Revised estimates due to previous errors

Client needed clarification on estimate agreement. Called Harmony and she recent estimate.

Performed a cooling maintenance on two platinum and courtesy garage mini split service. Checked CDA for errors/notifications. Executed refrigerant circuit diagnostic. Replace filters, cleared drain line and washed outdoor units. Recommend installing equipment surge protection on POV's and outdoor units, offering protection against power surges due to blackout and brownouts. Estimate sent via email. Both systems are cooling the home at the time of maintenance. Pre-booked heating maintenance.

Upon arrival was getting error code E 17 on circuit board. With further investigation found a blown blower motor module as shown in pictures. Module is burnt out was able to pick up apart from supply shop and return and install new blower motor. After doing so system started up and starting to cool down the house properly compressor amps are within range and blower motor is blowing air properly. Repair was done under warranty.

Arrived at customer’s home to diagnose outlets tripping breaker and burning smell inside home. Found that customer had a Christmas village in dining room that had flourescent light bulbs throughout. Upon further inspection I found that this was where the smell was coming from as the flourescent light bulbs were heating up village pieces and fake snow underneath. Informed customer that this is happening and suggested replacing bulbs with led bulbs, and checking all extension cords feeding lights for village. Also discovered plug in control for Christmas village was being overloaded as it is. Customer informed me that they will change bulbs and control out to see if issue is resolved then. If not, I informed customer to discontinue displaying Christmas village year round. Also informed customer that sub panel is a firehazard and should be replaced. Customer requested prices for replacement and a tune up, and was giving them on site.

Performed annual cooling maintenance on a 2010 Amana 3ton split system. Upflow fau located in laundry room closet. Replaced 14x25 filter and cleared condensation lines. Followed sequence of operations and checked voltage, amperage, capacitor, hard start kit, temperature split, Freon levels, and rinsed condenser coils. Everything checked out operational. Thermostat checked out okay. System is cooling properly at this time of service….replace thermostat with S200 WiFi

Performed annual AC maintenance on 2016 American standard split system FAU located in hall closet. Changed customer supplied 20 x 25 filter. Checked amps, volt, capacitor and installed new compressor saver/start kit. Checked refrigerator levels, super heat, subcool, and temperature split. Flush condensation line and washed condenser coil. Cycled system from Honeywell 8000 thermostat thermostat is operational. Found all other electrical components and refrigerant levels to be within manufactured specifications system is operating and cooling properly at time of service.

Checked refrigerant circuit diagnostic, electrical motors and all capacitors. Thermostat – OK. Both systems are cooling the home at the time of maintenance. Pre-booked heating maintenance.

Client stated they heard a vibrating noise in the hallway. Followed noise to the bathroom and found light fixture/mirror vibrating. After applying pressure to mirror/light fixture noise went away. System sits right above hallway but noise is to normal operating standard. Performed a decibel test and everything is within range. (See videos) NC return.

Arrived to provide an estimate to run new low voltage thermostat wire from condenser unit to furnace.

Performed annual maintenance on a 2021 American Standard Gold Series split system. Replaced 20x30 filter and 14x14 filter. Completed full sequence of operations check. Checked refrigerant (Freon) levels — readings within normal operating range. Inspected blower and condenser motors. Cleared condensate drain line to ensure proper drainag. Thoroughly washed condenser coils. Verified ecobee thermostat operation — system functioning properly with no active alerts. Tightened and inspected all electrical components. Inspected system for refrigerant restrictions and leaks — none found. Recommend installing two surge protectors to help protect the system from electrical spikes, power outages, and potential safety hazards. System is operating properly at this time and cooling efficiently after summer maintenance service.

Comfort ac service on three ton 2008 packaged unit. Replaced filter in upper wall. Checked all ac components and temperature split. Washed condenser coils and flushed lines. Advised client on age and life expectancy. Sent over heat pump replacement option.

Replaced 2) 20x30 filters located in the ceiling. Followed sequence of operations and checked voltage, FLA, RLA, LRA, capacitor, temperature split, Freon levels, and rinsed condenser coils. Secured all electrical connections. Found capacitor reading below manufacturer specifications. Informed and recommended client replacing capacitor to prevent any potential breakdowns during the summer. Client to advise. Sent quote via email along with additional information. Honeywell thermostat checked out operational. System is cooling at this time of service. Client renewed HFCP via CC. Client opted to wait to schedule heating maintenance.

Performed a cooling maintenance on two straight cool condensers. Courtesy cleaned non-filtered return grills inside the home. Replaced filters and washed outdoor unit. Checked electrical motors, running capacitors and refrigerant circuit diagnostic. Estimate sent to install two compressor saver kits. Both systems are cooling the home at the time of maintenance. Pre-booked heating maintenance.

Arrived to troubleshoot no power to half the home. Tested voltage of main panel and discovered that the main breaker is only providing partial power to the busing. Additionally I found signs of burning and aging on the busing of the panel. The panel itself is about 56 years old. I informed the customer that we can replace the main but it would only be a temporary fix as the panel is already showing signs of damage. I provided homeowner with an estimate to replace main breaker and a second estimate to replace the panel. He informed me that he would like to check pricing with different companies and will contact us if they would like to continue.

Found unit off on f0 code which is low refrigerant. Found system low on refrigerant. System installed 2021 with a poor install. Advised client on leak search with flare repair and recharge system as well as system replacement.

Performed annual cooling maintenance on a 2019 Goodman 5-ton system and a 2003 5-ton package unit. Replaced standard pleated air filters located throughout the home. Completed full cooling maintenance procedures, including verification of sequence of operations and inspection of voltage, FLA, RLA, LRA, capacitors, temperature split, refrigerant levels, and condenser coil condition. Rinsed condenser coils and secured all electrical connections. During inspection, compressor for the living room system (S/N ending in 1781) was found operating at maximum amperage. System is approximately 23 years old and utilizes R-22 refrigerant, which has been phased out, is difficult to source, and is costly to maintain. Discussed findings with client and recommended planning for system replacement in the near future to help avoid potential breakdowns and to provide updated equipment warranties, improved reliability, and higher efficiency.
