Performed a cooling maintenance on a 2018 American Standard silver series condenser, condenser located on right side of home, filter located in hallway ceiling, fau located in attic, changed filter, flushed condensation line, on condenser check for amperage and voltage, check for compressor, check for freon level, check for capacitors, everything within range also clear out dust accumulated inside electrical component area and rinsed condenser coil. System is working within specification in cooling at the time of maintenance.

Check system sequence of operation. Check compressor amps, check, family, ramps, checked fuses, checked Freon and pressure. Washed outdoor unit down. Today’s annual calling preventative maintenance consisted of one 2015 Lennox system. I first begin with replacing bolt filters in the home to ensure that proper airflow is able to circulate back to the system. I’m minimal resistance. I then make sure that the Honeywell thermostat is properly calling for cooling and turning the system on with no errors. All the cooling sequence of operations have successfully checked out ensuring that there is a 20° split being provided and that the home is being cooled efficiently to be proper temperature. I then cleared the condensation line thoroughly to remove all water from the line. BM safely checked out in the correct range on the system verifying that there’s a controlled voltage being used throughout the unit following with the capacitor safely, testing out in the correct range as well. I then thoroughly washed the coils down on the system to remove all dirt debris that may have accumulated on the unit. Overall, this Lennox unit is operating to

Also check all electrical components and CDA at condensing unit for systems operation and refrigerant pressures. Cleared line from outside termination and washed condensing coil.
