Performed a cooling maintenance on two Bosch package units. Client concerned about ductwork went into attic and did a quick ductwork. Check to check for any holes. Found ductwork in very good shape. Check out electrical and refrigeration levels for Bosch unit full systems are cooling down the house properly and within manufacturer specifications. No error code or alert present at this time. Finish maintenance by washing down both package units and changing out filters throughout house.

I Performed Maintenance on the Cooling System. Also cleaned electronic filter. The system is a 1995 Lennox model located in the garage and outside on the ground. Client has second system for the Casita and advised client about adding that system to the plan when it’s time to renew for 2 unit at $269.00 come the fall. Advised client that the system is past life expectancy and prior tech noted about contactor potentially failing. I also found blower motor compartment dirty. Advised client on doing a blower cleaning and replacing the contactor. Client to advise. The system checked out operational at the time of the service. Scheduled next Maintenance visit online for Wednesday November 11th 2026 between 9-11 am.

Upon arrival, turned system on and unit would operate but not cool properly. With further inspection I discovered system had a clogged filter and was low on refrigerant. Charged system back to manufactured specifications using 2 pounds of refrigerant. System is now operating and cooling properly.

System is working within specification in cooling at the time of maintenance. .

Outdoor unit serial number 13514LM02F fan motor was on, but compressor was not, upon further diagnostics found capacitor was way below specs rated for 30/7.5 showed 10.05/7.2. Compressor was having trouble coming on. System has hard start kit. Notify client of findings stated system is not working properly. Spoke with client that system was not cooling the home.
