Cooling service on American Standard split system furnace is located in the attic, changed out Money by 30 filters located in ceiling. Cleared all electrical components, verified proper sequence of operation, wash and clear.

Maintenance for cooling on one silver series and one platinum series, American Standard heat pump package units. Condensation line cleared filters changed.Two 8000 Honeywell thermostats needed battery replacement. Replaced batteries and cord for cooling both working properly. Checked both system sequence of operation. Checked compressor amps and check Freon and temperature split. Both systems are working per a manufacturer specs. Home is cooling properly.

Return and found leak in EV coil. Went over repair options as well as new system options due to system being 10 years old after walking through multiple options with client client would like to go for new system install. Had Client signed off estimate already informed office office will call Client later today to confirm when we can come back to install. did not charge for leak search as Client is going for a new system. we will be replacing system that controls bedrooms, model number starting with LRP14GE30

IMaintenance on both the Cooling Systems. Replaced standard lakes and 12x12 Filters. Both Cooling Systems are 2009 3.5 Ton American Standard Package Unit located on the roof. I found that the blower motor compartment for the bedroom unit S#89H in very poor condition, insulation falling apart causing black insulation particles to blow into home. Also found that both evaporator coils for both units are very dirty as well as both systems have weak dual run capacitors. Equipment in very poor condition well past life expectancy with multiple potential problems, recommend replacing the equipment due to age and prior repairs. To prevent multiple potential problems. Attention below attached replacement options for client and email estimates to client.

Arrived at customer’s home to diagnose main breaker tripping after hvac replaced breaker for hvac unit. Upon arrival I found that breaker was oversized for unit and was arcing on bussing. Replaced breaker with the proper sized breaker for unit, and reset breaker. Reset main breaker to restore power to home and resolve issue. Informed customer that main breaker panel WILL fail soon in the future and should be replaced to prevent future issues. Customer stated they would see how things hold and replace the panel in the future.

Arrived at location found light working. Intermediate issue. Checked ceiling box junction and wall box connections. Think it is weak ballast on led. Changed voltage settings to see if helps. Homeowner will look into matching light. Will call back if correction I did did not work.

Maintenance for cooling on an 2011 American standard split system. Condensation line cleared filters changed. Ecobee thermostat working properly. Check system sequence of operation. Checked compressor amps, checked fan motor amps, checked Freon and pressure, checked fuses and capacitor, system has hard start kit. Notified customer capacitor is original to the system since 2011. Capacitors is over 15 years. Recommended customer a replacement before it fails. Sent customer estimate. System is working at time of maintenance. Home is cooling properly.

Performed a cooling maintenance on a Daikan condenser and a Lennox condenser, condenser located on left side of home, filter located in filter rack on is in the attic, fau daikan located in attic and Lennox in garage, changed filter, flushed condensation line, on condenser check for amperage and voltage, check for compressor daikan s#2831 was over amping added start kit, check for freon level, check for capacitors daikan S# 2831 45/5 reading at 40/4.5 adviced HO gave me the okay to replace it , everything within range also clear out dust accumulated inside electrical component area and rinsed condenser coil. System is working within specification in cooling at the time of maintenance

Performed annual maintenance on two 2020 American Standard Fanom Series systems. Replaced filters (sizes 20x20, 16x30, and 14x20). Checked 1050 thermostats for any alerts and provided clarification on how to use both permanent hold and scheduled settings. Inspected overall system operation, including refrigerant levels, electrical components, and safety controls—everything is operating within normal range. Discussed proper system operation with the customer and recommended surge protectors for both units to help prevent electrical damage. Verified that all electrical systems are functioning properly at the time of service.

Performed a cooling maintenance on two platinum systems with courtesy mini split service. Checked CDA for error codes and notifications. Performed refrigerant circuit diagnostic. Replaced filters, cleared condensate drain line and washed outdoor units. All systems are functioning according to manufacture specifications.

Upon arrival client showed me water damage located in kitchen ceiling. There was no signs of water, overflowing from package unit and pan was dry. There was water in condensation line. Insured line was cleared and draining properly.

Venstar thermostat working properly. Cleared condensation drain. Checked amps, volts, capacitor, refrigerant charge/ temp split. System is cooling properly at time of maintenance. Found starting amps above max rating for compressor start amps. Recommended having Hyde’s install a hard start kit to assist compressor for smoother startups, reducing strain on motor during every startup. Collected renewal for maintenance plan. Booked 2026 Winter/ Heater maintenance for Friday October 2nd , 10AM - 12PM.

Living room equipment has major problems restricted expansion valve causing compressor to overload and not cooling properly. Performed a cooling maintenance on a R 22 package unit system was cooling down the house properly upon arrival electrical was within range getting a 25° split system reaching temperatures of 72 degrees inside house. Upon checking disconnect from burnt out wires turned off main breaker after inspecting wires turned breaker back on was getting no power back to system switched out breaker after switching out breaker and turning breaker back on main panel tripped will have electrical team come back out later today to do a inspection on main breaker panel.

AC maintenance on 2014 American standard split system FAU located in hall closet. Washed washable filter. Checked amps, volts, capacitor and cleaned electrical compartment. Check refrigerant levels, superheat, subcool, line temperature and temperature split within proper levels. flushed condensation line and washed condensing coil. Highly recommend installing compressor saver/start kit to assist the compressor during start up. Compressor start up amps are rated at 82 but compressor is starting up at 100 A. Client is going to wait to have compressor saver/start kit installed. Client leaves in couple weeks and turns unit off. System is cooling properly. Emailed estimate for recommendation

Turn system on cool and unit would operate properly cycled system twice. I will need to order blower motor noise reducer.
