🛠️🛠️ Upon arrival, client informed me that system had iced up, and that previous technician pulled disconnect at condenser for system to thaw out Went to condenser and after a quick inspection found oil residue on the bottom and copper lines coming from compressor Bubble tested and found the leak 🗣️🗣️ Informed client of findings client approved repairs ⚠️ After repairs were made, and system was recharged Power went out in the garage Killing power to furnace and water pump Check service panel all breakers are producing 120 Checked GFI’s outside of the garage, they are not resetting either they’re bad or they have no power Ran an extension cord from an exterior outlet to furnace and condensation pump Will have electrical department further diagnose electrical issue ✅✅ Equipment is cooling at this time

Today’s call consisted of one American standard unit. Clients explained that the blower was not turning off even if the thermostat was set to 80 and that there is no cold air blowing into the Casita both the Casita and the main house are connected by one unit and one blower I first began with checking both thermostats, and I came across that the main thermostat in the home needed batteries replaced so I went ahead and reset the whole thermostat replace the batteries with what the client supplied and I also reset the thermostat and remove the batteries from the thermostat as well once I reset both of these thermostats and turned on both of these systems to cool I went ahead and checked the amperage on the blower and checked for any tripped wires and the system is testing out normal in the correct amperage and there’s no tripped wires at the blower in the garage. I then set thermostats way higher than the indoor degree to ensure that they shut off in the two minute timeframe assuring tha

Upon arrival, found system calling for cool and operating, but not keeping up with the heat load. With further inspection, I discovered system is backed up and we will need to return later this evening to further diagnose issue. Pulled disconnect at condensing unit and left fan on.

Performed annual cooling maintenance on a 2018 York 4-ton split system and a 2013 AC Pro 4-ton R-22 split system. Both furnace/air handler units are located in the attic and are accessed through the master closet. Replaced two (2) 20x24 air filters located in the hallway and upper kitchen wall, cleared both condensate drain lines, and removed a plugged 4-inch media filter from the bedroom York air handler. Completed the manufacturer’s recommended maintenance by verifying system sequence of operation, checking voltage, condenser fan motor amperage, compressor start/run amperage, capacitors, temperature split, refrigerant levels, and rinsing the condenser coils. All electrical connections were inspected and secured. Upon arrival, the client reported that neither system was cooling below 85°F. Upon arrival, client stated both living room and bedroom unit were not keeping up with the heat load. With further inspection unit W9KF was 2 pounds low on refrigerant charge system back to manufactured specifications and took temperature split. informed client to keep an eye on temperatures and if units fill as if they are not cooling again to call us back.

Upon arrival client stated last night thermostat went blank and unit turned off. Stated at 11 in the morning unit kicked on and has been running. Found no issue with water safety switch. Found condensate pump is wired to kill power to the unit. Added water to pump and pump was working. Checked roof and found kink in line. Repair line and added copper into trap so line wouldn’t kink. System is properly running.

Performed annual maintenance on two American Standard split systems: a 2022 condenser unit and a 2013 condenser unit. Replaced the 14x25 and 16x25 air filters located in the upflow units in the garage. Cleared both condensate drain lines to ensure proper drainage. Upon arrival, the breaker for the condenser units was found to be tripped. After troubleshooting, a burnt wire was discovered on the capacitor of one 2013 condenser unit. The system was still operating through the solar power system, If the issue had gone unnoticed, it could have resulted in more extensive electrical damage. The damaged wire was repaired and reconnected to the common terminal on the capacitor, and the breaker was reset. Installed new 40/7.5 capacitor cycled system up and running. Performed a full sequence of operation check, including verifying refrigerant levels, compressor amperage, condenser fan motor amperage, and capacitor readings. 🛠️🛠️ Ductless unit Upon arrival, client inform me that system was giving him a 10 flash error code Client has been resetting system and this last time it’s been working for a couple of days Set temperature sensors and was only getting 8° temperature split Went to outdoor equipment for further diagnostics Right away, noticed a oil mark at a refrigerant line Bubble tested fitting, but was unable to find a leak 🗣️ Spoke with client and informed him that the system is low on refrigerant Client approved, adding refrigerant Added 2 pounds of R410A Also rinsed condenser, tighten high voltage connections Allowed system to operate supply temperature 53° And refrigerant charge is at recommended psi per manufacturer While removing gauges found that someone added stop leak Witch is known to cause restrictions in equipment ✅ System is cooling at this time

Homeowner noticed system wasn’t keeping up on humid days. Has it set. 79° and would go up to 83°. I cycled system on. Verified indoor and outdoor units are in second stage cooling (100% demand). And checked charge because all loads were running. Based on refrigerant numbers, having a high subcool, high superheat, and warm suction line the txv is restricted. Tested bulb and felt lines get colder. Ordered part from Howard, will be at our warehouse eta 7/23/26 . Informed homeowner will get on schedule asap. Paid for today’s call by check. Upon arrival system was calling for cool but only blower motor was operating. Open electrical panel and discovered contactor was burnt and melted. Install installed new two pole contactor and cycled system. System is now operating properly.

I Performed Maintenance on both the Cooling Systems. Also replaced a 20x30 and 20x20 Filters. Both Cooling Systems are 2014 and 2016 models located in the casita bathroom ceiling, master closet attic and outside on the ground. Verified refrigerant levels are proper for both units as well start and run capacitors. I then checked system amperages and cleaned condenser coils. At the time of today’s service both systems are operational at the time of the service. Scheduled next maintenance visit online.

Performed annual maintenance on a 2025 American Standard split system. Replaced the 20x30 and 10x10 air filters. * Verified proper operation of the Honeywell S200 thermostat. The thermostat was calling for cooling correctly and reached the desired setpoint. * Performed a complete sequence of operation check, including: * Verified refrigerant (Freon) levels. * Checked compressor amperage. * Verified second-stage cooling operation. * Checked condenser fan motor amperage and operation. * Washed the outdoor condenser coil to improve airflow and efficiency. * Cleared the condensate drain line through the exterior termination to ensure proper drainage. The system is operating properly at this time and is cooling as designed. No issues were found during today’s maintenance.

Found 2022 Lennox split system with failed dual run capacitor. Replaced and tested system. Checked condenser fan motor amps and compressor amps to specs. Charge is good. System is up and cooling properly now. 2-year warranty for capacitor as Hyde’s Family Comfort Club member.

The technician has successfully installed a 3-ton horizontal evaporator coil for the bedroom HVAC system. This installation was carried out in accordance with the company's service standards. Performed a cooling maintenance on a 2010 Payne package unit, unit, changed 14x30 filter, filter located in ceiling, flushed condensation line, check for thermostat, on unit check for amperage and voltage, check for compressor, check for freon level, check for temperature split, checked for disconnect box, everything within range also clear out dust accumulated inside electrical component area and rinsed unit coil. System is working within specification in cooling at the time of maintenance.

Arrived to remove two exhaust fan and install two Panasonic whisper quiet exhaust fans with lights. One was installed in the master bath and master water closet.

The client had already replaced the 20x25 air filter, which is located in the upflow unit in the garage. Verified the Ecobee thermostat was operating properly.
