After Diagnostic found both condensation lines clogged cleared lines unit are up and cooling

Performed a cooling maintenance on a straight cool condenser. Replace filter and washed down outdoor unit. Checked refrigerant circuit diagnostic, dual run capacitor and electrical motors. Installed a compressor saver kit – paid via CC. System is cooling the home at the time of maintenance.

Upon arrival outdoor unit not turning on was getting 120 coming into the system was getting a 24 V call for fan and fan was not turning on tested motor and was getting proper voltage but ECM motor not working properly. System is under warranty and will replace blower motor under warranty. Need to take blower motor to shop to change a blower motor correctly. Will then need to return to put a new blower motor. for a client after we put a new blower motor we will then charge for replacement of blower motor under warranty.

Took photos, for possible access holes to verify condition of metal ducting. Will get with management tomorrow morning and generate estimate.

Performed annual maintenance on 4 ton 2014 Bryant .Replaced air filter (24 x 24). Performed full sequence of operations check. Checked refrigerant (Freon) levels — within proper range. Verified amperage draw — operating within manufacturer specifications. Inspected all motors — functioning properly. Cleared and flushed condensate drain line to ensure proper drainage. Arrived at customer’s home to come up with a new plan to run t stat wire in the wall. Informed customer that we will try to use existing bad wire to pull a new wire through the wall. Also informed customer that if we are unable to use existing wire to pull a new one through, then we will have to open drywall on inside of home in order to get wire inside the wall. Customer accepted this and stated that he might have his electrician fish wire down the wall for us so we can use it to pull our wire into wall. Price does not include drywall repair.
