Upon arrival found blower motor and compressor running, condenser fan motor was non-op. Tested capacitor and it checked out in range, fan motor was hot to the touch. Call homeowner and recommended replacing condenser fan motor as well as recommended signing up on HFCP. Client authorize repairs over the phone. Tested and cycled equipment. Everything is cooling properly at this time of service. Charged CC on file. Replaced 20x25 filter located in upflow fau at outdoor closet.

Heating service on 2019 Goodman downflow natural gas furnace located in laundry room. Changed it out 16 x 20 filters located within furnace grill, cleared all electrical components of dust and debris, verified proper sequence of operation, zero carbon monoxide detected, thermostat checked out OK. System is within manufacturers specifications and heating and operating properly at this time of service.

Heating service on 2017 American Standard split system. Furnace is located in outside closet, washed washable filter located within furnace cabinet, cleared all electrical components of dust and debris, verified proper sequence of operation, checked volts, and amps, checked all safety/rollout switches and monitored burners, verified static/gas pressures and temperature rise and cycled equipment. Recommended water safety switch and Jones clear out valve to thoroughly flush condensation line and to prevent any water damage to home and electrical components inside equipment due to condensation overflow from congested line. Will send over estimate. Zero carbon monoxide detected, checked out OK, system is within manufacturers specifications and heating and operating properly at this time of service. Also scheduled next maintenance appointment with member for June 26 between the hours of 9 AM – 11 AM.

I Performed Maintenance on the Heating System. Also replaced two 16x20 Filters. The System is a 2023 Coleman model located in the hallway closet. The system checked out operational at the time of the service. Scheduled next Maintenance visit online for Thursday July 9th 2026 between 10-12 pm. Advised client that it will be time to renew on the summer visit.

Condensation line cleared filters, changed system cycled, and came on in sequence, checked inducer fan motor. checked amperage draw checked 24 V in the gas valve. Check all electrical and safety check temperature rise system is working for a manufacturer specification home is heating properly.

Arrived at customer’s home to give an estimate on a panel upgrade as customer is concerned for water getting into existing panel. Winformed customer that we will have to pull a new sub feed from the main breaker panel to sub panel and will need to have iid come take their lock off main breaker so it can be changed out.
