Performed a cooling maintenance on a 2027 American Standard silver series condenser, condenser located on front side of home, filter located inside fau , fau located in small hallway closet , changed filter, flushed condensation line, on condenser check for amperage and voltage, check for compressor, check for freon level, check for capacitors, everything within range also clear out dust accumulated inside electrical component area and rinsed condenser coil also replaces battery’s on t stat.System is working within specification in cooling at the time of maintenance.

Cooling maintenance and safety check on 2020 package unit. Replaced filters, washed coils, cleared drain line. Verified sequence of operation is working properly according to manufacturer specifications. Refrigerant tested good, capacitors tested good. Recommend capacitors and compressor saver kit due to equipment over 5 years old, to prevent common breakdowns and help extend life of compressor per manufacturer recommendation.
