Unit SN: W231609554 System: Bedroom unit 🏠 Upon arrival, client reported the system was not cooling. 🌡️ Thermostat was set to cool with an indoor temperature of 84°F and setpoint of 60°F. 💨 Verified blower motor was operational. ⚡ Found no 24V at the contactor. 🛠️ Bypassed thermostat and system started operating properly. 📋 Recommended replacement of thermostat and contactor; informed client these two components commonly fail together. ✅ Client approved repairs. 🔩 Replaced thermostat and contactor. ✔️ Equipment is now operating properly and within manufacturer specifications.

Return register rattling. Adjusted register also checked airflow in room is good.

Performed annual maintenance on a 2019 AC Pro split system. Replaced 20x30 air filter. Cleared condensation drain line to ensure proper drainage. Followed sequence of operations by checking refrigerant levels, amperage, and motors. System has a history of low refrigerant—an additional total of 2 lbs of refrigerant has been added over two visits. At this time, refrigerant levels are again running low, indicating a likely leak in the system. Advised client to perform a leak search to locate and repair the issue. Estimate will be sent via email. Client has chosen to hold off on leak detection at this time due to current supply air temperature measuring 56°F and system still providing adequate cooling. Informed client that operating the system with little to no refrigerant can cause the compressor to overheat and potentially lead to premature compressor failure. Washed condenser coils thoroughly. System is currently operating and cooling at time of service.

Upon arrival client stated they got into town and system not cooling. Found blower running however compressor and fan motor not. Found failed dual run capacitor, replaced and tested. Installed hard start kit and signed up on yearly agreement. System is 16 years old with life expectancy of 10-15 years. Showed client how to rebook next visit on website.

Demand Service • Upon arrival, client directed me to thermostat displaying indoor temperature of 84°F. • Set thermostat to 80°F; thermostat indicated cooling, but equipment was not responding. • Entered thermostat settings, powered thermostat off and back on. • After reboot, thermostat began operating properly and system responded. • Checked water safety switch and verified proper operation. • Confirmed equipment is functioning correctly and home began cooling down. Summary • System is operating properly and within manufacturer specifications at this time. • Advised client that thermostat may have experienced an intermittent fault. • Offered thermostat replacement; however, there is no definitive way to test thermostat failure when issue is not actively present.

Performed annual AC maintenance on 2016 Lennox rooftop package unit. Changed 20 x 30 filter. Checked amps, volts and cleaned electrical compartment. Checked refrigerant levels, superheat, subcool, and temperature split. Cleared line and clean coil. Found all electrical components and refrigerant levels to be within manufacturer specifications. System is operating and cooling properly at time of service.

Arrived at customer’s home to diagnose light fixtures vibrating in kitchen. Found that customer had an attic fan in the attic that was very loud and moving a large amount of air. Informed customer that attic fan may be going bad and vibrating more than it should at times. Customer decided to just disconnect attic fan from circuit so it does not turn on in the future. Climbed up into the attic to complete this task and complete scope of work for today.

Comfort ac service on 2016 and 2017 American standard packaged units. Replaced filters, flushed lines and washed coils. All components fine and temperature split good. Went over supply register for den.

The installation of two heating systems was completed, specifically the 3 Ton American Standard Silver 14 horizontal split heat pump system and the 4 Ton American Standard Silver 14 upflow split heat pump system. After Diagnostic found blown high voltage fuse and capacitor replaced part unit is up and cooling properly advised client system is r 22 Freon no longer manufactured sent estimate for replacement

Installed new 14x14 supply register in living area. Client stated thermostat will change temperature to 85° after setting it for 78°. Educated client on how to have thermostat on a permanent hold to over ride any schedules. Client paid via CC.

Replaced 20x30 and 14x14 filters located in hallway and master bedroom ceiling. Followed sequence of operations and checked voltage, amperage, capacitor, hard start kit, temperature split, Freon levels, and cleared condensation line from fau, condensation line ties into master bedroom sink, and rinsed condenser coils. Serviced garage ductless unit and rinsed washable filters. Everything checked out in range. Thermostat checked out operational, system is working properly in cooling at this time of service.
