Performed a heating maintenance on one gas, furnace, and one heat pump. Check sequence of operations by checking out all electrical and temperature rise. At this time both systems are cleaning up the house properly. Make sure both systems switched back into cool mode properly and finish maintenance by cleaning out condensation lines and changing out filters.

Prepared newly installed system for final inspection. Check both outdoor and indoor unit found that FAU did not have a Killswitch, which is a must have for the city of La Quinta. After installing tested out unit at this time, system is ready for final inspection.

Upon arrival bedroom thermostat was calling for cooling, after Diagnostic found water safety switch was triggered installed Jones valves on both units and cleared condensation lines unit is up and cooling. Also signed up client on comfort plan installed two 20 x 25 filters for office schedule maintenance.

Ran 3/4” emt from sub panel in garage to newly added fan car charger location by water heater. Pulled two #6 wires and one #10 wire through conduit to newly added fan car charger to power unit. Installed Mercedes car charger as per manufacturer specifications. Replaced existing 50 amp outlet in garage with ev rated 50 amp outlet as a courtesy to customer for work.

At this time, both heat pumps are heating up the house properly. No errors or alerts are present on 1050 thermostats change out all filters and finish maintenance by make sure both systems switched back into cooling properly.

After Diagnostic found system pumping down in heat due to TXV in condenser little line was separated from bulb wasn’t letting TXV open .working fine and cooling ordered parts from heating and cooling. They said it should be to 3 to 5 business days once received for office schedule to replace parts filter dryer as well
