Came to property to perform a complementary electrical inspection. Advised customer of non-UL listed breakers in subpanel. Non-UL breakers do not meet specific safety and performance standards when installed in other manufacturers panels. Having UL listed breakers in your electrical panel can reduce risks like fire and electrical shock. Also advise customer that there is no whole home surge protection at her main panel. Advised customer that surge protectors can safeguard electronics by absorbing or diverting damaging voltage, spikes, or surges that exceed a safe level, preventing them from reaching and damaging connected devices.

Hi Donna, we sent you a reminder text the day before your appointment, and YOU REPLIED TO CONFIRM. On the day of the appointment, we sent you his bio in an email that you opened, as well as a text to let you know he was on the way. After the 30 minute drive to your house, Chris called to let you know he had arrived, and you let him know that you forgot about the appointment. He arrived at 3:15pm and the scheduled arrival time was 3-5pm. I can only assume this 1 star was for you and not Chris.

Performed annual Maintenance on 2016 downflow split system. Changed to 16 x 20 filters. Checked amps, volts, capacitor and cleaned electrical compartment. Checked gas and static pressures. Also checked temperature rise and all safety switches. Cycled system from Honeywell 6000 thermostat. Thermostat is operational. System is operating and heating properly at time of service. Gave client Starbucks card.

Performed service on equipment. Found equipment very low on refrigerant which tripped hard lock out. Recharged refrigerant system to manufacturer specifications. Opened coils and searched for leak. Recommend isolation test to locate leak in refrigerant system. Do to phase out on refrigerant advised on new epa requirements and regulations. Recommend updating equipment to new 2025 refrigerant requirements to avoid cost increases and continues problems. Attention below attached options.

Upon arrival engaged at condenser, but unit would not respond. With further inspection, I discovered system had a faulty dual run capacitor. Installed new test, capacitor, and only condenser fan motor would operate. Installed start kit to test system and discovered system has a faulty compressor as well. We will be installing 5 ton 410 a condenser only. Office will call and schedule install

Executed a heating maintenance on a split system. Static pressure and blower motor test. Equipment executed sequence of operation in heating. Inducer motor – good. No carbon monoxide detected in the home. Temperature heat rise 35°. Replaced filter. Client renewed club membership. System is servicing the home at the time of maintenance.

Upon arrival, found system calling for cool, but only condenser was operating. But further inspection discovered blower motor was not operating due to faulty circuit board. Picked up new circuit board from US air. After installing circuit board cycled system and checked system operation. System is now operating properly.

We were told that the unit would definitely fit the installation area but that was not so. The team did a lot of damage to our attic access and put a big gouge in the metal door leading to the garage. Not too happy right now. Hyde’s service is usually better than this . Disappointed. At least they scheduled the appointment on a timely basis.
