. Finish maintenance by cleaning out condensation line, changing out filters and washing down outdoor unit.

Performed a cooling maintenance on a WEATHERKING R-22 condenser and a RUDD R-454B heat pump. Checked electrical motors, capacitors and refrigerant circuit diagnostic (documented in photos). Thermostat/disconnect box: good. Both systems are cooling the home at the time of maintenance.
