Re-energized system, checked compressor amps and fan motor amps Compressor RLA 23 Currently operating at 28.99 A 🚨🚨 Compressor operating above a max amps Attached is an estimate for full system replacement

He turned it off, turned it back on and system started working again, Or that breaker wasn’t resetting properly Set thermostat to cool Went to outdoor equipment, checked capacitor, fan motor, compressor, amps and voltage Compressor is pulling max amps which is causing breaker to trip Also, compressor wires are starting to darken due to excessive heat from compressor Tenant was also concerned about ceiling and what appears to be condensation marks Went up to the attic and inspected condensation lines also cleared condensation line to make sure everything was flowing properly ⚠️🚨 Highly recommend replacing equipment before system fails Attached is an estimate for system replacement

Upon arrival, blower motor was running condenser was not after diagnostic found a faulty, capacitor, replaced dual ran capacitor and installed compressor saver checked Freon levels unit is cooling properly at this time. Also signed up client on comfort plan.

After Diagnostic found faulty dual run capacitor replaced capacitor checked Freon levels where low add 2 pounds of Freon system is cooling at this time client did not want to go with repairs due to system age we will be installing 17 seer Monday the 3 from 8 to 10 we will credit half of today’s visit to install. Client will be paying with credit card on file.

🛠️🛠️ Demand service No cool Upon arrival, client directed me to 1050 thermostat error code 177.4 Set thermostat on test mode went to our condenser for further investigation check breaker connections Checked high voltage coming into condenser Checked fuse box line, and load Removed condenser top, checked compressor harness at compressor and at Drive All contact points checked out OK Rinsed condenser coil from inside and outside (coil was very dirty) Put system back together check refrigerant charge, and system operations ✅ System is cooling properly and within limits 🗣️ Client communication Suggested to rinse condenser at least one time between our visits along with rep replacing his own filter filters Condenser had lots of sand due to the open field Also informed client if compressor continues to lockout The compressor is going to need to be replaced System is still under warranty 9 years old

🛠️🛠️ Demand service No cool System SN****32116 Bedroom unit Upon arrival, client informed me that system had been working fine all day Went to thermostat Set thermostat to cool only indoor blower kicked on Went to auto requirement and found that condenser was not operating Checked low voltage and high voltage It was in determined that high pressure sensor was stuck open 🗣️ Informed client on findings Recommend rewiring sensor client approved ✅ Rinsed condenser coil System is now operating properly and within limits

Heat pump installation estimate.

Upon arrival client stated loud banging/knocking coming from FAU in the attic. Attic access located in hallway. Opened up large ducting supply from Plenum and found damaged damper which was causing the noise. Remove damper and secured supply ducting onto plenum. Cleaned up area as well. Spoke with client about possible issues what could have caused the damper to be damaged. System is working properly, all plenums are returning and supplying air.

I Performed Maintenance on the Cooling System. Also replaced a 14x30 filter. The system is a 2016 Goodman Package Unit located on the roof. I verified proper temperature split of 19 degrees indicating refrigerant levels are proper, as well as proper system amperages. Also verified dual run capacitor is within proper capacitance. I then cleaned condenser coils and verified proper cleanliness of evaporator coil. At the time of today’s service the system checked out operational. Scheduled next maintenance visit online.
