After Diagnostic coil was iced up defrosted coil put gauges on found system was low on Freon added 3 pounds of 410. And changed filter recommend replacement due to age of system sent estimate for leak check also signed up client on comfort plan

Upon arrival, member stated the zoning system was displaying fault codes and not operating properly. Reviewed thermostat alerts indicating two wireless sensor communication loss faults (TSO.001.00) and one indoor temperature sensor fault (SOP.004.00). Based on the displayed fault codes, inspected the wireless remote room sensors and found both sensors had depleted batteries. Replaced batteries in both wireless sensors, restoring communication with the zoning system. Verified fault codes cleared and confirmed all zones resumed normal operation. Informed member of findings and explained that depleted batteries in the wireless room sensors caused the communication loss and related zoning faults. System is operating properly at this time service was covered under warranty

Installed 4 Ton American Standard Gold 17 horizontal Split Heat Pump System

Charged both units with 1 pound of refrigerant and replaced hermetic capacitor of unit #6455. Client paid via CC.

Repair electrical short on 2017 platinum unit. Equipment very dirty recommend maintenance on equipment to prevent damage to equipment. Attached estimate below for maintenance plan

Diagnostic on 2006 3 ton York system. Equipment struggling to condition home do to poor condition. Found refrigerant low 2 pounds. Equipment uses r22 refrigerant which is no longer manufactured. Advised we can get r22 refrigerant to recharge refrigerant system though equipment may continue to leak, do not recommend isolation leak test do to existing equipment in very poor condition well past life expectancy with multiple additional concerns. Equipment is operational at this time, compressor is overloading do to struggling to handle heat load. Advised on replacement options and will schedule to install new equipment. Collected deposit office to call and schedule installation.

Performed annual maintenance on two 2018 Trane split systems (2-ton and 4-ton). Replaced the 14x24 and 20x30 air filters. Performed a complete sequence of operation check, including refrigerant levels, compressor amperage, fan motor amperage, startup amperage, and capacitor testing. Both capacitors tested within manufacturer specifications. During startup, the 2-ton system showed a high startup amperage. Recommended installing hard start kits on both units to reduce startup stress and help extend compressor life. Washed both condenser coils and cleared both condensate drain lines from the outdoor cleanout to ensure proper drainage. Verified operation of the Ecobee and Honeywell thermostats. Both thermostats called for cooling and reached their set temperatures. Both systems are operating properly at the time of service.

Completed a cooling maintenance on two straight cool condensers. Both systems were low on refrigerant with one with a faulty hermetic capacitor.
