Installed new circuit board for mini split indoor head and cycle system. System is now operating

Cooling maintenance on 2014 American Standard platinum split system. Changed out 20 x 30 and 14 x 14 filter located in ceiling. Cleared all electrical components of dust and debris, verified proper sequence of operation, checked volts and amps. verified a refrigerant levels and line temperatures No current/past error codes. Cleared condensation line through outside termination located next to condensing unit, washed condensing coil. System is within manufacturers specifications and cooling and operating properly at this time of service.

Estimate options.

Upon arrival client stated bedroom system which had a condenser installed within this year not cooling as well in parts of home. Stated bedrooms seem hotter than the thermostat temperature reading. Advised to leave guest room door open due no return. Checked refrigerant levels and temperature split. System is providing good airflow. Didn’t find anything wrong with system at this time.

Performed annual cooling maintenance on a 2018 American Standard Silver 4ton unit. Fau is located in master closet attic access. Cleared condensation lines. Replaced 20x30 and 10x10 filters located in the ceiling. Followed sequence of operations and checked voltage, FLA, RLA, LRA, capacitor, temperature split, Freon levels, and rinsed condenser coils. Secured all electrical connections. Thermostat checked out operational. System is working properly in cooling at this time of service. Scheduled heating maintenance on site with client. Client renewed HFCP paid via check.

Comfort ac service on 2025 American standard standard platinum split system. Fau located inside closet, condenser on east side of home. Replaced filter, flushed condensation line and washed condenser coils. Checked all ac components, and refrigeration levels. Washed ductless filters. Cleaned coils. Sequence of operation is working properly according to manufacturer specifications.

Cooling service on American Standard platinum split system. Air handler is located in garage. Changed out 20 x 25 filter located within filter rack. Cleared condensation line at Jones valve, verified proper operation for water safety switch. Cleared all electrical components of dust and debris, verified proper sequence of operation, verified no current/past error codes at CDA or thermostat. Verified refrigerant levels and took temperature split 21° and cycled equipment. Washed condensing coil. System is within manufacturers specifications and cooling and operating properly at this time of service. Also Scheduled next maintenance appointment for October 21 between the hours of 12:30 PM – 3 PM

Installed a 4-ton American Standard Platinum 18 POV upflow split heat pump system with two wireless sensors. Fabricated and installed a sheet-metal platform and hard-wired the FAU. Ran low-voltage wiring as required.

Upon arrival client stated system not cooling. Cycled system and found system low on refrigerant and compressor not pumping well. Called client to advised on system age, refrigerant type and current issues. System is 29 years old with older Fau. Sent over repair options per client request. Recommend replacement options

Checked refrigerant levels, super heat, subcool, and temperature split. Cleared condensation line and washed condensing coil. Found all electrical components and refrigerant levels to be within manufactured specifications. System is operating and cooling properly at time of service.

Upon arrival client stated system not cooling. Found tripped Fau breaker. Opened panel and checked connection. Checked receptacle as well. Electrician to do panel tune up.

Cooling service on two 2020 American standards with systems. FAU’s are located in attic. Changed out 20 x 30 and 16 x 25 filter located in ceiling. Cleared all electrical components of dust and debris. Verified proper sequence of operation. Checked volts and amps, checked start and run capacitors, checked rectifiers for a second stage cooling. Verified a refrigerant levels and line temperatures and cycled equipment. Found 40/7.5 MFD capacitor out of range for system serial number LF2F recommended/installed/tested new 40/7.5 MFD capacitor and topped off system serial number TC2F with 1 pound of R-410A to bring a subcool to 11° and a super heat to 17.5°. Cleared condensation line through outside termination and washed condensing coils. Both Honeywell 8000 thermostats checked ok. Systems are within manufacturers, specifications, and cooling and operating properly at this time of service.

Performed a cooling maintenance on a 2021 American Standard silver series condenser, condenser located on left side of home, filter located inside filter rack, fau located in garage, changed filter, flushed condensation line, on condenser check for amperage and voltage, check for compressor, check for freon level, check for capacitors, everything within range also clear out dust accumulated inside electrical component area and rinsed condenser coil. System is working within specification in cooling at the time of maintenance.

Arrived at customer’s home to complete a panel tune up of main breaker panel and to install a whole home surge protector for panel. Removed all existing breakers from panel, replaced hem with new Siemens breakers, and cleaned out all dust and debris from panel. Removed labeled panel and turned breakers back on to complete scope of work for today. Customer should be notified that panel tune ups are a temporary solution, and that the panel should be changed in the next year or two due to age.

System is working within specification in cooling at the time of maintenance.
