Sold condensing unit and coil for bedrooms.

Performed a cooling maintenance on two gold split units. Cleared condensate drain line, replace filter filters and washed outdoor units. Installed compressor saver kit on unit #4L2F. Paid via C. C. Checked capacitors, refrigerant circuit diagnostic and electrical motors. Both systems are currently cooling the home at the time of maintenance.

Performed annual cooling maintenance on 3) 2002 Rheem split systems. 2) upflow FAUs are located in garage and one is located in outdoor closet. Replaced customer supplied filter for living room unit. Client only supplied 1 media filter. Other 2 media filters are still in okay condition. Followed sequence of operations and checked voltage, amperage, capacitors, Freon levels, cleared condensation lines, and rinsed condenser coils. Found all 3 systems to be low on Freon. System use r22 Freon which is phased out and is difficult to obtain. Sent client quote for R22 Freon and quote is PER lbs. Total amount needed unknown will have weigh it in and adjust quote accordingly. Recommended replacement options due to age and condition of equipment and potentially costly repairs. Client to advise on adding Freon. Nest thermostats checked out operational. Systems are past average life expectancy but are working at this time of service. Client paid for renewal of HFCP paid via CC.

Performed annual maintenance on a 2020 Trane package unit. Replaced 20x30 air filter. Verified system operation for cooling upon arrival. Checked refrigerant levels, capacitor, and motors. Measured temperature split at 19°F. Thoroughly cleaned condenser coils. Flushed condensate drain line to ensure proper drainage. System is operating properly at time of service and cooling as expected.

Today’s annual cooling preventative maintenance consisted of two platinum American standard units. I first began with replacing all three filters in the home to ensure that proper airflow is able to circulate back to the system at minimal resistance then ensure that both of the 1050 thermostats are properly calling for cooling with no error, codes or messages occurring following with the zone thermostats properly calling for cooling as well. I then cleared the condensation line thoroughly to ensure that it is properly draining at this time on both lines. All of the cool sequence of operations are successfully checking out for each of these units verifying that there’s a proper 20° split and the amps on the motor are also safely checking out in range verifying a controlled voltage is being used throughout the system. Arrived at customer’s home to install a dedicated circuit for a Tesla ev charger. Upon arrival I found that main breaker panel and sub panel in garage were full and had no open spaces for breakers. Informed customer that we would have to upgrade main breaker panel before adding a car charger to panel. Informed customer that sce has a rebate for panel changes when installing an ev charger. Customer stated they would absolutely not upgrade panel.

Equipment iceing up, washed filter, cleaned outdoor coils, performed maintenance on equipment. Equipment now cooling properly. Do not recommend setting equipment below 74 during heat waves to prevent iceing up on refrigeration system. Will follow up with client tomorrow for payment client unavailable.

Upon arrival, turn bedroom unit on serial number 25FA but only blower motor continues to operate. Check in directly at package unit. There are no fault code. Reset system unit is now operating. We will need to replace sensor.

Comfort ac service on two York split systems. Fau located inside the garage, condensers on east side of home. Checked media filter, filter done. Flushed condensate line and washed condenser coils. Checked all ac components and charge. Replaced both systems dual run capacitor and tested. Replaced batteries in thermostats.

Performed a cooling maintenance on a 2 2018 American Standard silver series condenser, condenser located on right side of home, filter located in filter rack, fau located in garage , changed filter, flushed condensation line, on condenser check for amperage and voltage, check for compressor, check for freon level, check for capacitors, everything within range also clear out dust accumulated inside electrical component area and rinsed condenser coil. System is working within specification in cooling at the time of maintenance.

Upon arrival found Honeywell 6000 thermostat with a blank screen. With further inspection, at the package unit, I discovered low-voltage fuse had come loose. Secured fuse. System is now operating properly.

Performed a cooling maintenance on two 2024 American Standard platinum units. Check sequence of operations by checking out all electrical and refrigeration levels. Also checked 1050 thermostat for any errors or alerts. At this time, both systems are cooling down the house properly wash down both condenser units and clean down condensation lines from outdoor drain pipes. Finish maintenance by changing out filters throughout the house.

The work performed involved the replacement of a 50-gallon hot water heater, which included the installation of a recirculating pump. The technician ensured that all components were installed in accordance with standard procedures, guaranteeing optimal performance and efficiency. Installed a water heater with new circulating pump. Job complete.

Upon arrival system was calling for cool but only indoor blower motor was operating. With further inspection I discovered system had a faulty. Dual run capacitor. Installed new capacitor and cycled system. Also checked refrigerant levels. System is now operating and cooling properly .

System is working within specification in cooling at the time of maintenance. .

Performed a cooling maintenance on a split system unit. Checked all electrical and refrigeration levels. The system at this time is cooling down the house properly did recommend replacing insulation for line set. Client sign off on estimate will get with office on when we can come back to return system at this time is cooling down the house properly finish maintenance by washing down, condenser cleaning out condensation line and changing out filters for Client.

Installed hard start kit and tested. LRA went from 153 to 92, see picture.

Cooling service and safety’s check on 2010 American standard equipment. Replaced filters, cleaned coils, cleared drain lines. Checked electrical connections and verified electrical components are secure. Verified refrigerant levels are with proper range. Verified sequence of operation is operational at this time. Compressor Inrush amps above manufacture specifications do to age and poor condition. Recommend equipment replacement to avoid continuous costly breakdowns and major cost increases.
