Performed a cooling maintenance on two split heat pumps. Washed outdoor unit, cleared condensate drain and replaced filters. Performed refrigerant circuit diagnostic, electric motor readings and checked capacitors. Installed (2) 3-ton Hard start kits – paid via C. C. Both systems are cooling the home at the time of maintenance. Pre-booked heating maintenance.

Spoke with client about mini split and cut in return. Client stated she is already on the schedule

Upon arrival found blown low voltage fuse again. Replaced and found direct short. Traced low voltage wire from outdoor unit to indoor unit. Found wire is ran through conduit on side of home however once it gets to the roof wire is exposed on roof. Found wires on roof in horrible condition from the sun. Advised client on either wireless module or electrical department run wire. Client would like electrical to run wire. Ran temporary low voltage wire for the weekend.

Perform a cooling maintenance on a five-year-old Lennox split system unit. Check sequence of operations by checking out all electrical and refrigeration levels at this time. System is cooling down the house properly reaching designated temperature on thermostat and condensation line from outdoor drain pipe located on opposite side of outdoor unit run capacitor rated for 45 was getting 44 at this time set a estimate via email for a hard start kit. Finish maintenance by signing new client up on a Hyde’s family plan.

Today’s annual cooling preventative maintenance consisted of one Goodman unit. I first begin with replacing the 16 x 25 filter in the garage upflow access replacing the filter ensures that there is proper airflow able to circulate back to the system at minimal resistance. I then cleared the condensation line to ensure that it is properly draining at this time of service. All of the cooling sequence of operations are successfully checking out verifying there’s a proper 20° split so that the home could be cooling efficiently to the desired temperature. Upon arrival found mini split turned off. Turn system on and unit would operate properly without any error codes. insured all wires were tight and making good connection. Error code E6 is loss of communication between outdoor and indoor unit. Most common causes is faulty control board at condensing unit wants client signs estimate we will proceed with ordering circuit board.

Sn—P2UF bedroom system has continued to not run, then run when technician arrives. Client noticed outside unit stops but indoor blower motor continues to run. Checked fan motor and found it very hot. Equipment running on arrival though once fan motor over heats it stops operating, then cools down and runs again. Installed new fan motor.

Comfort ac service on 2024 silver and 2025 platinum American standard split systems. Fau located inside closet and garage. Condensers located on roof. Replaced filters, flushed lines and washed coils. Checked all ac components and charge. Washed mini split filters and coils.

American standard split POV system changed out 20 x 30 filter located in ceiling cleared all electrical components of dust and debris, verified proper sequence of operation. Check votes and amps, verified refrigerant levels and took temperature splits and cycled equipment. Member also had questions regarding when we will be removing swamp cooler to install ductless system for garage. Will get with office to to see when removal will be taking place. Washed condensing coil, system is within manufacturers, specifications, and cooling and operating properly at this time of service

Upon arrival found living room system calling for cool but only condenser fan motor and compressor operating. Used 16 pin blower motor tester and blower motor still would not operate. Checked motor for proper high voltage and 240 V are present. I will be returning tomorrow to install new blower motor.
