Replaced Honeywell T6 thermostat that was operating differently than the selected mode and setpoint. No shorts on wires , bad thermostat. Replaced with the new Honeywell thermostat , big bright display, large numbers, and easy operation. Recommended signing up on Hyde’s Family Comfort Club Maintenance Plan and left brochure. Tested modes after installation. All modes working, thermostat working properly. No extra thermostat wire slack, so cut back excess copper ends and wired in securely.

Performed annual heating maintenance on a 2018 American Standard package unit. Replaced 20x24 filter located in upper wall. Cleaned out burners furnace. Duct board the closet, new transition from duct to coil, flushed with r11 and nitrogen, pressure to 300 psi, replaced disconnect, fuses and breaker to all match unit of 35 amps, vacuumed to under 500 microns. Tested and charged system with R454B refrigerant. Customer paid by check.

Performed heating/indoor unit maintenance on (2) 2025 American Standard Platinum split heat pumps. Replaced (2) 12x12, (2) 14x14, and 20x30 ceiling filters. American Standard thermostats working properly, checked responses, alerts, history, reminders. Cleared attic condensation drains, and garage mini split drain. Cleaned off mechanical platform. Cycled in heat mode. Getting proper heat rise (30°). Checked blower motor amps. Ducting strapped and in good shape. Systems are heating properly at time of maintenance. Checked all ac components and temperature splits found both dual run capacitors outside their range. Found living area system capacitor burnt and wires burnt. Fixed wires and replaced capacitors. Advised client system is past life expectancy.

Performed a heating maintenance on two heat pumps both located in attic access. Check sequence of operations by checking out all electrical and temperature rise. At this time both systems are heating up the house properly no errors or alerts on 1050 thermostat. Cleaned out both condensation lines with CO2 tank and cleaned off all electrical components from dust finish maintenance by making sure both system switch back into cool mode correctly at this time all is within range.

Arrived at customer’s home to diagnose fans in various states of disrepair. Found that two ceiling fans would need to be replaced to resolve issue, and a few others would need balancing. Informed customer that we can replace fans, but balancing would be cheaper for them to hire a handyman, as this take can be time consuming. Customer decided to not replace fans as they would be mismatched at the point, and they stated they didn’t want to spend a bunch of money replacing all fans. Customer requested an estimate for replacing all fans just in case replacement becomes the only option.

⚒️⚒️ Demand service No Cool Upon arrival, Client directed me to thermostat thermostat displaying error code 31 high leaking current Went to outdoor equipment for further investigation Condenser is inverter communicating system Removed power from system checked high voltage coming in and make sure that all ground nuts were nice and tight No burnt wires or exposed wires Also make sure all ground connections were properly grounded Re-energize equipment system kicked on and locked out again Reset system one more time. System stayed on. 🗣️ Client communication Informed client of findings and the steps that were taken Let Client know that in this kind of equipment power comes into circuitboard and circuitboard delivers power where it needs to go If system continues to lock out Inverter circuit board will need to be replaced Or consider replacing equipment ✅ System is operating And Cooling properly at this time Refrigerant pressures are within manufacture specifications

Spoke to client about condensate pump. Client stated can’t have on roof. Advised if possible we can run in attic and cut into the same drain or drain outside through attic. Advised will have a charge to move line.

Found system iced up. Checked braze point and found no leaks. Found blower running and system has refrigerant. Advised possible restriction. Need to return. Returned and found contactor stuck closed. Low pressure switch would have turned system off. Replaced under warranty and tested.
