Comfort ac service on two York split systems. Fau located inside the garage, condensers on east side of home. Checked media filter, filter done. Flushed condensate line and washed condenser coils. Checked all ac components and charge. Replaced both systems dual run capacitor and tested. Replaced batteries in thermostats.

Performed a cooling maintenance on a 2 2018 American Standard silver series condenser, condenser located on right side of home, filter located in filter rack, fau located in garage , changed filter, flushed condensation line, on condenser check for amperage and voltage, check for compressor, check for freon level, check for capacitors, everything within range also clear out dust accumulated inside electrical component area and rinsed condenser coil. System is working within specification in cooling at the time of maintenance.

Upon arrival found Honeywell 6000 thermostat with a blank screen. With further inspection, at the package unit, I discovered low-voltage fuse had come loose. Secured fuse. System is now operating properly.

Performed a cooling maintenance on two 2024 American Standard platinum units. Check sequence of operations by checking out all electrical and refrigeration levels. Also checked 1050 thermostat for any errors or alerts. At this time, both systems are cooling down the house properly wash down both condenser units and clean down condensation lines from outdoor drain pipes. Finish maintenance by changing out filters throughout the house.

Upon arrival, found Honeywell 9000 thermostat blank and without power. With further inspection I discovered wire nut came off of low-voltage wires causing thermostat to lose power. Tightly secured wire nut and wires system is now operating.

Found power restored by security company once again. Checked ground connection in panel. Checked breaker can and amp draw. Everything is older and needs tune up. Recommend panel tune up and 200 amp main replacement if possible.

Cooling service on American Standard split system furnace is located in the attic, changed out Money by 30 filters located in ceiling. Cleared all electrical components, verified proper sequence of operation, wash and clear.
