The system checked out operational and within manufactures specifications at the time of the service. Refrigerant pressure checked out good. Blower motor operating correctly. Compressor operation is working at this time. Fan motor operational though advise is in very poor condition. Equipment is past life expectancy though operating at this time.

Performed annual cooling maintenance on a 2021 American Standard Gold 5ton heat pump. Upflow fau is located in garage. Replaced 20x25 filter located in filter rack. Cleared condensation line from jones valve. Followed sequence of operations and checked voltage, amperage, capacitor, hard start kit, temperature split, Freon levels, and rinsed condenser coils. Honeywell 8000 thermostat checked out operational. System is working properly in cooling at this time of service. Client renewed HFCP paid via CC.

I Pulled and cleaned blower motor compartment, cleaned evaporator coil, and installed Honeywell UV Light in blower motor housing. I then reinstalled blower motor compartment, wiped down cabinet and tested the system. Verified UV Light is working properly. The system is operational at the time of the service.

All electrical components are well within the range. Full systems are reaching temperatures of 73° inside house.
