I Performed Maintenance on both Cooling Systems. Also client has a 20x25x5 and 16x25x5 Filters located at the furnaces in the master closet attic. Both filters are due to be changed. Filters were installed in March 2025. Would recommend installing whole house or equipment surge protection to protect against damaging power surges to equipment and household appliances. Sent client options on recommendations. Both Cooling Systems checked out operational and within manufactures specifications at the time of the service.
