Bedroom unit 1999 in very poor condition fan motor over amping making loud squeaking noise due to motor failing. Advised equipment well past life expectancy and has multiple potential problems due to age and poor condition. Sighned up on maintenance plan to save on repairs. Installed new fan motor and compressor saver kit. Tested operation and verified equipment is operational at this time. Highly recommend equipment replacement to avoid continuous breakdowns. Recommend calling to schedule maintenance service when ready paid for already.

Upon arrival blower motor in casita was running condenser was not after Diagnostic found faulty capacitor replaced capacitor installed compressor saver and balanced out sub cooling unit is up and cooling

Upon arrival had communication error popping up on Lennox iComfort thermostat for living room. Other thermostat is next to master bedroom door. Did power recycle in exact order per Lennox communication systems. After waiting 5 minutes time, normally 1-2 is fine but 5 is recommended to clear all voltages and capacitors etc. After rebooting it thermostat is now no longer displaying communication error display that you would see anytime you touched thermostat display. Found outdoor condenser contactor engage and nothing running, checked power and 0v incoming, checked sub panel with mini split breaker and had no power at line side, and line wires were extended with wire nuts to reach lugs. I explained to homeowner and that her service panel had no breakers for me to check. She had it all on an app and previous company labeled it as only mini split so she would turn it off very night to save energy and once she turned it back on, 240v at condenser, all loads operational. 23° split. Tested

Changed out circuit board as well as changed out thermostat. After doing solar system started up and started to cool down the house properly bedroom was reaching 78° before leaving compressor amps and refrigeration levels are within range.

Upon arrival master bedroom blower motor was running condenser was not last 4 5509 condenser breaker was tripped reset breaker checked amps where high checked capacitor out of range reading 11 replaced 45/5 capacitor and installed compressor saver checked amps are good unit is up and cooling

Performed a cooling maintenance on a split heat pump. Replaced filter. Thermostat/disconnect box: good. Checked refrigerant circuit diagnostic, capacitors and electrical motors. Pre-booked heating maintenance. System is cooling the home according to manufacture specifications.

3 ton 2016 pkg unit on the roof upon arrival system working but not cooling comfortably after further inspection found a leak at the coil added refrigerant till MIKE order evaporated coil BILL JOB

Upon arrival system serial number 00AA was set in idle mode and no current error codes viewed history and found numbers 178.1 and 181.11 regarding issues with voltage verified proper VAC was present at line of disconnect verified a VDC ran drive test 3X drive test passed verified no loose wires and properly secured checked main service panel and breaker (zinco) possible flicker, system corrected itself will verify findings with management at this time. System was cooling and operating properly. System is under labor warranty, still put in last year.

Adjusted dampers. Also found 18 degrees split. Adjusted refrigerant pressure to 10 degrees sub cool.

Will return back to install recommend parts on last 4 593L condenser fan motor is leaking . Installed new contactors and compressor savers.

Performed annual cooling maintenance on a 2017 American Standard 4 ton package unit. Replaced 24x36 filter in upper wall. Followed sequence of operations and checked voltage, amperage, capacitor, hard start kit, temperature spilt, Freon levels, cleared and checked for proper drainage at condensation line, and rinsed condenser coils. Everything checked out okay. Thermostat checked out operational. System is working properly in cooling at this time of service. Client renewed HFCP via CC. Pre booked heating service on site with client. Client had tstat set to off and was gone for majority of the day. Indoor temp at arrival was 87°. No issues with equipment. Indoor temperature dropped 5° before leaving and supply temp dropped from 65° to 59° before leaving as well. Informed client will take a while for indoor temperature to reach desired set point.

On arrival found inDoor Unit running ——outdoor unit not running fault code H6 hard lockout/compressor over current/undercurrent—— ——found faulty compressor harness plug on MOC side ——pin had moved backwards—— No burning or damage was done to plug reset pin test unit —-- unit is working as designed—— verified refrigerant levels ref temperature split at indoor unit reference attic—- attic access master bedroom closet.

Performed a cooling maintenance on a straight cool condenser. Replace filters. Measured dual run capacitor and found both sides extremely low. Replaced capacitor – paid via CC. Perform refrigerant circuit diagnostic and measured electrical motors. Thermostat – OK. Replaced three amp fuse due to technician error. System is cooling the home at the time of maintenance.

Install new 4 ton Gold 17 American standard split system and use existing Honeywell wireless thermostat

Clients stated that system wasn’t cooling bedrooms. Upon arrival, turn bedroom tomorrow and system kicked on right away checked refrigeration levels as well as electrical components. At this time system is cooling coming out at 63° from supply events in bedrooms. Compressor is starting to go over max manufacture rating system at this time is cooling down the bedrooms in foreign clients that compressor is starting to work harder and could’ve possibly overheated when running the system all day in the hot summer. At this time always has been range as far as electrical and refrigeration levels.

2023 Goodman equipment for back room sn-6851. Found tripped water safety switch. Cleared drain line and tested operation. Equipment is working properly at this time.
