Upon arrival American standard thermostat had error code 177.03. Checked all wiring at outdoor unit checked refrigerant levels and checked amps on compressor also checked incoming voltage and performed drive test. System is now operating and cooling properly. I highly recommend maintenance on both systems.

Upon arrival, client stated system would run for a while and then shut off for about 15 minutes and then come back on and continue to do so with further inspection. I discovered York micro channel condenser coil was clogged and not allowing any air flow through fins. Thoroughly washed condenser coil. System now has proper airflow through condensing unit.

Demand call upon arrival client stated outdoor unit is not running but indoor FAU is. Thermostat indoor temp is 99 plus degrees in casita. Open up outdoor unit and found bad dual run capacitor along with bad compressor savor kit. Notified client of findings and recommended replace both. Client agreed and signed estimate. Replace run capacitor and compressor savor kit. Tested system operation. Casita is now cooling. Spoke with client casita will take several hours to cool properly. System is now operating and cooling casita. Spoke with client and they acknowledge age of equipment and that it contains r22 Freon, recommended client call office and ask for an estimate for new equipment.

Performed maintenance on split system unit. Checked all electrical components and refrigeration levels; all readings were within manufacturer specifications. Compressor and condenser fan motor amp draws were also within normal range. Cleared and cleaned the condensate drain line, replaced the air filter, and completed maintenance by washing down the outdoor condenser unit. System is operating properly at this time.

Four dampers on three zones. Master bedroom is 12, living area have two dampers 12” and guest has 12”. When all zones are calling guests rooms have low airflow but cooling. When guest and another zone calls for cooling guest has medium airflow. When guest calls it only will go into cl1 with 1050 good airflow not to much noise. When master bedroom is only calling it will go into cl2 but airflow isn’t to loud. Tried every scenario to create noise and no issues with systems. Went over airflow with client.

Install new 4 ton gold 17 American standard POV 6 different cooling/heating levels (complete new system). Client has solar and will apply for IID rebate separately.

Air handler installed in garage above cabinets left side of entry door. Outdoor unit directly on other side of exterior wall on right side of garage entry door. Run electrical independent 240 v circuit from breaker panel to outdoor unit location down low. Install condensate drain to outside termination point Install insulated refrigeration lines Electrical: Run new dedicated 230 volt circuit from electrical panel including new circuit breaker up to 10 ft Install new fused disconnect box with electrical whip Miscellaneous: Install plastic lineset cover over refrigerant lines Warranties: Parts Warranty 10 years Labor Warranty 2 year

Preformed a cooling maintenance on a 2014 Goodman condenser, condenser located on left of home, filter located in hallway ceiling, fau located in attic, changed 20x30 filter, flushed condensation line, check for thermostat, on condenser check for amperage and voltage, check for compressor, check for freon level, check for capacitors, check for disconnect box everything within range also clear out dust accumulated inside electrical component area and rinsed condenser coil. System is working within specification in cooling at the time of maintenance.
