Clogged drain line causing water safety switch to trip electrical circuit. Cleared drain line and unit started operating. After further inspection noticed unit low on refrigerant, which advised indicates possible leak on refrigeration system. Refilled refrigerant system for now, client preparing to leave for summer. Advised if unit continues to leak will need to perform leak search on refrigerant system.

call equals popping noise coming from guest bathroom condensate line No noise was heard upon arrival. Client stated the noise is usually at startup. Added a T before trap so so water could fill the trap —-cap this tea—-Check noise issue after adding water to the trap. Technician heard slight noise, but that’s gonna be typical with water flowing into the drain issue should be resolved.

Today’s annual cooling preventative maintenance consisted of two Lennox units at first begin with replacing all three filters in the home to ensure that proper airflow is able to circulate back to the system at minimal resistance. Then verify the both of the thermostats are properly calling for cooling and turning the unit on with no errors occurring. I cleared the condensation line thoroughly to ensure that it is able to properly drain at this time of service. Upon arrival, member mentioned system having burnt smell coming from indoor equipment and system maintaining 80° when set to 78°. Upon further inspection found communicating wire going to outdoor unit exposed and not properly connected. Communication error at thermostat and fault two bus busy at CDA. Stripped back at wiring and reconnected and tightened and secured and cleared error codes and tested equipment. System is now cooling and operating properly. Arrived at customer’s home to meet with stucco guy to coordinate proper patching on panel changes. Will loosen surge device from panel using locknut so he can patch behind device. When patching is complete, he will secure surge device back to panel using locknut.

Installed new American Standard 1050 thermostat, registered thermostat and connect thermostat to app. Gave client all the information she needs to remove old thermostat from app client does not remember password. I explained to client that removing the old thermostat from app not my job I gave her all the information she needs, but she does not remember her password gave client management number technician is moving on

Client stated Honeywell 9000 thermostat was blank. Thermostat gets its power from the package unit. Upon arrival checked breaker and high voltage at disconnect box on roof. High voltage was present checked high voltage. Fuse and discovered system had blown fuse. Installed new fuse waited for time delay to ensure system came on and was operating properly. System is now cooling.

Call client and explain to her. We will need to get a technician out to diagnose issue. We will put client on my route for first thing tomorrow morning.

Found capacitor reading below tolerance in the fan side. Informed, recommended, and replaced capacitor under warranty. Tested and cycled equipment. System is cooling properly at this time of service.
