GFI that I installed was good. It was the the time clock that was plugged into it that was giving us problems so I ran MC cable from the time clock to a 4 s junction box where the GFI and the switch are located. wiring the time clock into the power that’s coming into the box where the two devices are located. and removing the extension cord plug-in that they had plugged into the GFI for the time clock

Upon arrival last 4 pt1f living room unit had error codes 174.00 tested sensor was not shorted cleared alerts checked pressure system is up and cooling also signed client up on comfort plan

Perform a cooling maintenance on 3 ton Bosch package units, change filter, flushed condensation line, on units check for amperage and voltage, check for capacitor, check for Freon level everything within within range, also clear out the dust accumulated in the electrical compound area, and rinsed units coils. Both systems working with in specification in cooling at the time of maintenance. (HO said he will call previous tech to talk about Remy Halo and ducting.)

Executed a cooling maintenance on two split systems. Washed condenser coils and air filter. Capacitors checked out good and strong. Recommend installing compressor saver kit to lower starting amperage. Only one system has a compressor saver kit. Refrigerant circuit diagnostic – good. Both systems are cooling the home at the time of maintenance.

Comfort ac Service on 2010 American Standard split system. Replace filter and return grille, flushed condensate line with Jones valve in attic. Washed condenser coils. Checked all ac components and verified equipment is operating properly at this time. Fan motor past life expectancy and would be wise to replace before fan motor fails to prevent damage to compressor also avoid being without air once motor fails do to type of monitor has to be ordered and is not truck stock.

See notes. Replaced 10”x10” stamp register with 3-way curved blade register. Sealed with silicone. Sealed around rim with white silicone. Tested at max airflow and had both homeowners in to feel and for me to adjust til they were satisfied. I informed this is to help mix and balance air in room as well as reduce amount of air hitting register.

Percision tune up on 2003 equipment. Home owner replaced filter. Washed outdoor coils, cleaned out dust from electrical compartment. Verified electrical connections are secure. Cleared drain line from outside, drain line cracked at stucco where pvc pipe comes out of wall. Checked compressor amps, capacitors tested good recently replaced. Fan motors operating. Equipment makes louder than usual noises do to poor condition. Equipment is operational though advise is well past life expectancy and in poor condition. Highly recommend maintenance plan to save on repairs. Left literature

Executed a cooling maintenance on two package units. Wash down condenser coils and replaced filter. Measured amperage and capacitors. Refrigerant circuit diagnostic – good. Helped client understand thermostat operation. Systems are cooling to home at the time of maintenance.

Precision tune up on 2003 equipment. Replaced filter, washed coils, cleared drain line. Verified sequence of operation is operational. Verified electrical connections are secure. Capacitors are weak past life expectancy. Fan motor and blower motor in very poor condition. Equipment has multiple potential problems do to well past life expectancy. Highly recommend replacing equipment. Advised equipment uses r22 refrigerant which is no longer manufactured. Once compressor fails equipment will be unrepairable. Also found condenser coils bent causing equipment to struggle to breathe properly. Advised on repair and replacement options. Sent over two options one for fan motor replacement second for complete system replacement. 0% financing is available for 18 months. Attached two options below also advised on maintenance plan

Performance tune up on 1 2018 Bryant split system. Client had recently changed filters prior to arrival. Cycled system in cooling, went into attic to inspect fau and coil.. went to outdoor unit. Check capacitor, LRA, rla and Fla. check refrigerant pressures. Washed condenser coils. Equipment is cooling properly at this time.

Performed cooling maintenance on 2009 American Standard 4-ton package unit on roof, straight cool. Changed 24x24 hallway filter. Nest thermostat working properly. Cleared condensation drain. Inspected evaporator coil and blower wheel for cleanliness. 45/5 dual run capacitor within range. Checked amps, volts, refrigerant charge/temp splits (22). Cleaned out electrical compartment. Cleaned condenser coil. System is cooling properly at time of maintenance. Homeowner aware of age of system and average life expectancy of 10-15 years

Performed a cooling maintenance on a 2012 split system unit five ton. Check sequence of operations, by checking out all electrical and refrigeration levels upon checking system found run capacitor rated for 80 was getting zero. Only thing keeping system running was hard start kit inform client about the importance of changing out. Clients agreed. After installing new run capacitor and testing. At this time, all is within range and system is cooling down the house properly Finish maintenance by changing out filters and washing down condenser unit.

Comfort ac service on 2021 rheem packaged unit. Replaced filter, flushed lines and washed coils. Checked all components. Filters are hard to replace.

Performed annual cooling maintenance on 1 20+ year old york package unit. Changed filter. Cleared condensation lines. Cycled system in cooling, check capacitor, lra, rla and fla. Check temperature splits. System is cooling properly at this time.

The service included the installation of two 3-ton Bosch 18 SEER heat pump package units. This installation was performed with great attention to detail to ensure optimal performance and longevity of the units. We installed (2) 3ton Bosch units. Customer paid by check.
