Upon arrival system when switched to heat mode cool mode turns on. we have already been here for the same problem check thermostat wiring wiring is correct. Upon further diagnostic, we have a bad thermostat wired from thermostat to air handler brown wire is not working properly. Was able to use last extra wire on thermostat to get system up and running in heat mode. Heat mode at this time is now working properly and heating up the area correctly. Inform client at the time that we need to replace thermostat wire so that way system can work properly in both heating and cooling. There will be a charge as we did not replace thermostat wire when replacing the system last year.

Performed a heating maintenance on two split platinum systems. Executed refrigerant circuit diagnostic and static pressure testing. Tested blower motor amp draw at 100%. Washed filters for garage mini split. Cleared condensate drain line and replaced air filters. Temperature calibration on both thermostats. Whole house surge protector: active. Systems are servicing the home according to manufacture specifications.

Upon arrival, system is working properly in both feeding and cooling issue is on zone three damper. On zone board saying that it is open but no air is coming out of damper. Inform homeowner only way to access damper is by putting a hole in the wall to find out where damper is to locate it may need to change our damper or could be something blocking. It won’t know till we get access to damper. I am getting 24 v. Already informed management team about issue management team will help send estimate for client.see notes

Return to make corrections, see pictures for better details was able to secure line set cover as well as cover up junction box correctly. Still need to come back and switch out FAU breakers to 15 amp breakers do not have the right size breakers, will also need to change flux conduit to metal conduit as shown in inspection corrections. Lastly, we need to put a bubble cover on outlet located inside FAU closet.

Upon arrival living room unit not turning on in heat mode, works in cool mode. Upon further investigation found a bad inducer fat motor was getting 120 V going into inducer check pressure switch pressure switch is also within range. Roll out switches are also within range. Induce your family are not turning on to start heating operations called up Goodman supply store to get inducer fan motor. No answer. Will call back later today.

Performed heating maintenance on York Diamond 80 and American Standard Silver gas furnace in attic. Removed dirty 1” filters from ceiling filter grilles and put in customer supplied 5” healthy climate filters in attic filter racks. Cleared condensation drains. Cleaned our burner compartments. Checked all electrical, heating, and safety components. Zero carbon monoxide detected. Emerson and Honeywell 6000 thermostats working properly.

Call Vince spoke with client. Indoor temperature is 76° and thermostat is set to 70. I explain to client heater would not operate if set temperature is lower than indoor temperature. Client says she is frustrated and is going to have an electrician look at her thermostat. Client has basic thermostat but recommend Honeywell 6000 widescreen thermostat this thermostat has bigger numbers and is user-friendly

Upon arrival bedroom unit had error code 126.00 outdoor unit not online proceed to check electrical panel and breaker was tripped breaker back to normal and proceed to Performed a heating maintenance on 2 2021 American standard platinum furnace a 2021 Trane Furnace , Filters located in hallway ceiling, fua located in attic, attic access located in master hallway and one in master bedroom train unit for Casita located outside closet, changed filter, flushed condensation line through jones valve, on fau followed sequence of operation, checked for amperage and voltage, checked for blower motor, check for any loose connections, check for temperature rise, check for any error codes or alerts everything within range also cleared dust accumulated inside electrical component. System is working within specification in heating at the time of maintenance.

Heating service on two 2022 American Standard platinum POV system systems. Air handler are located in grand bedroom closet, and laundry room closet. Filters were clean and did not need to be changed at this time. Condensation lines were cleared at air handler, cleared all electrical components of dust and debris, verified proper sequence of operation, washed, condensing coils, input dealer, codes at thermostat, thermostats, checked out OK. Systems are within manufacturers specifications and eating properly at this time of service.
