Maintenance for cooling on an American standard heat pump platinum series. Filters changed ,checked system sequencing, checked Freon and pressure, checked compressor amps, checked fan motor amps. 1050 Thermostat is working properly. Customer notified me about air humidifier. Customer wanted to know if it was completely off. Notified customer that humidifier is off. condensation line was very blocked. Water was found in drain pan needed to drain out water and thoroughly clear out condensation line both primary and secondary. Both condensation lines cleared system is working per manufacturer specification home is cooling properly. Customer ask about indoor air quality products recommended Remi Halo for air purification. Customer agreed and signed estimate. Need to come back to install Remi Halo.

Upon arrival, thermostat had error code not communicating with equipment, interface module. With further inspection, I discovered system had no high voltage power. Discovered systems breaker was turned off. Turned breaker on. System is now operating properly.

Cooling service on 15+ amount of rooftop package unit. Changed out 24 x 24 filter located in lower wall, cleared all electrical components of dust and debris, verified proper sequence of operation, check the volts, and amps, checked, capacitors, verified refrigerant levels and took temperature splits, and cycle equipment. Members also were interested in getting smart thermostat, but equipment does not have common wire, will send estimate to rewire and add common wire into circuit from transformer to create common wire for thermostat.

Comfort ac service on 2023 American standard condenser/coil. Replaced filters throughout the house. Flushed condensate line in attic. Washed condenser coils. Checked all ac components and refrigerant levels. Installed hard start kit.

Upon arrival, thermostat said issue with Y wire. Disconnected stripped back wire and reconnected wire at thermostat and circuit board. System is now operating properly. If wire goes bad, we will need to find a way to run new wire due to no more wires being available at thermostat.

Arrived at customer’s home to replace existing thermostat wire that was no longer viable. Ran wire via conduit from outdoor unit, through garage and into the attic. Remade connections and restored power to restore proper operation to hvac units.

Advised the pipes in question were a single small conduit to junction box and 2 weathertite whips to each unit for low voltage wires. Looks great and client painted it white to match wall.
