Today’s first annual cooling preventative maintenance, consisted of two American standard units located on the side of the home. I first began with ensuring that each system is properly responding to the thermostats and turning on properly with no errors occurring. All of the cooling sequence of operations are successfully checking out verifying there is a proper 20° split between the liquid lines and the suction lines ensuring that the home is cooling efficiently to the desire temperature. The amperage is also testing out for the correct rated range, ensuring that the system is not over camping. I then ensure that the coils on the system are free of all debris ensuring proper airflow is able to circulate around the compressor. And I cleared each condensation line thoroughly with my CO2 tank vacuuming at the exit point and ensure that proper drainage is occurring with no obstructions to the line. Platinum thermostat was stuck on a loading screen upon arrival. Was able to pull thermostat off the wall and push it back in giving in a reboot after doing so thermostat turned on and was responding properly. System is cooling down the house properly. No alerts are present all is within range.

I Performed Maintenance on the Cooling System. Also replaced a 20x24 filter. The system is a 2022 American Standard Package Unit located on the roof. Checked refrigerant temperature split, evaporator coils, blower compartment, and system amperages. Blower compartment and evaporator coils are clean. Cleaned condenser coils. System is checking out within proper parameters. Also helped client with Nest thermostat and cleared schedules and turned off smart features, advised client that if she for some reason wasn’t happy with the current thermostat we could always go to a different Wi Fi thermostat. Today’s annual cooling preventative maintenance consisted of one American standard gold unit. I first begin with washing out the filter in the garage access to ensure I remove all debris, allowing proper airflow to circulate back to the system my minimal resistance. I then verified the thermostat is properly calling for cooling and turning the unit on efficiently with no errors or alerts. All of the sequence of operations are successfully checking out verifying there is a proper 20° split between the liquid line and the section line which verifies that the home is pulling officially to the desired temperature. I also cleared out the condensation line thoroughly to ensure that it is properly draining at this time of service. The capacitor was testing low and out of range. I informed the client and he gave the OK to go ahead and replace it now that I replaced it the system is testing out in the correct range and the amperage on the blower also testing out safely for the rated amount ensu

Inspected evaporator coil and blower compartment and both are clean. Checked refrigerant temperature split and we’re right at 20 degrees which indicates refrigerant levels are proper. I also checked system amperages and the amperages checked within proper parameters. I then cleaned Condenser coils.
