Found dryer pigtail shorted to ground replaced dryer pigtail 230 V tested dryer operation all good

I removed 3/4 HP 1075 RPM motor and installed new 3/4 HP 1075 RPM Motor and tested. Also installed new dual run capacitor and hard start kit. I once again tested the system and system is working properly at the time of the service.

Performed cooling maintenance on 2013 Trane package unit on roof. Replaced 20x24 upper wall filter. Honeywell Magicstat working properly. Cleared condensation drain. Cleaned condenser coil. Cleaned out electrical compartment. Checked amps, volts, capacitors, refrigerant charge/temp split (20°). Informed homeowner his system’s blower motor capacitor and compressor/condenser fan motor dual run capacitor were weak and thus susceptible to fail at anytime from age and high outdoor heat. Recommended replacement of both capacitors as they will inevitably fail, and if not trying to replace the full system soon, then replacing the weak capacitors is necessary to prevent breakdown. Also recommended replacement during maintenance as the only other option is when they fail, and if work not done during maintenance there will be an additional trip charge. Found organic growth and debris all over blower wheel and housing.

Cooling service on 2014 American Standard split system. Furnace is located in outside closet next to condensing unit, filter is washable located within furnace cabinet, washed filter, clear all electrical components of dust and debris, verified proper sequence of operation, checked volts and amps, checked start and run capacitors, verified a refrigerant levels and line temperatures and took temperature splits and cycled equipment. System does not have water safety switch, great equipment up to title 24 code and to prevent any water damage to equipment or to home, recommended water safety switch to prevent condensation overflow. Will send over estimate. Washed condensing coil, thermostat checked ok System is at life expectancy, but within the manufacturers specifications and cooling and operating properly at this time of service.

Repaired return duct, sealed and assured no air leakage. Everything checked out in range. System is cooling properly at this time of service.

Followed system sequence of operation, checked all electrical and safety. Check temperature split. Honeywell thermostat working properly. Perform a cooling maintenance on two 2015 American Standard platinum unit. Check sequence of operations by checking out all electrical and refrigeration levels at this time. Both refrigeration levels are within range. Both systems are reaching designated temperature on thermostat upon checking out electrical. Both run capacitors are well within range found both hard start kits one for each system. Both are out of range. Both are no longer providing support for systems, both are out of range. Explain to client about finding highly recommend replacing both due to the age of systems. Client wanted estimate sent via email at this time. Both systems are cooling down the house properly finish maintenance by washing down condenser unit, cleaning, condensation lines and washing out washable filter filters.

Performed annual cooling maintenance on a 2009 American Standard 3 ton package unit. Replaced 14x30 filter located in hallway ceiling. Followed sequence of operations and checked voltage, amperage, capacitor, hard start kit, temperature split, Freon levels, cleared condensation line and inspected blower wheel/ evaporator coil for cleanliness. Everything checked out in range. Honeywell 6000 thermostat checked out okay. System is working properly in cooling at this time of service.

Perform annual maintenance on a 2018 4 ton American Standard system. Changed out 20 x 30 filter. Followed sequence of operations check amperage, check Freon levels, and checked electrical components. Honeywell 8000 checked optional reaching desired temperature cleared out conversation line to drain properly. No signs of restrictions or leaks system is operating properly at this time of service.

Both FAU are located in the garage filter located at the FAU condensation line cleared filters changed. two nest thermostat working properly. Checked both system sequence of operation. Checked compressor amps, checked fan motor amps, checked Freon and pressure, and checked capacitor both have hard start kits. Both systems are on borrowed time. Recommended customer two new units. Both systems working for now. Home is cooling.

System is working within specification in cooling at the time of maintenance.

Performed AC cooling maintenance on (2) 1996 Lennox split systems. Replaced customer supplied (2) 16x30 filters at garage up-flow furnaces. Homeowner keeps up with replacing filters every 3 months. Cleared condensation drains. Terminations by condensers and garage side door. Informed homeowner about water safety switches and how they can prevent major damage to property or furnaces/motors/circuit boards if not protected with a water safety switch or at least cleared 2x a year with maintenance. Cleaned out condenser electrical compartments. Cleaned condenser coils. Living room unit only had 100 v and could not test operation. Was checking to see if issue with any wiring or square d disconnect boxes notorious for failing. After flipping breaker off/on (30 amp) system now has 240v. Checked sequence of operations for both systems by checking out refrigeration levels by performing temperature splits. Also checked out all electrical components upon doing so found run capacitor for system model number starting in 4A7A603. Run capacitor starting to run low run capacitor is original to unit. Informed customer would highly recommend replacing today before going out. Client agreed after replacing at this time. Both systems are cooling down the house properly reaching temperatures at 70° inside house finish maintenance by changing out filters and cleaning out condensation line.

Both 1050 thermostats checked out operational. Zoning checked out okay. Serviced garage ductless unit and rinsed washable filters. Systems are working properly in cooling at this time of service.

All three Goodman located in an outside closet, armana located in garage. filters are located at FAU customer supplies. Checked all three Goodman system sequencing of operation check compressor amps, check fan motor amps, check capacitor, and check pressure and Freon. cleared condensation line. Notice all 3 compressor LRA is high recommend hard start kit. Customer agreed and signed estimate. Installed hard start kit for all 3. All three systems are working per manufacturer specification.home is cooling properly.

Today’s annual calling maintenance consisted of one American standard package unit located on the roof at first began with replacing both of the filters in the home to ensure that proper airflow is able to circulate back to the system at minimum resistance. The Honeywell thermostat is properly calling for cooling and turning the system on with no errors. I then make sure that the condensation line is successfully dripping off the roof to the designated area with no obstructions. The amps on the motor are safely checking out in the correct range, ensuring there’s a controlled voltage being used through the unit. The coils are clean of debris. And the temperature supply is also testing in the correct range to ensure proper cooling is supplied into the home. I also washed all of the coils down removing all dirt accumulation from them to ensure proper air flow is occurring throughout the coils.
