Upon arrival was getting outdoor communication error code. Was further investigation sound bad outdoor unit thermostat wire after changing connections system started up and is pulling and heating up the house properly at this time. No error code present at this time informed client if that issue continues will need to completely. Change out outdoor to indoor unit wire.

Maintenance for heat on two systems one upflow Rheem gas furnace, and one American standard gold series upflow heat pump. Filters changed condensation lines cleared. Rheem furnace cycle that came on in sequence checked inducer fan motor. Check amperage draw check 24 V in the gas valve. American standard checked for sequencing checked all electrical safety check the outside unit check compressor amps Freon pressure. Both systems are working for manufactured specification home is heating properly.
Repaired short in electrical system for main home platinum variable speed equipment. Verified sequence of operation is working properly according to manufacturer specifications in heating and in cooling. Replaced filters.
Today’s annual heating maintenance consisted of one carrier furnace located in the attic access. I first begin with replacing the filter in the home to ensure proper airflow is able to circulate back to the system at minimum resistance. I then made sure that the condensation line is properly draining at this time of preventative maintenance. The Honeywell thermostat is properly calling for heat and turning the unit on properly. The amps on the motor are successfully checking out in the correct range verifying a controlled voltage is being used throughout the system. All of the heating sequence of operations have successfully checked out, verifying that the flame is being ignited safely, and the home is being warm to the desired temperature as well overall this carrier furnace is operating to the manufacture specs at this time of today’s preventative heating maintenance
Upon arrival, client stated that system was not blowing any hot air and turn on to heat mode. Upon arrival switched system into heat mode and system started to heat up the house properly reaching temperatures of 115° and rising before leaving system reach designated temperature on thermostat 72° informed client about age and condition of unit client understands system is heating up the house properly at this time.

Inducer motor is failing causing equipment to over heat. Advised on potential safety concerns with existing equipment. Equipment executed the sequence of operation in heating. Checked temperature heat rise and blower motor amp draw. Completed static pressure diagnostics. Recommend installing equipment surge protection due to sensitive circuit boards on equipment. System is functioning according to manufacture specifications at the time of maintenance.
Performed a heating maintenance on a 2020 RHEEM package unit, changed filter, filter located on bottom wall, flushed condensation line, on unit check for amperage and voltage, followed sequence of operation, check for carbon monoxide, check for capacitor which is out of range 45/10 sending estimate on capacitor, check for temperature split, everything within range also clear out dust accumulated inside electrical component area. System is working within specification in heating at the time of maintenance.
Upon arrival, system for master bedroom, not blowing any hot or cold air at all. Was further investigation found an open limit switch that was not restarting automatically. After manually resetting open limit switch system started up and started to heat up the house properly before arrival. It was 68° inside master bedroom before leaving system hit designated temperature on thermostat at 72°. Make sure to test open limit switch open limit switch is opening and closing correctly at this time. System is heating up the house properly as well.
The technician performed a comprehensive assessment and executed the following tasks: the existing ductwork in the bedroom system was replaced with R8 flex ducting to enhance airflow significantly. Additionally, adjustments were made to improve air circulation in two hot guest rooms. The return duct in the living area was also replaced. Furthermore, a damper was installed to alleviate airflow in the kids' room, and an 18x24 filter return grille was installed to ensure optimal air quality and efficiency.

2021 York ultra low NOx gas furnace had flash for hard lockout. After rebooting system has ran each time (5x) through full sequence of operations. System has pressure transducer similar to other models and manufacturers. Made sure tubing was unobstructed and all safeties and limits and pressure transducer plugs were in secure. If issue happens again would order pressure transducer.
Loss of power to equipment. Repaired electrical circuit and tested operation. Equipment is now working properly at this time.
