Insured all wires were tight and making proper contact. Set time and date and also removed program from thermostat. Upon arrival, found the indoor equipment operating; however, the outdoor equipment was not running Verified proper 240V supply to the contactor and found the contactor was not engaging. Measured 22V at the contactor. Disconnected the low-voltage wiring and verified proper voltage from the outdoor control board. Applied 24V directly to the contactor, allowing the outdoor equipment to cycle on. Upon further inspection, found the system completely flat on refrigerant, preventing proper cooling operation. Recommendations: Will provide the member with repair and equipment replacement options for review. The system is currently not cooling properly.
