I Performed Maintenance on the Cooling System. Also replaced a 20x30 and 14x14 Filters. The system is a 2022 Heat model located in the master closet attic and outside on the ground. I also flushed the condensate drain from Jones Valve in Attic. I advised client on surge protection. Client to advise. Scheduled next Maintenance visit online for Monday October 5th 2026 between 9-11 am.
