Equipment is operating at this time. Tenant wants better airflow to upstairs bedroom. Adjusted register and advised their is no attic access and not way to access ductwork. Equipment is 2002 in very poor condition.

Upon arrival 1050 thermostat had no error code. Only indoor unit was working outdoor unit was not working. went back into 1050 thermostat history and found error code 180 was present today which has to do with low-voltage on outdoor unit check two wires coming out from outdoor unit did find lots of dirt in between connections. Make connections nice and clean and restarted furnace. System is now operating properly with no error codes outdoor unit is working and already cooling down home properly.

Called customer and she said she’d like a price for a new meter panel with another meter for the pool equipment. Will also give a price for running underground from pool equipment to meter panel and set new meter for sce to connect to.

Performed a cooling maintenance on a 2017 American Standard condenser, condenser located on right side of home, filter located inside fau, fau located in garage, changed filter, flushed condensation line, on condenser check for amperage and voltage, check for compressor, check for freon level, check for capacitors, everything within range also clear out dust accumulated inside electrical component area and rinsed condenser coil. System is working within specification in cooling at the time of maintenance.

Performed annual cooling maintenance on a 2017 American Standard Gold 5 ton unit. FAU located in hallway attic access. Replaced 20x20 filter located in hallway ceiling. Followed sequence of operations and checked voltage, amperage, capacitor, hard start kit, temperature split, Freon levels, cleared condensation line from outside, and rinsed condenser coils. Everything checked out operational. Honeywell 8000 thermostat checked out operational. Systems is working properly in cooling at this time of service.

We have installed two 3 Ton Gold 17 Horizontal Split Heat Pump Systems equipped with the S200 model. Our team ensured that the installation was conducted according to the highest standards, utilizing industry best practices for optimal performance and efficiency.

Upon arrival client stated after install living area colder then bedroom area. Checked attic plenum to see if system has dampers that may be closed. Found no dampers. Found living area trunk line at the end of the plenum. Recommend adding damper to living area main trunk line to push more air into the bedrooms.

Upon arrival found system calling for cool but only condenser fan motor or compressor operating. With further inspection I discovered faulty fan wire on fan relay. Repaired wire and test motor. Motor is now operating properly. Client will keep an eye on system as it deice and inform us if motor fails again.

Recommend replacing equipment.

Maintenance for cooling on two American Standard silver series split systems. Up flow York furnaces located in the garage filters located at furnace. Filters were very dirty cause restriction in airflow. Two thermostats working properly. Check system sequence of operation. check compressor amps, checked fan motor amps, check the capacitor and fuses, checked Freon and pressure. Washed both units down very dirty. Both systems are working properly. Home is cooling at time of service.

Worked on other unit that is also having the same problem. again found no errors or fault codes. As shown in pictures. Electrical and refrigeration levels are within range cycle system off on on multiple times. Was getting a 24° split, with model number 5WCC4036A1000AA is cooling down the front of the house properly. again got in contact with manager team manager team will be talking to tech support to help find a better solution in the long run. Both systems at this time or cooling down the respected area properly.

We’re going to reschedule the maintenance. The client didn’t want to risk any roof tile cracking or breaking, and the neighbor isn’t available either. Filter is changed already.

After Diagnostic found system has a slight restriction Freon is not flowing right through coil is pass 20+ years old recommend replacement sent estimates house is cooling at this time system is eventually going to freeze up again and r 22 Freon is no longer manufactured

Upon arrival found swollen capacitor. Installed new run capacitor, but compressor would not start. Installed new start capacitor unit is now operating and cooling properly. Also check refrigerant levels and temperature rise we will need to return to change 20 x 24 filter to complete maintenance.

Performed a cooling maintenance on a 2017 American Standard silver series condenser, condenser located on left side of home, filter located in hallway ceiling, fau located in attic, changed filter, flushed condensation line, on condenser check for amperage and voltage, check for compressor, check for freon level which was low on Freon advised HO and gave the ok to add 2 pounds of 410a, check for capacitors, everything within range also clear out dust accumulated inside electrical component area and rinsed condenser coil. System is working within specification in cooling at the time of maintenance. (Checks sent to office)

Upon arrival system with Unit SN:******72FA was operational and working properly no error, codes or alerts as showed in pictures refrigeration levels and electrical components were running within manufacturer specifications. Got with management team management team. Will follow up with tech-support to find a better solution on why system keeps needing to be restarted from breaker.

Cooling on an American standard silver series upflow heat pump. FAU located in the closet by the hallway. Filter located at FAU customer supplies. Honeywell thermostat working properly. Check sequence of operation. Condensation line cleared filter changed. Checked compressor amps, checked fan motor amps, checked capacitor and hard start kit, checked Freon and pressure. System is working per manufacturer specification. Home is cooling properly.

Perfeomed Annual maintenance on 2021 4 ton American Standard package unit. Replaced 24 x 24 air filter (required screwdriver for access) Performed sequence of operation check, Verified temperature split: 20°. Checked amperage and motors. Cleared dock conversation line. Client mentioned their thermostat does not turn on when not at home. Explained that if phone is connected with location services. it can trigger Home/Away behavior. System has a sensor; client was given the option to turn off sensor, chose not to. Confirmed system is operating properly at time of service

Upon arrival, turned bedroom unit onto cool and unit would operate but not cool properly. With further inspection I discovered system was low on refrigerant. Charge system back to manufactured specifications using 4 pounds of R22 replacement refrigerant. System is now operating and cooling properly. System is well beyond life expectancy and is in poor condition due to systems condition and use of R22 refrigerant which has been phased out and no longer manufactured highly recommend clients consider system replacement before any further breakdowns.

Cooling service on two American Standard split systems. Changed out filters located to our home and ceiling. Cleared all electrical components of dust and debris, verified proper sequences of operation, checked volts, and amps, checked start and run capacitors, checked rectifiers for second stage cooling. Verified refrigerant levels and line temperatures and cycle equipment. Cleared condensation lines through outside termination and washed condensing coils. Period also assisted member with Ductless unit in garage and washed condensing coil for Ductless system thermostats checked OK. Systems are within manufacturers specifications and cooling and operating properly at this time of service.

Upon arrival client stated packaged unit when running after a few minutes will make a rubbing noise. Stated doesn’t occur all the time. Cycled system and found unit is original 1982 three ton packaged unit. Found canvas connector deteriorated with holes allowing cold and hot air to enter unit, sealed with glen coat tape. Advised on age and life expectancy. Sent over replacement estimates. Client preferred gas systems.
