I Performed Maintenance on the Cooling System. Also replaced a 16x30 and 14x14 Filters. The system is a 2021 Heat Pump platinum unit located in the hallway attic and outside on the ground. Found water coming out of secondary drain. Tried multiple times to clear drain through Jones Valve and by cutting drain line. Could not get water to come through primary drain line. Glued primary drain back together with couplings and advised client that we would need to send a service tech or supervisor out to check out issue. System is cooling operationally at the time of the service. Scheduled next Maintenance visit online for Thursday October 22nd 2026 between 8-10 am.

Performed a cooling maintenance on a newly installed American standard split system unit. At this time all electrical components are within range upon checking refrigeration levels found system very low on refrigerant. Could see oil residue on outdoor unit charged up system informed client will be returning sometime next week to check refrigeration levels and make sure your system is not leaking system at this time is going down the house properly. Reaching temperature is a 74°. Cleaned out condensation line and changed out filters and washed down out door unit.
