Turn system on cool and unit would operate properly cycled system twice. I will need to order blower motor noise reducer.

Replace capacitor and added compressor saver to unit serial 41200 system cooling properly

Maintenance for cooling on two Lennox upflow split systems. Two 20 x 25 filters located at furnace. Condensation lines cleared filters changed. One AC pro thermostat and one Honeywell thermostat. AC pro thermostat need new batteries, replaced batteries. Both thermostats working properly. Checked both system sequence of operation. Checked compressor amps, checked fan motor amps, checked Freon and pressure, checked capacitor and fuses. Both systems are working per manufacture specs. Home is cooling properly. Customer has daughter living with her daughter is complaining of lack of airflow in the bedroom. She stated someone came over the house and claimed that there are rats chewing up the ducting. Asked customer where attic access is and climbed up in the attic. Took a picture of the ducting and showed her that the ducting leading to her bedroom is intact. I also checked temperature coming out of the supply vent in the bedroom. There is adequate airflow in the bedroom.

I Performed Maintenance on both the Cooling Systems. Also replaced a 20x30 and 16x25 filters. Both Cooling Systems are 2020 Heat Pump models located in the hallway attic and outside on the ground. Flushed both the condensate drains from the Jones Valves in the attic. Both Cooling Systems checked out operational and within manufactures specifications at the time of the service. Scheduled next maintenance visit online for Wednesday October 21st 2026 between 9-11 am.

Performed annual maintenance on a 2018 American Standard split system. Replaced a 24x24 air filter. Followed sequence of operations and checked refrigerant levels, amperage, and all motors. Inspected the Honeywell 8000 thermostat; system is operating properly, calling for cooling, and no active alerts were found. No signs of restrictions or refrigerant leaks were observed. System pressures are now within range and operating properly. Washed condenser coils thoroughly and cleared the condensate drain line to ensure proper drainage. Recommended installing a surge protector to help prevent potential safety hazards or damage from electrical spikes or power outages. System is currently operating properly and cooling at the time of service.

Performed annual cooling maintenance on a 2022 York 5ton split system. FAU located in attic. Replaced 20x30 and 20x20 filters located in hallway and master bedroom ceiling. Followed sequence of operations and checked voltage, amperage, capacitor, hard start kit, temperature split, Freon levels, cleared condensation lines, and rinsed condenser coils. Everything checked out in range. Thermostat checked out operational. System is working properly in cooling at this time of service.

Performed annual maintenance on a 2022 3-ton bosch package unit. Replaced a 20x24 air filter. Thermostat (Ecobee) was checked and found operating properly, calling for cooling with no active system alerts. Followed sequence of operations: verified temperature split (supply air at 53°F), checked amperage, and inspected all electrical components. Cleared condensate drain line to ensure proper drainage. Thoroughly cleaned condenser coils. System is operating properly at this time of service.

🛠️ Service Report – Bedroom System Unit S/N: 25135425FA ⸻ 📍 Arrival & Customer Concern Client reported the system stopped cooling on Saturday, a few days after installation. ⸻ 🔍 Diagnostic Findings • Set thermostat to cooling; only the blower motor was operating • Reconfigured thermostat to ensure proper setup and communication • Inspected indoor equipment and found the system in hard lockout ⸻ ⚙️ Actions Performed • Reset system to clear lockout condition • Checked refrigerant pressures to rule out high/low pressure switch faults • Measured compressor amperage ⸻ ✅ System Status • System is now operating properly • All readings are within manufacturer specifications ⸻ 🧾 Conclusion System experienced a temporary lockout condition. Performed annual cooling maintenance on a 2020 American Standard Silver 3ton heat pump and a 2006 York 3ton split system. Replaced 20x30 and 16x30 filters located in downstairs and upstairs ceilings. Followed sequence of operations and checked voltage, amperage, capacitors, hard start kits, temperature splits, Freon levels, cleared condensation lines, and rinsed condenser coils. Thermostats checked out operational. Both systems are working properly in cooling at this time of service. Client renewed HFCP paid via CC.

I Performed Maintenance on the Cooling System. Also replaced a 20x30 filter. The system is a 2003 4 ton Package unit located on the roof. I advised client of run capacitor that tested out of manufactures specifications. Client has had home warranty and won’t be renewing it come the fall. Client chose to leave capacitor as is at this time. Client is well aware of the age of the system, system is operational at the time of, the service. Scheduled next maintenance visit online for Tuesday November 10th 2026 between 12:30- 3 pm.

Upon arrival found blower motor wasn’t working after further inspection found blower motor seized up replace motor with 1/2 1075 teste,,,,,talk about comfort plan will think about it

Performed a cooling maintenance on a carrier condenser, condenser located on backside of home, filter located inside filter rack, fau located outside hallway closet, changed filter, flushed condensation line, on condenser check for amperage and voltage, check for compressor, check for capacitor, check for freon level, everything within hrange , clear out dust accumulated inside electrical component area and rinsed condenser coil. System is working within specification in cooling at the time of maintenance.

Upon arrival, I found no power in garage and tripped breaker. Customer installed GFCI outlet wired backwards. Customer also wanted quote for 2 circuits in garage. Sent quote.

Performed annual maintenance on the following systems (1) 4-ton 2024 American Standard Gold Series unit. Trane 3-ton 2022 unit. Replaced air filters (sizes: 60x25 and 20x25) for air handlers located in the garage. Followed full sequence of operations for all systems. Checked refrigerant (Freon) levels — within acceptable range. Inspected system alerts — none present. Cleared both condensate drain lines to ensure proper drainage. Thoroughly cleaned condenser coils on all units. Inspected 1050 thermostat — operating properly with no active alerts. Verified thermostat is functioning within proper cooling range. Everything checked out in range. Honeywell 8000 thermostat checked out okay. System is working properly in cooling at this time of service. Scheduled heater maintenance with client on site. Client is requesting tech to return for maintenance in the winter.

Bathroom outlets inop found tripped breaker reset, recommend panel due age dust grime in the main panel.

Cooling service on American Standard split system. Changed out 20 x 30 filter located in ceiling and washed washable filters for Douglas system in Casita. Cleared all electrical components of dust and debris, verified prophecy sequence of operation, washed condensing coils, and cleared condensation lines. Thermostat checked ok. System is within Manufacturers specifications, and cooling and operating properly at this time of service.
