Found compressor pulling high amps, found capacitor wire terminal and common side of capacitor we recently replaced failed. Replaced capacitor and wire from capacitor to contactor. Made sure all connections were tight. Amps now under max amps. Informed homeowners about heat pumps versus gas furnace and the differences, informed about the age and if compressor goes out or issue returns then will need to replace full system for best option.

Found low voltage fuse popped. As I popped off panel red wire nut almost rolled out. Replaced fuse and made sure wire nuts snug and tight and no longer able to fall off. Noise they hear is compressor motor, informed it’s all operating properly but that little buzz sound is audible on the roof and could tell it’s the motor. Informed them nothing is broken and making noise but the noise they hear is not related to anything wrong or maintenance

Found 2026 American Standard Platinum system with outdoor unit offline. All other components online. Checked wiring and found all wiring was good, outdoor molex/plug red wire wasn’t fully in, appeared to be but pulled slightly and came out. Reseated red wire at condenser, getting proper voltage, alert cleared. Tested in cooling and system is cooling properly now, running at 100%. Then they wanted me to make sure other unit thermostat was all good and found it had error code 67.06 for suction temp sensor. Checked sensor at other side of home, #8D1G had suction line temp sensor disconnected/broken wire from sensor, not enough slack to splice and wire nut. Will check at office tomorrow morning to see if we have any, if not will order from Howard and let homeowner know.

Upon arrival system cooling client stated he moved disconnect fuses unit turned on also pushed in disconnect harder unit is up And Cooling

Arrived at customer’s home to replace main breaker and perform a panel tune up with surge. Removed existing main breaker from breaker panel and replaced it with a new 200 amp Siemens main breaker. Removed all existing branch circuit breakers and replaced them with new Siemens branch circuit breakers. Repainted and relabeled panel cover and restored power to all breakers to complete scope of work for today. Informed customer that we did not have the correct breaker for the surge protector and that we would have to come back for that install. Informed customer that we would take care of payment once surge protector is finished.

Install two remodel cans for lights in back patio. Install two new led trim lights in back patio. Replace four led trim lights in back patio. Ran extended circuit in garage from ceiling outlet to wall and around to other side of wall. Added three new outlet from extended circuit in EMT.

I Performed Maintenance on the Cooling System. Also replaced a customer supplied 20x25x5 filter. The system is a 2016 model located in the master closet attic and outside on the ground. Verified Healthy climate kit is still working properly. I also flushed the condensate drain. The system checked out operational and within manufactures specifications. Scheduled next Maintenance visit online for Thursday October 29th 2026 between 2-5 pm.

Maintenance on the Cooling System. Also replaced a 2) 16x20 Filters. The system is a 2016 model located in the laundry room closet and outside on the ground. I found that the dual Run capacitor tested weak and out of manufactures specifications. recommend replacing fan motor. Client agreed with the repairs. I installed new fan motor and contactor, then tested the system. The system checked out operational and within manufactures specifications at the time of the service.

Upon arrival condenser wasn’t cycled power making a squeaky noise adjusted eev noise went away unit is up and cooling

Comfort ac service on two American standard packaged units. Replaced filters on 7’ ceiling return. Flushed lines and washed coils. Checked all ac components and temperature split. Pre booked next visit.

Completed a cooling maintenance on two gas package units. Checked capacitors, electrical motors and refrigerant circuit diagnostic. Cleaned both evaporative coils with foam detergent, brush and detergent rinse. Charged credit card on file per client. Replace filters and washed outdoor units. Both systems are cooling the home at the time of maintenance. Pre-booked heating maintenance.

Performed a cooling maintenance on a 12-year-old package unit located on rooftop. Check sequence of operations by checking out all electrical and refrigeration levels found compressor amps starting to get close to max compressor amps specifications. System at this time is cooling down the house. all electrical and refrigeration levels are in range, getting a 18° split . inform client due to the age and condition of unit would recommend a new system very soon before current system starts to brake down. on startup compressor amps are going over the max specifications. System already has a hard start kit. That is well within range finish maintenance by washing down, condenser coils, changing out filters.

Performed annual maintenance on two 2024 Silver Series American Standard split systems. Replaced air filters (20×30, 20×20, and 14×14). Noted high ceilings; future service may require an 8-foot ladder for safe access. Completed full system inspection, including: Checked refrigerant levels. Measured amperage draw. Inspected motors for proper operation. Cleared condensate drain lines. Washed condenser coils. Tested both systems in cooling mode; thermostats are functioning properly and responding as expected. Suggested installation of two hard start kits to assist compressor startup and help extend compressor lifespan. Both systems are currently operating properly and within normal parameters at the time of service.

Error code TSO 004.00 for wireless temp sensor for office. Tried new batteries homeowner supplied and tested. Could not connect and would leave connection screen. Replaced wireless sensor under part warranty.

After Diagnostic found blown high voltage fuse replaced fuse system in up and cooling highly recommend replacing unit system is 20 years old sent estimates also checked disconnect box screws where tight

Followed sequence of operations and checked voltage, amperage, capacitor, hard start kit, temperature split, Freon levels, and rinsed condenser coils. Nest thermostat checked out operational. System is working properly in cooling at this time of service. Client opted to wait to schedule heating maintenance.

Comfort ac service on 2011 split systems located inside. Fau located inside attic, condenser on west side of home. Replaced filters, flushed line and washed coils. Checked all ac components and charge. Washed mini split filters and coils. Showed client how to use mini split controller. Signed up on yearly agreement. Scheduled next visit. Advised client system is 15 years old with life expectancy of 10-15 years. Advised client system on borrowed time and gave ball park quote.

Performed a cooling maintenance on American Standard package unit and a Payne package unit, changed filter, filter located in ceiling, flushed condensation line, on unit check for amperage and voltage, check for compressor, check for freon level, check for temperature split, everything within range also clear out dust accumulated inside electrical component area and rinsed unit coil. System is working within specification in cooling at the time of maintenance.

Performed annual maintenance on a 2022 Bosch package unit. Replaced 24×30 air filter. Verified system operation and checked temperature split (19°F differential, within acceptable range). Inspected electrical components and confirmed proper operation. Tested Nest thermostat; cooling operation is functioning as expected. Cleared condensate drain line to ensure proper drainage. Thoroughly cleaned condenser coils. Spoke with client regarding interest in a mini split system; documented breaker panel and garage area for estimate preparation. System is operating properly at time of service.

Maintenance service and safety check on package unit. Replaced filters, cleared drain lines, cleaned coils. Cleaned out electrical compartments and verified electrical connections are secure. High voltage electrical in poor condition found electrical whip falling apart, high voltage disconnect in poor condition difficult to service equipment. Capacitors, fan motor in very poor condition. Compressor operating though very loud and running at 22 amps. Equipment refrderant ok though advise equipment uses r22 refrigerant which has been phased out and not longer manufactured. Thermostat buttons sticking and difficult to change temperature. Excessive dust on indoor coil and blower compartments from construction. Equipment operating though in very poor condition well past life expectancy. Equipment likely not to make it through summer do to poor condition. Will schedule to install new equipment.

Performed annual cooling maintenance on a 2025 American Standard Silver 4ton heat pump. Upflow fau is located in garage. Replaced 20x25 filter located in filter cabinet. Cleared condensation lines from jones valve. Followed sequence of operations and checked voltage, amperage, capacitor, temperature split, Freon levels, and rinsed condenser coils. Nest thermostat checked out okay. System is working properly in cooling at this time of service. Client opted to wait to schedule heating maintenance.

Comfort ac service on 2018 split systems located inside. Fau located inside the garage, condenser on south side of home. Replaced filters, flushed condensate lines replaced filter. Checked all ac components and charge. Client has concern on hot front bedroom, sent over cut in return estimate. Checked mini split in garage and found system flat. Sent over replacement estimate.

Performed annual cooling maintenance on 2) 2020 Trane 3ton package units. Replaced 2) 18x18 filters located in hallway and upper wall. Followed sequence of operations and checked voltage, amperage, capacitor, temperature split, Freon levels, and rinsed condenser coils. Both Honeywell thermostats checked out operational. Both systems are working properly in cooling at this time of service. Scheduled heating maintenance with client on site.

Homeowner showed me photo of ac pro ductless indoor unit with error code E6 for communication error. Cycled system and checked indoor and outdoor units, voltages and temperature splits, supply temp of 51°/52°. Made sure wiring was tight and secure. Did not see error code anymore. System is cooling properly. Outdoor unit serial #8058 2019 AC PRO. If error code returns it would indicate a circuit board issue.

Installing 5 Ton Platinum 18 Horizontal Split Heat Pump and 3 Ton American Standard Platinum 18 POV horizontal Split Heat with zoning. Add zoning to main system.
