🔧❄️ Demand Service – No Cool Upon arrival, client informed me that the system was not cooling. set thermostat to cool, only the indoor blower motor was operating. 🔍 Performed further diagnostics and found the system completely flat on refrigerant. Leak search was performed and leak was successfully located at the outdoor condenser where the copper line had rubbed against the condenser panel, causing refrigerant loss. 🛠️ Spoke with client regarding findings and provided repair options. Client approved repairs. ✅ Repaired refrigerant leak at condenser ✅ Pressure tested repair ✅ Pulled system into vacuum ✅ Recharged system to manufacturer specifications ✅ Balanced and verified subcooling readings ✔️ Equipment is now operating properly, cooling within manufacturer specifications, and functioning normally. On arrival home temperature 87° On departure home temperature 82° and cooling

Upon arrival client stated system not cooling. Found failed compressor capacitor. Replaced capacitor and installed hard start kit. System is properly running.

Upon arrival client stated system blowing ambient air. Found failed dual run capacitor. Replaced capacitor and installed hard start kit. Reapplied power and found breaker trip with spark in disconnect. Advised client on breaker trip. Reset breaker and made sure wires were correct, wires correct. Reapplied power and system kicked on. Cycled system twice and checked LRA. System properly running.

Alert 177 high current. Check all wires back to breaker are secure. Noticed unit pulls high inrush amps on start up Rla is 12 unit pulls 12-13 Lra. Rla amps are 19 rated for 27 which is good. Unit runs at this time if problem continues will recommend compressor warranty.

Upon arrival client stated systems app not working. Stated he had called and they stated server was down and they will email once they get it working. Checked temperature splits on both systems. Found systems temperature in the low 50s.

Maintenance for cooling on a 2020 TRANE 3 ton package unit split system. Honeywell thermostat working properly. 20 x 24 filter located above the thermostat. Filter was very dirty according to client the filter has not been replaced since they last bought the house. Condensation line cleared filter changed. Check system sequence of operation. Check compressor amps, check fan motor amps, check capacitor and fuses, check Freon and temperature split. Washed package unit down very dirty. Upon maintenance tested capacitor rated below manufacture specs. Spoke with client and recommend replaced dual capacitor before it gradually declines and fails. Client agreed and signed an estimate. Replaced dual run capacitor and test systems operation. System is working per manufacture spec. Home is cooling properly. Booked maintenance with client for November 3rd.

Performed a cooling maintenance on a split system unit. Check sequence of operations by checking out all electrical and refrigeration levels at this time. System is cooling down the house properly no errors or alert present. Finish maintenance by washing down unit cleaning out condensation line and changing out filter.

Replaced Sn-0090 downstairs weak capacitors. System not running on arrival. Equipment is now operating. Advised upstairs is running though is low on refrigerant and tenant noticed air cool though not very cool. Upstairs equipment low on refrigerant.

Upon arrival client stated system not kicking on. Found system has a blown low voltage fuse. Replaced fuse and found fuse blown again. System has direct low voltage fuse. Traced low voltage short to common wire to the outdoor unit. Fixed issue and replaced fuse. Cycled system and system is mow properly running. Called client multiple times and wouldn’t let you leave message. Paused appointments until I can speak with client. Tried calling client multiple times no answer.

🛠️❄️ Demand Service – No Cool Upon arrival, client stated that the equipment would operate for approximately two hours before the thermostat would go blank. Client also mentioned the blower motor would continue running temporarily, then shut down, and the thermostat would eventually power back on. Performed further diagnostics in the attic and discovered the condensate safety switch was intermittently shutting off 24V power to the thermostat due to a backed-up condensate drain line. ✅ Cleared condensate line using high-pressure CO2 ✅ Modified drain configuration by cutting and raising the P-trap off the platform ✅ Secured and strapped drain line to ensure proper slope and drainage for condensation removal After repairs were completed, cycled and tested equipment operation. Verified proper system functionality, and proper drainage. ✅✅

Install two new tv circuits in bedrooms remodel boxes pull wire and put recess receptacle in both bedrooms. Master bed swap existing plug to the recessed one.

Performed a cooling maintenance on a Goodman split system unit. Check sequence of operations by checking out all electrical and refrigeration levels at this time. System is going down the house properly no errors or alert present. Make sure to wash down after a unit clean out condensation line and checked out mini split.

Service on 2006 Goodman equipment. Replaced filter, washed coils, cleaned electrical compartments and verified connections are secure. Verified refrigerant levels are good. Equipment uses R22 refrigerant which is no longer manufactured. Verified compressor, fan motor and blower motor are operating at this time. Equipment in very poor condition past life expectancy and running very hard do to age. Fan motor and capacitors in poor condition. Home is tenant occupied, advise equipment will be un repairable once compressor fails do to R22 refrigerant no longer manufactured. Recommend equipment replacement to prevent multiple potential breakdowns. Attached replacement options below also emailed.

FAU was moved from the house to the garage taking refrigerator location nothing can be done now

Performed a cooling maintenance on a 2 2021 American Standard silver series condenser, condenser located on left side of home, filter located in filter rack, fau located in garage, changed filter, flushed condensation line, on condenser check for amperage and voltage, check for compressor, check for freon level, check for capacitors, everything within range also clear out dust accumulated inside electrical component area and rinsed condenser coil. System is working within specification in cooling at the time of maintenance.

🧊 Demand Service – No Cool Upon arrival, client stated the system had completely shut down and thermostat had no power. Checked breaker and verified breaker was not tripped. Proceeded to inspect rooftop package unit. After opening the service panel, found multiple burnt wires caused by excessive heat within the equipment. Further diagnosis revealed a blown fuse, failed capacitor, and shorted contactor. 🔧 Performed necessary repairs to restore cooling operation. Performed AC Cooling maintenance on split system with upflow York gas furnace in upstairs inside closet, and condenser outside in fenced area by gas meter and trash cans. Ecobee thermostat working properly. Tightened backplate as it was loose. Replaced 14x25 filter at furnace filter rack. Cleared condensation drain, water safety switch working properly. Cleaned out electrical compartment for condenser. Checked start and run capacitors, amps, volts, refrigerant/ temp split. System is cooling properly at time of maintenance. Rinsed the micro channel condenser coil. Start and run capacitors both within range, but run capacitor is getting near end of range for compressor side, and not the highest quality brand capacitor. Start capacitor is the simple type with no relay, which means it can potentially get stuck without a relay. Recommend replacing simple/cheap start capacitor with a hard start kit, which is a start capacitor with a relay that takes it out the circuit once compressor starts

Set equipment to cooling mode using the handheld remote; however, the indoor unit did not respond. During further diagnostics, found the breaker feeding the ductless system had tripped. ⚡ Checked system for electrical shorts and abnormalities. After safely re-energizing the equipment, the system powered on and began operating. 📊 Lowered temperature settings to place the system under load and verify operation. During testing, noticed the suction line beginning to freeze, indicating the system was low on refrigerant. 🗣️ Discussed findings and recommendations with client. Recommended refrigerant recharge and surge protection to help protect equipment from future electrical issues.
