Assist with gauge issue.

I Performed Maintenance on both the Cooling Systems. Also client to replaced own 20x25x5 and 16x25x5 filters. Both Cooling Systems are 2010 and 2011 models located in the garage and outside on the ground. I also flushed both the condensate drains. I found that the dual run capacitors tested weak and out of manufacture’s specifications. Also found that compressors are pulling more amperages upon start up. I then found that the contactor for the living room 4 ton unit (S#33200) is pitted and burnt. Lastly found armaflex insulation sun damaged. Sent client over recommendations and client to advise. Also renewed client comfort plan. Both Cooling Systems are operational at the time of the service.

Performed annual cooling maintenance on a 2022 American Standard Silver 3.5ton condenser and a 2012 Lennox 4ton split system. Serviced garage ductless unit and rinsed washable filter. Replaced 20x30 and 20x25 filter located at FAUs. FAUs are located in garage and outdoor closet. Cleared condensation lines. Followed sequence of operations and checked voltage, amperage, capacitors, hard start kit, temperature split, Freon levels, and rinsed condenser coils. Thermostats checked out operational. Both systems are working properly in cooling at this time of service.

Cooling maintenance on 2010 American Standard rooftop package unit in 2010 American Standard split system. Changed out a filters throughout home located in ceiling and upper wall, cleared all electrical components of dust and debris, verified proper sequence of operation, checked volts and amps, checked start and run capacitors. Found 7.5 MFD capacitor for package unit system serial number 4F9H out of range andwith deteriorated/exposed low voltage wiring will send over estimates. Terrified refrigerant levels and line temperatures and took temperature splits and cycled equipment. Thermostats checked out OK, systems are well passed life expectancy, but cooling and operating at this time of service. Also will be sending estimate for IAQ products and will consult with electrical department in regards to whole phones protection.

The existing invoice outlines the installation of the following units: a 3 Ton American Standard Gold 17 SEER2 Upflow Split Heat Pump and a 5 Ton Bosch 18 SEER Heat Pump Package Unit, both integrated with S200 WiFi thermostats. The job performed included the comprehensive setup of these systems, ensuring optimal performance and connectivity. The installation aligns with industry standards for efficiency and effectiveness. The focus on energy-efficient heating and cooling solutions reflects a commitment to customer satisfaction and environmental responsibility. Installed complete, however we have to return to get thermostat connected to Wi-Fi and app.

Upon arrival client stated system not cooling. Found blown low voltage fuse. Put on fuse tested and found direct short. Removed outdoor low voltage and cycled system. Found short is in low outdoor voltage. System had one extra wire, used extra wire. Also found contactor due to bad wire has low resistance. Replaced bad contactor and tested. Advised client on age and life expectancy.

Performed a cooling maintenance on a gas package. Replaced filter. Dual run/starting capacitors – good. Checked refrigerant circuit diagnostic and all electrical motors. System is currently cooling the home at the time of maintenance.

Hard start Kit helps outdoor condensing unit during start up more easily and efficiently. It gives the compressor an extra boost during startup, which reduces strain on the system, especially during hot weather or when power supply is low. Helps with wear and tear on the compressor allowing a longer system life. In short terms it’s a small upgrade design to help protect your AC system and keep your AC system running smoothly. Installed all 3 hard start kits and tested operations.

AC maintenance on American standard rooftop package units. Changed standard Lakes filters. cleaned electrical compartment. Also checked compressor saver kits. Check, refrigerant levels good 19-20temperature split. Flush condensation lines and washed condenser coils. Found all electrical components and refrigerator levels to be within manufacture specifications. Both systems are operating and cooling properly at time service.

Performed annual cooling maintenance on 2) 2012 Amana split systems. Both upflow FAUs are located in garage. Replaced customer supplied filters located in filter rack. Cleared condensation lines from faus. Followed sequence of operations and checked voltage, amperage, capacitor, hard start kit, temperature split, Freon levels, and rinsed condenser coils. Thermostats checked out operational. Both systems are working properly in cooling at this time of service. Client renewed HFCP paid via CC.

Performed a cooling maintenance on two gas package. Replaced filters. Executed refrigerant circuit diagnostic. Checked electrical motors and capacitors. Diagnostic revealed failing capacitors – replaced. Client paid via C. C. Both systems are currently cooling the home at the time of maintenance.

Cooling service on 2018 American Standard split system. Furnace is located in attic/access grand bedroom closet. Changed out filters located throughout home in ceiling. Cleared off electrical components of dust and debris, verified proper sequence of operation, checked volts and amps, checked start and run capacitors, verified refrigerant levels and line temperatures and took temperature splits and cycled equipment. Also serviced ductless unit in garage, wash condensing coil and cleared condensation lines. Systems are within manufacturers specifications and cooling and operating properly at this time of service.

I Performed Maintenance on all 3 Cooling Systems. Also replaced a 24x24 6) 14x14 and 10x30 filters. All 3 Cooling Systems are 2024 2016, 2015 models located in the laundry room attic, office attic, and outside on the ground. I also flushed all 3 condensation drains. I installed new customer supplied thermostat for the master bedroom system. Also found that the dual run capacitors for both 2.5 ton Payne Unit (S#66683) and 3 ton Lennox (S#33057) units tested weak and out of manufacture specifications. Also found that the contactor for the Lennox unit is pitted (S#33057) as well as the condenser fan motor for the 2.5 ton Payne unit (S#66683) is leaking oil around the motor as well as client has no insulation for that same unit. Sent client estimate options for those repairs and client to advise. I also install new client supplied Sensi Wifi thermostat for master bedroom system and tested and went over operations with client. I lastly advised client about extended labor warranty options fo

Arrived at customer’s home to take measurements for concrete required to pass inspection for the panel change. Pad should be 30” wide, 36” out from the wall, and should be at the same level as marked on the foundation underneath panel.

Performed a cooling maintenance on a 2024 American Standard Platinum series condenser, condenser located on left side of home, filter located hallway ceiling, fau located in garage , changed filter, flushed condensation line, on condenser check for amperage and voltage, check for compressor, check for freon level, check if thermostat had no error codes or alerts, everything within range , clear out dust accumulated inside electrical component area and rinsed condenser coil. System is working within specification in cooling at the time of maintenance. .

Cooling service on American Standard platinum split system. Client changed out own filter located within filter rack, air handler is located in garage, cleared condensation line at Jones valve. Cleared all electrical components of dust and debris, verified proper sequence of operation, washed condensing coil, no error code at thermostat or CDA, thermostat checked ok. System is within manufacturers specifications at cooling and operating properly at this time of service. Also informed client of hydes, comfort plans.

Performed a cooling maintenance on a split system. Replaced filter. Checked running/starting capacitor, refrigerant circuit diagnostic and electrical motors. Due to recent remodel, blower wheel and housing was found inundated with sheet rock. Client signed estimate estimate to have blower compartment cleaned. System is currently cooling the home at the time of maintenance.

Cooling service on two 2016 American Standard split systems. Furnaces are located in garage closet, washed washable filters, located within furnace cabinets, verified proper operation for water safety switches, cleared condensation lines at FAU. Cleared all electrical components of dust and debris, verified proper sequence of operation, checked volts and amps, checked start, and run, capacitors, checked rectifiers for second stage cooling. Verified refrigerant levels and line temperatures and took temperature splits. Found system serial number XH2F low on. R-410A refrigerant informed member and added 2 pounds of R-410A will have member sign estimate for electronic sniffer test to find origin of leak and have office schedule appointment to perform leak detection. Washed condensing coils. Thermostats checked out OK, systems are now cooling and operating properly at this time.
